This place is an absolute dog house I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets that came as 4 and a fries that never came and when I called them they told me "they didn't have any DoorDash deliveries" when I checked multiplied it multiple times to make sure and they hung up on me twice. read more

wrong orders, I'm not going to go on about this because this is probably my 153th time complain about this and never heard anything back. From their (late night) manger's bad service, wrong orders, quality of food. Teens crashing their place every nights. They missed so much of ingredients, I took pictures of it. Burnt buns, etc etc etc. I used to go there often but I definitely went there way less now. Nothing is good about that place. I'm surprised it hasn't changed or shut down. Sitting here with my son who is enjoying his happy meal and I really want to give the crew at this location credit. The drive thru is absolutely slammed here at peak lunch time and they are hustling. Constantly running orders outside while taking care of the dining room at the same time. The food is what you always get at McDonald's. Hard working staff here for sure. read more

We came here after church to get lunch, and one of the employees, Joanna, is the true definition of good customer service after we ordered our food we went to grab a table and she brought our food our table. My wife and I eat all our meals together at hone. However, she had to grab something fast to make a teleconference on time. I suggested a Mcmuffin. This was around 10:00am. By 4:00pm she was getting ill. She vomited about every 20 minutes telling me it had to be the McDonald's food, which she could taste with every heave for 3 days. I had to force her to drink water. Yes, there were other gross symptoms, but I'll leave those out. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in ages. I love their Filet-o-Fish, but now I hear they charge for a decent squirt of starter sauce. After decades of visits I think I'll be sticking to Chick-Fil-Let and Arbie's. read more

Short n not sweet. A total failure. After waiting 5 minutes for anyone to take my order I left without talking to any of the busy employees including the manager. This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area. We placed an online order ahead of time. Upon arrival, I still had to wait in a parking space 5-10 minutes because my order wasn't ready. Then, the order brought to my car wasn't even mine. I was forced to go inside to see where my order was. I had to wait another 5 minutes while the staff including what seemed like two managers ignored me. Ultimately, got my bag, but this is the norm here. This restaurant misses something every time. It's more surprising when your order is correct here than when it's wrong. The staff needs to be replaced with competent people who pay attention. read more

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in the area. That that McDonald's food is anything special. At this McDonald's my complaint is around the service, or lack of it. Not only is it bad but it has gotten much worse. About one out of every 3 times they mess up my order. They are slow and will send me to park somewhere and wait. Many times there is not anyone even behind me. Why send me somewhere if there is not even a line. About 50% of the time when they send me to a space to wait I have waited 20 minutes. I honestly think they forget about you. Out of site out of mind. Twice they have come out and asked what I ordered and had to remake it because they gave it away to someone else. Recently, it has gotten worse. Twice in the last 2 weeks they have run out of Diet Coke and pies. The one time they ran out of Diet Coke it was not going to be replenished until the next night. So they were out of Diet Coke for more than 2 days? That is just bad management. It also many times feels like the drive thru staff are annoyed because you placed an order. The staff also many times is just goofing off. Maybe that is why I have to wait 20 minutes to get a burger? Sadly, this is recently getting much worse. read more

Guess what? No shakes! AGAIN! How hard is it to fix a stupid shake machine? I went there yesterday and they had no shakes! It's on the menu so I should be able to get it! And not to mention the person taking our order was EXTREMELY rude! I think the shake machine never works because the manager won't get off their lazy butt and call someone to fix the machine. I hope that McDonald's goes out of business and they rebuild a Chick fil A or a Dairy Queen. At least those places always have milkshakes and ice cream. read more

Another disappointing experience at the local McDonald's. No shakes....again! Which left my son angry and disappointed. You'd think the loss of sales due to the shake machine being out of service time and time again would motivate management to fix the issue. You will wait at least 30 minutes for your food no matter what time of day or day of the week you go. I would approximate that 75% of the time something with my order is messed up or missing all together. There customer service response is to give you a coupon for a free sandwich next time. That doesn't help me when I only will come back if it has been a really long day and want a hamburger that I can't get elsewhere in town. read more

