Honestly what a joke of a business. I ordered a Large Shamrock Shake and Medium Fry at 4:56PM on 03/20/2026 at this location. The app did not disclose that the Shamrock shakes were not available. I get there and was told at the drive thru window that the shake was not available so I asked for a refund. I was told "You have to get a refund through the app" and as I grabbed my phone to ask how I do that. This immature child decided to just shut the drive thru window. There was no one behind me so it wasn't like my question was going to hold up the line. I then went in as I am not going to drive away without a refund or my items I paid for. The child that was at the window saw me as well as her fellow childish coworker and decided to dance around rather than talk to me. I eventually spoke up and asked for help and realized people were hiding and or getting other orders ready. After waiting a minute or two as the counter. The child in question was wearing JEANS and a green/teal sweatshirt. I wasn't aware this was the attire of the business. I was told there was not way to refund me my order that I placed on the app. When I tried to cancel my order it wouldn't let me as it was already "being prepared". I asked for a cash refund for just the shake, and there was "not enough cash" in the drawer. There wasn't $5 in there apparently. I eventually changed it to a vanilla shake, but I dumped it out and threw it away as I don't trust these children to not sabotage my order. What I expect to be the manager on duty couldn't care less. I guess I was just supposed to walk away with nothing from my $8.67 order. There was one woman that was trying her absolute best to help me and I appreciate her. She was the only one that really spoke to me, and if the higher ups would like to review the cameras. I was wearing a black sweatshirt and colorful leggings. I am guessing someone forgot to mark the shake as unavailable, but thankfully they did after my issue, so this can't happen to someone else. Hire better people. It's crazy to me that they believe they should be paid $20+/hour when they act like this. These kids will go no where in life with the way they conduct themselves. read more

What a pile of crap for a restaurant. Lobby closed at 9pm, though the hours in the door say 11pm. So I went through the drive through. I ordered one double quarter meal. They pulled up to the waiting spot in the parking lot and I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my meal!!! This place is a joke, avoid it at all cost. read more

Don't, just don't. You're better off going to the gas station to get hot food. Fries were cold and tasted way undercooked. Drinks were all the same size but filled various amounts. This McDonald's was super slow. Ordering was nice as they have the kiosks where you can sign in with your rewards by scanning your QR code. However, we just waited around for a super long time for our food to come out, which is not my usual experience at any McDonald's. The food itself was just okay as well. Not much to say on this McDonald's location. I've had more good experiences than bad, but it's one of the most "average" McDonald's locations I have ever visited. Most of my visits were simply through the drive-thru or a pickup order. From the time I was inside: the service was fine (albeit a bit slow), it was somewhat clean, and the food was edible. Overall, pretty average, I frequent here but don't expect top of the line fast food; you get what you pay for. read more

I ordered a 20 piece to be shared among an entire family. I ordered 3 bbq packs. I went inside, they were upset that I didn't come in drivethru, even though there was no line inside or out. The woman that bagged my food was wearing a sleeping bonnet. A sleeping bonnet, something that soaks up all your sweat throughout the night. I don't want that handing me my food. We are all tired when we come into work, and I don't show up in our nightclothes. But she did. I looked through my bag, noticed the lack of bbq, and asked about it. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I could go on and on about how every time I go there I had terrible service and rude employees. But every time that I actually get food is a miracle in itself. Because the majority of the time their systems are "down." The sprinkle road location really left their employees stay working all day after knowing the carbon dioxide detector light was on(it's wayyy to dangerous for ANYBODY to be in) and then when they found out about the warning going off and that they needed to evacu the building, they were told they would be in trouble if called the fire department or if they didn't go back inside. They were left exposed for hours for levels of carbon dioxide exposure as the rank of the carbon dioxide just kept going up and up. As they were continually told to go BACK inside. read more

Horribly rude. Last night I went to the McDonald's on sprinkle road. It was around 12:45am and I had called before I left my house to make sure they were still open because it was late and this McDonald's is about 15 minutes away from my house. After someone confirmed over the phone that they would stay open until 2am, my friend and I drove to the McDonald's. Once we pulled up to the drive through there was a male talking on the speaker but it was very quiet and I couldn't hear what he was saying so I asked him to repeat himself kindly. After that a woman came on the speaker and said "we are only doing door dash right now goodbye" and i had never heard of door dash so I was going to ask if I could possibly order that way at the drive through and I said "can I" before she cut me off and said "do you have a doordash" and i said "no but" and she cut me off again and said "get the hell out of the drive through" so at this point I left because I knew that nobody was going to be willing to help me. I was honestly terrified as I have never been spoken too like this through any drive through and this was my first experience at this drive through because there is one closer to my house that I normally visit but this location was closed. I was scared being at this McDonald's and I wasn't quite sure what to do as all I wanted was to order some food and I had called the store beforehand to make sure they were still open and then I drove 30 minutes round trip and was treated horribly. Unreal experience here. Was hungover and looking for my cure- we'll let me tell you that it was NOT HERE. The drive thru lady prompts our order by saying "yup" - expecting me to know that actually means "welcome to McDonalds please place your order." We get up to the food window, and no one is moving to make our food at all. We ordered two iced coffees -MEDIUM - and they both came out as a small, and one of those were half full. My bagel sandwich had no sauce and tastes like it was sitting out for hours on end. Terrible. If I wasn't in a rush I would have spoken to a manager. Will not be back to this establishment. This McDonalds had VERY friendly staff, which is hard to come by these days & was much appreciated early in the morning! I ordered an Egg White Delight minus the cheese. This sandwich packed a lot of hot fresh egg & I really liked that. Some locations barely put any egg into them. My only complaint is that the McMuffin was a little too burnt for my liking. It seems though that about 90% of the McDonalds I go to, has burnt edges on the McMuffins. I am not sure if maybe that is how they are supposed to be & maybe I just like mine a little less toasted? Overall, this was probably my 2nd favorite McDonalds location I have ever visited. read more

I only treat myself to a morning breakfast a couple of times a month. And Both times this month was a disappointment. I order 2 Sausage biscuit's with cheese and 2 hash brown's every time I go there. The 1st time this month they forgot both Hash Browns. The 2nd time this month when I pulled up to the food window. She told me that the Hash browns had another minute to cook and I needed to pull forward. Behind the other car that was waiting. It was pouring down rain. I told her there isn't anyone behind me. would it be ok if I just sat here so no one has to come out into the rain. She threw hands up in the air and said "Do whut you wunt than!" and walked away from the window. This place is a disgrace to the McDonald's name. They need to clean house! Pissed !!! Got in line and ordered my food at 4:25 on the dot. Ordered a #3 meal, crispy chicken deluxe meal, two happy meals and a ten piece nugget.... not to hard and pulled forward to wait.... guy came out and asked if i had cream pies and said no( but he had my food in hand) and I told him what I ordered.... fucker walked off and gave it another person who had just gotten their food!!!! I sat in the parking lot for an hour!!!!! Before I went in and took another 10 minutes to even get my my order so I could leave!!! Then the guy who gave away my order looks at me and asked if I had ordered yet.... nooo still waiting on my order he gave away!!! Never going back again!! That job is not that hard and I've worked in food industry before so I understand but that job is not worth $11 and hour if u can't get it right !!! Every time I order from this location, my order is always messed up. Weather it's a just all wrong , or they forget something. I ordered 2 McDoubles and two mcchickens , 1 shake , 1 coffee. And 2 more McDoubles..... they forgot the last two completely.
