This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Seems like training is needed. Individual seemed lost and didn't know what to do. She was also left by herself to take the orders and prepare the meal, whole another individual, seemed to be the manager, strolled in and them proceeded to talk on her phone, while customers waited, 5 orders in the queue and 3 customers waited to order. Today I bought a caramel Sunday, they put very little in it and I asked them to please put more. They charged me $ 0.54 more cents. They made me another ice cream with less quantity. I gave them back the ice cream because I have bought ice cream at mcdonalds for 27 years and a Sunday has never been like that one. I asked for my money back and the cashier said that she was not going to give it back and that she no longer cared what I was saying. Now they know they ought to be ashamed of that crap they call burgers and fries. Now McDonald's has already got a bad rep but ppl still eat it including me sometimes but come on now! That double cheese burger I received this evening was far from a double cheese burger. The palm of my hand was bigger than that burger! Terrible customer service. They were rude and shouting at people in line. When the food was ready to be bagged they talked to each other instead ignoring the line of people waiting for their food. After i placed my order, i asked the lady if i could have a cup for some water. My son is 4 and he doesn't drink soda or iced coffee (which was ordered for my cousins) and it was very hot. I am also 7 months pregnant and didn't think a cup of water was too much to ask for. Instead, the lady made a big deal saying they don't have cups for water and told her coworker that i was just going to get soda with it anyways. My cousins and i heard that. So she just told her coworker to give me an icecream sundae cup. How rude! Decent for a McDonald's. Usually food is done pretty decent and in a reasonable amount of time.

Where to start. The girl that took my order yelled at a coworker in the middle of my order... super weird and unprofessional, but I shrugged it off because I was tired and hungry. Then once I moved to the second window the man working opened the window, I thought to greet me and give me my drinks possibly, but really just to flat out ignore me and say something to his friend that was driving by in the car next to the drive thru. I said hello to him after that, was completely ignored. Nice. He shut the window and I waited another hmm 3 minutes or so just for my drinks. Handed them out without a word said to me and shut the door. Then I proceeded to wait about 8-9 minutes for my food order. He handed it to me and let out a very small and lack-luster "sorry about that". I never received my shake so I started to ask about it and he had already closed the door and had to reopen it. Shake was right next to him. He just picked it up and handed it to me without a word. I just moved from up north and NEVER have I had such horrible customer service even from a McDonalds. Thankfully the food was half decent but honestly I was so shocked by the lack of professionalism, lack of manners, and super long wait time that I can say I will never go back here again. We cruized the drive through at lunch on a Tuesday, ordered and when we were handed the bag I went trough it to make sure the order was correct, it wasnt. I asked for three types of dipping sauce for the kids and I was give the wrong type, when I asked for the right kind the man at the window told me it was in the bottom of the bag, so I looked in the bottom and he told me I needed to pull up out of the way to check the bag because I was in the way.
