STOP and look - customers matter! I asked if the sauces were in the bag. The young man handing me my order said, 'yes, the sauces are in the bag'. I got home and no sauces - not one! I ordered and paid for four (10 pieces) nuggets. The sauces were not received. It wouldn't be so bad if McDonald's didn't guard sauces like they are gold. Now I have 40 DRY nuggets. Why did he tell me they were in the bag if they weren't. There's no excuse for tell tales to customers. Very frustrating! Easy visit to this location. I walked inside and used the kiosk to place an order which was easy. The kiosk doesn't have all the modifications that I would want so sometimes I have to go to the counter to place an order. I ordered the daily double special which comes with the daily double, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. It was prepared and give it to me in a reasonable amount of time. Ok so up and downs. It's fast food so you have to expect some things but very sad to learn from visiting that they cater more to drive through. You wait a long time for someone to take your order inside the store. They also help their employers and friends get food first. I went through drive through today and the little one after ordering asked for milkshake they refused to let m add it on even though there was no one behind me. They said id have to go inside or around the line again which made no sense. My husband and I have been cooking at home lately to save money. However, we've also been playing the McDonald's Monopoly Go game and can't help but go and redeem some of the items we've gotten through the app. So, we redeemed some chicken nuggets and fries. I have not had McDonald's chicken nuggets since SuperSize Me came out and scarred me for life. I try not to eat as much ultra-processed foods these days due to health concerns but once in a blue moon, I make the exception. I placed an order with the app for counter pickup. As soon as I got to the location I was informed that my order was not ready. The associate asked me for my order code and when I proved my order code the associate stated that my payment did not go through and I had to make a payment there. Once I got home the payment I made for my order through the app went through. So being charged twice is what McDonald's specializes in now and when I called to remove the extra charge I was informed that I had to come in person to get a refund for the second charge. Why do I have to show up in person when the associate can easily issue me a refund from their counter instead of inconveniencing me with another trip all the way to the McDonald's location? Stay away from McDonald's at all costs especially now that they like to double charge you for a meal and then refuse to refund you unless you show up in person. read more

Not sure what in the world is going on here but they do not even try to get the order right, I ordered a double Big Mac - large fry and - chicken nuggets. The nuggets were cold - the fry container was 3/4 empty and they packed a cheeseburger instead of the actual ordered product. Then they would not do a refund or return. There is definitely something wrong with this particular McDonald's branch. I've been to McDonald's locations across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East, and I've never had any issues. They were always known for their excellent customer service and kid-friendly atmosphere. However, I've now had problems at this location on two separate occasions. The first time, two police officers happened to be in the restaurant ordering food at the same time. They witnessed how my family and I were mistreated by the manager, who discriminated against us. The second incident happened today when they refused to give us our mobile order, claiming there was a two-order limit per car. My wife and I each had points to redeem, and we wanted to add fries to the order, but both the staff and the manager refused, telling us we had to drive back through the line--despite placing all our orders at the same time. There was only one car behind us, so it wasn't as if the line was backed up. I even asked them to cancel the fries if it meant avoiding another wait. When I got to the second window for the rest of my order, they told me they were out of chocolate milk. I asked if I could add another item, and a staff member said yes--until the manager stepped in and told her no. She then told me she couldn't take my order because she was instructed not to. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and showed terrible customer service. My kids love McDonald's, and we order from them regularly, but after witnessing this, they told me they don't want to eat there anymore. We'll likely start ordering from other restaurants or a different McDonald's location. It's disappointing to see how much their service has declined--McDonald's used to be a place that would go above and beyond for customers, even replacing food if someone accidentally spilled it.
