The cashier was very friendly but had to type my order in 3 times before getting it correct. When the order came up, I checked each Happy Meal at the counter, they gave me an extra order of chicken nuggets. My children are young and I told the employee I didn't want it to go to waste because my children won't eat it. He sighed, took it from me, and threw it in the trash. I was so flustered from the exchange that I went out to the car, only to realize they had not given me the 3 milks that go with the Happy Meals. When I returned to get the milks the female employee was very polite. The manager seemed flustered as she knew the staff was not getting things right. I have always loved to eat here at night since it's not ridiculously busy but last night is the last time I will be eating at this particular McDonalds until they step it up. Me and my fiancé went in at about 11pm I had just gotten off from working a 10 hour shift and was very hungry. We go there and ordered no problem, went around to find a table and none were clean. NONE. Every table was nasty. They only had 2 customers inside and hardly no one was going through the drive thru!! With that being said you would think they would have time to clean off some tables for customers. Well my fiancé got his Big Mac 5 minutes later and I got the new garlic cheddar chicken sandwich. Took the food back to our table (that I had to clean) and looked at my chicken. It was BLACK!! Burnt to hell and back and hard as a rock!! I couldn't believe they served this to someone!! I immediately asked the manager (some young guy) to remake my order. I went back and sat down. Well 15 minutes had went by and my sandwich still wasn't up yet and my fiancé had finished his food. It took me going to the front and asking for my sandwich for them to say "oh yeah". So finally I got to eat my sandwich. It was ok. Wouldn't order it again but the way the sandwich tasted isn't why I'm writing this review. Cleanliness and bad service is why I'm writing this. No one wants to get off from working a late night and eat a black chicken sandwich that's hard as a rock on a dirty table and then wait another 15 minutes for them to cook it right. I am very surprised at the review on this page!!! This McDonald's Runs like a well oiled machine! If you are waiting the management makes sure you get what you are waiting for, they are quick and polite. I have had something wrong with my order and the manager quickly fixed my order and Coached the employee on the spot. This place is in desperate need of Quality control. It is an absolute mess. I've ordered BEC bagels and get home or work and its a BEC biscuit. Which cost a lot less too, so I try once more. Third time is a charm they say.. I check the bag, it's a bagel. I get home after working all night, and open the bag.. The cheese is hanging off the side , the bacon is crumbled up all in one spot, and the egg is so small it was rather pointless. Not sure who's managing this place. Okay, a fast food restaraunt is a fast food restaraunt. Expectations are low to begin with. The thing about this place is that it is filthy dirty. The bathrooms and the lobby. It was so dirty and so poorly run that other customer were commenting to me about it's condition. I ordered the big breakfast substituting the sausage with bacon, instead they changed me for the bacon and included that salty rubbery greasy sausage. The biscuit was hard doughy and no butter on it, did not include no salt or pepper. Even though the egg had no salt, it was good. The cashier did not greet me at ALL and was very rude ( a young white girl). This location was just recently rebuilt and the store has been updated and is nice. Cleanliness on my visit was below average with tables in need of a wipe down and the floors in desperate need of mopping. Staffing seems to be a mixed bag. At times it has been fast and very friendly and at others somewhat distracted by personnel interaction behind the counter. Food is about what one has begun to expect. Very industrial and precook. If you enjoy it at your location you will probably like it here. Overall, not really an enjoyable experience. read more
