Service was unfriendly and cold, which we'd expected from reading reviews ahead of time. But we grabbed a nice little seat outside after placing our order and only waited a few minutes for food. First of all, DO NOT listen to ANY of the reviews that are only three stars or under. This place is amazing! FIVE STARS for sure. Friendly staff, quick lines, easy menu. Food comes out quick and hot! You must order the onion rings, trust me, they're delicious, even my wife loves them and she is an onion rings connoisseur. I recommend getting a burger Bubba's way, the homemade ketchup-relish is exquisite and that tasty NON greasy smash burger. Your taste buds will thank me, trust me. Burgers are the perfect size, don't listen to anyone else who says otherwise. They're probably over-weight, so just eat slow. I was pissed. I work in a place just like that and if I acted like that towards customer I would've been fired on the spot. Then we try to find a table which we're all uncleanly. We wait around twenty minutes which is fine. We get our food and are missing a burger, fine stuff happens. All of the sodas were watery or flat or something. The food was actually really good besides the fish and chips. We get our burger another ten minutes later. Since all the drink were undrinkable I decided to ask for a water glass. I waited for at least two minutes while the cashier ignored me and the chefs had AIRPODS in. Finally a cook asks if I need anything and I say a water cup and I was informed I had to pay 25¢. If I didn't have any other problems I would've happily paid 25 ¢ even though it was ridiculous. but it was the final straw. I have never been to a place like this in my entire life. If everything that happened tonight happened and the people were polite it would've been fine. But they weren't polite. a full retraining is the least this place could do. absolutely do not recommend unless u like being treated like trash. read more

When I asked for a cup with a bottom on it, she said they cost 20 cents, but she would go ahead and give me one.
