I'm writing to express my frustration regarding the customer service at the Key Largo McDonald's. On the evening of 9/8/24, I visited the location again, and unfortunately, I wasn't surprised by the dismissive attitude of the staff. Simple courtesies like a "thank you" or "have a nice night" were completely absent. As a local in Key Largo, where fast food options are limited, it's disappointing that this kind of poor service seems to be a recurring issue. Customer service is an important part of any dining experience, and it seems to be lacking at this location. It would be great to see improvements in how customers are treated, as this reflects the quality of the business. Honestly, we could use a Chick-fil-A in Key Largo--at least they know how to treat their customers with respect and care. I hope to see improvements soon. read more

It's an ok place , kids have lots of fun activities to do. Very small theater . Can be more clean . Stuff are nice & very hard working .

Ordered an Americano sugar free coffee however they gave a cappuccino with sugar instead without providing any reason why. The restrooms were available, though if you're in a tour bus there'll be a long line. Kiosks were unavailable for that. If you are in a tour bus, I recommend ordering using the McDonald's app, and you'll skip the line of 50 people. Overall, a good McDonald's location to stop during your Key West trip. read more

A friend and I stopped at this McDonald's for ice cream. We each got an ice cream cone and they were very cold and delicious. The counter staff was refreshingly friendly and professional. The bathrooms were very clean and I like that they had an apparatus that spared me from having to touch the door with your hands. Good job McDonalds! read more

It's easy to find, quick to get,...just make sure you check your bag before driving off (they have messed up a few orders in the past), but are quick to fix it. Just ask nicely. Very good if you need to be on that side of the road on US 1 (heading South), also located as a back up of any of the locations & restaurants are booked up solid for hours & you need a quick meal. read more

I just want to say the food presentation Is horrible I paid $7 dollars to get a chicken sandwich the new one. And let me tell you that The Mac chicken looks better than this shit. I've been there they always messed up the order and I have seen the manager present so somebody's not doing their job. and if you don't check in before you're fucked. The staff is nice sometimes, sometimes they go to work on their customer service and food presentation because the food looks horrible. And that location it's not a very busy location all the time when I went there was nobody there. So I don't know what is this so hard for the TEAM to make sure sandwiches look good and fresh . Never thought I would say this about a McDonald's, but my experience here was great! The employees are friendly and efficient. They seem to be happy to be at work. I only got 2 breakfast items, but my order was filled correctly in about 3 minutes and it was somewhat busy. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was hot and tasty. They put two napkins in my to-go order. Since it is brand new, the restaurant and restrooms are extremely clean and it has a bright interior. First visit was a very positive experience! read more

We stopped by for a quick bite to eat ice cream machine wasn't working and slushee machine wasn't working either only which we found out after we were rudely interrupted while trying to place the order and they gave us no time to even look the menu over before rushing us to place it. We never received a receipt either for our order and the spicy chicken sandwiches were dry. I understand that they may have been busy but there is no excuse for dry food that took forever to come out. I've seen the other reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad right? I was wrong. Why is it that every night your ice cream machines "don't work" and why is it the third night in a row I go and you're "not accepting card" are y'all really that lazy that you'd prefer to turn away your late night customers by saying your only accepting cash..? No internet outage, your chilling on your phones. So why can't I use the damn card machine. read more

This place has great service! One of the workers gave attitude, but besides that, this is a pretty great place. Surprisingly the ice cream machine actually worked! Absolutely No idea what Customer service is. The girl on the window super rude. The other girl who you pay literally sit on the floor takes naps between cars. Went through the drive through with 2 of my kids. My 20year old was driving so he did the ordering. The girl kept asking him to repeat himself. Then after the 3rd time of him repeating himself she said " why is he yelling at me?" First off my son was not yelling he spoke up a little more so she could hear. I then spoke up and said he was not yelling at you and if you did your job instead of talking to your friends you would get the order the first time. Never thought I'd write a review for a McDonald's...By far the best experience I've had at a McDonalds. Food was fresh and warm, and tasted good. The order was correct and came quickly. Staff was excellent! They were all very friendly and welcoming when we came in. (Special shoutout to Frankie and Liz) When they delivered the food to our table, they actually made sure we had everything we ordered, asked how the food was, and even refilled our drinks. Overall great experience! The employees were also constantly cleaning, even the bathrooms and this McDonald's was one of the most clean I've seen. read more

Stopped by this location for a short break on our way to Key West. Had a coupon on the McDonalds app for a "buy one, get one for a quarter" McFlurry. Employee made on as a medium and the other as a small. Said the one for a quarter wasn't valid for the same size. I showed her the app offer which did t say it wasn't the same size.. she grabbed the small one out of my hand and threw it in the trash. Made a medium size and didn't bother to mix in the topping. Just handed it to me and walked away. Very rude and horrible attitude. No one deserves to be treated like we were treated and the staff needs some training in what proper service levels should be as well as some basic manners. This is a good location to stay away from.