This is the 2nd worse McDonalds we've ever been in. While waiting 10 minutes for our dine-in food to come to the counter, I had the displeasure of watching the staff goofing around, checking their phones, and gossiping. There was no sense of urgency or customer service at all. This was all occurring right in front of the manager who didn't seem to have a managerial bone in his body. I will make bullet points to make this short. * When a DOUBLE quarter pounder is ordered, 9 times out of 10 you get a single when you paid for a double. * Ordered 36 nuggets and received 3 sauces * Had a coupon for 25% off my $32 order and was told by the cashier that it was expired. I showed him it expired tomorrow (the app actually said "expires tomorrow") and was told sorry it says it is expired on the register. * Took 25 minutes from start to finish in drive thru, yes it was noon but 25 minutes for McDonalds?? read more

Visiting the area from Iowa ordered food for six people most of it was OK but the lg fries were half empty and no they were just in the bottom of the bag. A quarter pounder with bacon was so old and gross it was not a thick quarter pounder it was thin and dried out more like shoe leather or jerky than a juicy bacon cheeseburger. The bun was even dried out and crusty. They must be serving yesterday's food, it was seriously that bad! I have never had a sandwich like this one before. read more

This McDonald's is always having health inspections for a reason yet they seem to be busy. The service is so slow and often times I have to check my meal to make sure they cooked it properly, to make sure something is not missing, and to make sure it is made right. I can not tell you how many times I have gotten food and its not done, the lettuce looks black or looks like it is about to go bad. Some times the quarter pounder meat is not cooked throughly. The fries taste like they have been sitting for hours. Eggs have a green tint on them and bagels are hard. It amazes me that people still eat at this location. They must not check their food because I could barf sometimes. I only trust the mccafe drinks at most but even then the machine is broken or the food I order some items are missing that day or even sometimes weeks. Just fed up with this mcdonalds it seems the owner and employees care nothing about this mcdonalds, the service or what they serve to other people. You might imagine this McDonald's, being open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, might understand the lack of eating choices in this Brunswick/Knoxville/Rosemont food desert trapped between Frederick, MD and Harpers Ferry, WV, was a great incentive for them to offer terrific, affordable take-away or dine-in food. In spite of some really good and long-needed menu changes in other McDonald's restaurants elsewhere, this recently remodeled place is a sepulchre of low achievement and crap versions of what should be revivals of McDonald's menu - namely, their grilled (oh, well, 'artisal grilled') sandwich. This outlet's version of the offering (which I tried in Baltimore and other places, to my appreciation!) was as if it was cooked, rubbed in a dumpster for character, and served by panicked clowns who apparently have yet to settle on not giving a rat's ass about their product - their *food*. McDonald's are really making an effort to bring good food to us. But stymied by crushing mediocrity and ennui...at this particular location, they deliver us garbage. read more

Literally slowest and worst customer service I've ever received at a McDonald's. Got there, put in my order on the touch screen and was waiting at the counter to pay for at least 5 minutes while multiple employees walked by. I ordered a caramel coffee and a cheeseburger. The coffee came out 10 mins after I had paid. It was watered down and sub-par. I then proceeded to wait for my regular cheeseburger for 10-15 extra minutes, after watching someone who just came in 5 minutes prior receive their two meals at their table. Worst decision to come here... do not recommend unless you like waiting around all day for a two item order. read more

This McDonalds just got renovated so it has a new lobby and 2 drive thru windows. Big improvement. I can't say I'm overly impressed with it in other respects - but it rates at least average compared to other McDonalds resraurants I've been in. As a local resident, I really appreciate the fact it's open 24 hours though. I just think it could move up from average to really good with a little more attention to keeping the tables clean and making sure the food is always fresh. Last time I got a side salad here, for example, the lettuce was all wilted. read more
