Great biscuits so soft and delicious. Grabbing a few sausage biscuits for the road. Can't beat the quick in and out and nice hot sausage biscuits to get you going in the morning. I've been sitting here for an hour. I ordered a salad and two chicken tenders, 30 minutes later they tell me they have no salads and swap out my meal for something cheaper and do not refund the difference. On top of that I have been waiting 30 minutes for a burger and wasn't given a recipe or order number. This is an atrocity. read more

The worst nasty all the time. Only get tea from there and be careful of that as well cause the ice machine puts out shards of plastic. Has for yrs. I've said to them I've showed them. Only to fall on deaf ears and I dont care attitudes. I went there 3-17-18 and the place was filthy food everywhere floor tables drink station a complete mess. I get it, we all have bad days. But twice now my husband and I have had to pay at the 2nd window for our other biscuit because it wasn't heard at the speaker. Kinda frustrating, but our food has always been pretty good. read more

I spoke a word and the lady that was taking my order through the drive thru had a shitty attitude and nasty tone with me by saying can you speak up I can hardly hear you, instead of asking me politely to repeat that a little louder. Called McDonald's in Baldwin Florida at 1:00 am to make sure they were opened. Cause a lot of times they say they are closed. The lady who answered told yes they are 24 hrs McDonald's but just in drive thru. We arrived there at 130 am and the guy on drive thru said they are closed for cleaning. We told him we just called and he said oh we can take your order this time. We said don't worry about it cause he sounded like we forced him. So what did we see on our way out a guy on his cell phone talking at the door on the side of the drive thru and a girl out there. Why do we have McDonald's when they do their own hours. I so tired of this. Something needs to be done cause I'm tired of dealing with this, don't say you are 24 hr when you aren't and I wish I had these employees job where create my own hours read more

Wish I could choose no stars! Not only do they get your orders incorrect but staff is extremely slow, rude and completely unprofessional with the exception of maybe the employee who takes your order at the drive-thru. Let's not forget that if you were to go a few miles down the road to Macclenny their staff is A+, orders are right and fast, AND CHEAPER!!! I have been going to this store for over 4 years. I exclusively use the drive thru that they have yet to fix. For 4 years the screens in the drive thru have not worked; consequently, you never know if they got your order correct untill you get home. Fix the screens please!! read more

I've worked at mc Donald's before and in training you are told not to give out a timed schedule of any employee that means 12:00am-12:00pm clock wise. In the instant that your child my be missing and haven't heard from them in days out of the norm for any mother mc Donald's is able to say he or she will be in today not a time but yes he or she will be in today. This is a piss poor ass company that couldn't even calm a corncerned mother's heart about their child even then the so called manager Debbie and Kaitlyn could not answer if he or she worked the previous night and hung up the phone. It's a shame that you have to express the police will be called to be met up there to get an answer. Their Debbie and Kaitlyn customer service was very poor not to say the least and rushed off the phone saying she (Debbie) is busy. read more

Don't eat here! Way understaffed, took 25 minutes to get a filet o fish meal. Dirty everywhere, out of tea. Find somewhere else and save the headache. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Not the first time I have had a problem here. The first time the manager what rude. She actually laughed in my face when I asked why the fries where brown n tasted like week old grease. She replied with the grease needs to be changed and she said I am not gonna change it. All this said while laughing. Then she told everyone in the store that if they what a full refund she will give them one. Everyone ate for free that evening. What a great example she was setting for the young people she had working under her. So I called the regional manager for the location. I received her voice mail. I left a message telling her what happened and she never returned my call. I got feed up and got the owners info and called him. I talked with him and told him what happened. He was appalled and drove straight over to see what was going on. That manager is no longer employed there. So I tried again today 1/4/2015. Has not changed a bit. New employees and new management same old thing. This place is awful. Will never go again. This place doesn't need to be in business. read more

Words cannot describe my disappointment. Stay away! I wish I had read a review before we stopped. My son wanted the new Incredibles Happy Meal, so we stopped at this McDonald's. Disney would be very disappointed to know their name is associated with this restaurant. Go to Subway, BK, Arbys, anywhere but here. To summarize: disgusting ladies bathroom, smoothie machine not working, servers touching mouth rim of cups, flies everywhere (even my 9 year old son was disgusted), soda machine broken, incompetent order fillers waiting for nuggets and not telling kitchen, so we waited 30 minutes while 7 other orders were filled, and French fries were soggy. Half-hearted apology with no offer to remedy, not that I would have taken anything else from this place! Awful! I tried to give zero or a half star, but I couldn't.
