We'll definitely be back earlier next time. The wife who took our order was very patient while we looked over the menu since we missed out on the Benedict . There were lots of eggs and the salsa verde that came with it was pretty good, though it could've used a little salt . The meat pieces were on the smaller side, and I think I found one piece of Portuguese sausage. We also tried the pork verde sandwich , which was really flavorful . The chips and country potato sticks were a bit overdone for my taste, but I really liked the garlic aioli . We had a great breakfast at this food wagon today. They've been serving up hearty and delicious breakfast and brunch items for six years at the current location. My wife ordered the Pancake Sandwich and it was big enough for two. With bacon, sausage and two eggs between two pancakes, this is a feast. I went in a different direction and tried the BLT with lots of smoky bacon and ripe tomatoes. Loved the house made chips. They have picnic tables with a cover to block out the sun. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey, all of Hawaii is pricey, I thought the portions were generous. I loved what looked like hasselback potatoes but fried. There was only one cook and a lady taking orders, so have patience and be prepared to wait especially if it's busy. This was a last minute find for breakfast on our way to the Kalalau Trail and this did not disappoint at all! Definitely a great find! It is a food with a urgent care building across the way from the truck, but there was plenty of parking availabile. I ordered the Juan Burrito. I was only able to eat half of the burrito. My husband ordered the Noelle omelet. The omelet filled half the bottom of the take-out container and he was only able to eat half of it. Definitely one to have for breakfast and to save later for lunch. For both, eggs are fluffy. It was busy at around 11 am. They have two picnic tables available underneath a tent and they were taken. Other people who ordered and couldn't take a table ended up eating in their car. We just decided to eat it at a nearby beach to enjoy a beach view with our food. Nice little food wagon in Princeville. We stayed at the Wyndham Bali Hai and this place was only 5 minutes away. For breakfast we tried the pancakes, Juan, and veggie omelette sandwich. All were delicious but my personal favorite was the Juan - an egg omelette with chorizo, cilantro, and a garlic aioli sauce. Good stuff! The place had lots of parking and a few picnic tables under a tent for shade if you decide to eat there. We opted to take our food back to our suite. It's my go to place when I'm over there on that island I'm from Oahu but I come over here frequently and I'll tell you what / it's a gem hidden in plain sight. A truck right behind a police station so you're parking is safe and they have great stuff. A solid couple is running this thing they're obviously overwhelmed by how good their food is so they're drinking through a fire hose when it comes to service - give them a break / and so they're not always gonna have everything you want because they run out of food pretty fast. It's like a good great pre-beach place to go. I'm over there about once a month / bought some property over there so I'm putting in a container home right now on the property, but I've got a crew of guys that are putting things in for me a landscaping right now it was being done so I'm over there quite a bit and I grab all the chow I can from here I can when I I'm on the property.for the guys as the build is ongoing - oh do park by the police station & you won't get towed. read more

They are located about 5 minutes from all the Princeville resorts and houses. Easy to get to. My wife and I both got Benedicts I had the Kalua pig Benedict. In the top 2 or 3 of all time. (Equal or better than Button-up cafe on Oahu) Seems like they use a homemade biscuit instead of an English muffin. Whatever it was- Amazing. I could not suggest anything to improve it. So good! My wife had a ham Benedict. A thick cut piece of ham. She loved it. We both tried the other, and we both liked the one we ordered best. I'll give them props- so many places skimp on the hollandaise sauce. They do not! So good- I know I'm repeating myself. Just phenomenal. Had a cup of coffee while waiting- a really good cup of joe too. Nice dark roast with Mac nut creamer. If you're on the island- this place is worth the drive from poipu. Great job! read more

This is a tiny little food truck that has a permanent residence in a parking lot. Trust me, you need to go to this place, it was one of the best breakfasts we had on the island. The food is really substantial and delicious high-quality stuff. They have a little garden and I think the eggs come from the chickens that are roaming around. Speaking of chickens, if you know, you know, don't feed them they will try to steal your food! There's not a lot of seating at this place, there are two large picnic tables under a tent. I would imagine that if it was may be really heavy rain, you might get a little wet. But they do have a handwashing station there, so that's a nice benefit. My partner ordered the local burrito, and I had gotten a veggie eggs benedict. She had never had kalua pork before so this was a treat. I had tried to add avocado to the benedict but unfortunately they didn't have any extra since it was saved for other dishes. She definitely liked the local. The sausage and the kalua pork played well off of each other. It was a bit heavy for her though but a nap worthy burrito isn't necessarily a bad thing. The veggie egg benedict was a good fresh take and the hollandaise had a good bite to it. Well balanced for the dish and wasn't too much on the amount. Well worth checking out. Is there a 6 stars?!? Wow wow wow. This is a MUST if you're on the island. Don't fret about the later morning opening time, the line, nothinggggg trust me it is WORTH it. The best eggs Benedict of my life, the portions are insane, the quality was impeccable and the people running it are so friendly. We got pancakes (good lord they are an inch thick) and the half eggs benny with the spiral potatoes. All the sauces and English muffins are made in house and you can tell! This little food truck is tucked away in Princeville, but oh so worth the trip for. One of the better breakfasts during our Kauai trip. I went with the classic eggs Benedict with the kalua pork, and the best part was the english muffins are house made! The Benedict was great, and my eggs cooked to perfection. Good hollandaise sauce and a real generous amount of pork. The included potato stick, a stick of potato evolving from near potato chip to diced potato, was delicious and perfect to soak up the remainder of yolk and sauce. Compared to some of the other portions and prices around the island, this plate is a great deal. My wife chose the Juan breakfast burrito with the garlic aioli. The burrito was well portioned. Chorizo was cooked well, not too greasy, and the fresh cut jalapeños throughout added nice spice. The garlic aioli was a good complement. This place is super hyped up on YELP. WHY? Really Yelpers. You should be embarrassed if you gave this roach coach 4 or 5 stars. Lady working the front was rude. Food was horrible. Outside and inside area did not look clean. Had the "local" breakfast burrito that is supposed to loaded with 3 different meats and cheese. Burrito was literally tasteless with hardly any meat and the pork inside tasted old and like grease. Also had Kalua pork tacos they were 2oz of pork each that tasted old and greasy. "Home made" chips burnt beyond belief and covered in grease. It definitely was not fresh smoked Kailua pork. Tomatillo salsa tasted not fresh and flavorless. This place may have been solid at one time but not anymore, Owners should be embarrassed to call this local Hawaiian food. I've had better safer meals at fast food chains.
