This McDonalds has been not only closed but the building has also been removed since the beginning of 2014. I am not sure if it will return to the present location but there are three locations in Lihue and one in Eleele near Port Allen. read more

I'm not talking about the rotisserie chickens sold INSIDE of Costco for $4.99 that are sitting under the heat lamps waiting for you to take home. I'm talking about real chickens... Alive, with feathers and beaks, running all around the Costco parking lot and all around the outdoor food court just trying to snatch a bite of your Costco hot dog or pepperoni pizza! And to the guy at the next table over enjoying his Chicken Bake... Shame on you! ;) Yes, if you've never been to the beautiful Island of Kauai, just know that Chickens and Roosters are the equivalent of feral cats that just roam the streets like they own the place.
