Ordered McDonald's through the app and checked out at the drive thru. There was about a 5 to 10 minute wait, but the food was worth it. Fries came out hot, fresh, and crispy, and I even had an extra chicken nugget in my value meal. No complaints on my end. Overall a solid experience. read more

Last night on our way home from FL to GA, we stopped by this McDonalds and placed an order with Kay. Let me tell you that the level of service was absolutely amazing, she was a very caring, kind and compassionate human being. I had had a terrible day as my mum had a critical health issue and we were on our way back from hospital extremely tired. #2 Sausage Egg McMuffin, Hash-brown, Large Coffee - the breakfast was delivered hot and fresh and the wait time at the drive-through was relatively fast and the staff was very pleasant and professional. I know this is just a snapshot of my visit here and although some reviews are focused only on the negative I actually had a good experience and tip my hat to the staff here, maybe the increase in pay is finally paying off. If the management team here is worth their weight in salt they should raise the bar on customer service and the quality of their products as the prices increase. I'm sure when my individual McMeal hits twenty dollar for the same food I purchased this day for a little over eight dollars, my expectations will too increase so enjoy the accolades I bestow on you today... read more

The staff was pleasant. Normal prices. All in all a normal visit EXCEPT the sausage breakfast burrito I ordered wasn't in the bag. I emailed them to let them know we didn't get the film order and corporate McDonald's sent an email back saying they had forwarded the issue to the store. The store responded later saying sorry and thanks for the feedback. The burrito was like $1.20 so not a huge deal and not worth me disputing it or fighting but I was surprised they didn't offer any resolution like a free burrito or $1 back or refund or anything. The 1 star is for the lack of attempt to make right. read more

So I have to be honest. This truly was the best Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit sand which I have ever had at McDonald's. The hash brown was also nice and crispy with a ketchup in the bag as a condiment. The orange Juice I had also was sweet and not watered down. The chocolate chip cookies I ordered were warm and Fresh. No kiosks! Yay! I'd much rather order from a friendly & efficient cashier. Which is what I did. I ordered a caramel macchiato, hoping it would soothe my sore throat. It took longer to get it than I anticipated. It was okay, but tasted a bit burnt or old. It did soothe my throat. Husband ordered a burger and drink. It was a good burger and he fixed his own drink. He ordered it without pickles and he got it before I got my drink. It wasn't busy, so the wait was unexpected. This was a clean, well lit store with ample parking. Would not waste my time . Long wait times especially after 9pm and frequently your order is wrong. Tried calling to rectify my incorrect order but they don't answer the phone number listed. Went back to the store and knocked on the door only to be greeted like what was wrong. Waited patiently and knocked again and they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Demanded my money back as I was thoroughly disappointed at this time. Waited another 5 minutes for that and manager only said sorry and closed the door. Would not recommend. Yep, I've never in my life written a yelp review before. After tonight's experience I just had to. Tonight's service was COMICALLY pathetic. 1. The order box thing wasn't working, whatever no big deal. 2. We waited 10 minutes to pull up to the first window, where the guy leaned out the window, said sorry for the wait, and disappeared. Don't know where he went after that because we never saw him again. 3. After nobody came back, we decided to pull up to the second window where we were greeted by a disgruntled worker. We asked for double hamburgers but were told they couldn't make them. But fear not they said they could make REGULAR hamburgers!! Aside from the extra patty, WHATS THE DIFFERENCE? So we were forced to spend more to buy the same amount of food. 4. After we ordered, the girl said they were going to START cooking our food. 5. We waited 10 more minutes for them to bring it out to us. 25 minutes overall. And if the manager/owner reads this, this was the crew that was on on 5/25 between 10:00-10:25pm, if it's helpful to you. This mcdonalds was really nice. The tables, floors and bathrooms were clean, as well as the food was absolutely delicious. The power went off so my order took a little long. But one of the employees gave me a free small burger for the wait so they were more than forgiven! Highly recommend this Mcdonalds for the great service and food. read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to in years. The cashier at the drive through seemed to be the only competent person on shift. She got my order right but the kitchen still got it wrong even though the ticket on the box was clear on the requested content. After going inside I waited 15 minutes for TWO orders to be taken which happened to be cookies and coffee. Not exactly the most complex orders. Finally I spoke to a manger who was very fluent in jibberish. After not giving clear instructions to his staff I jumped in and did his job for him, repeating the details of my order in a loud and clear voice since the manager relied to his staff with an odd grunt. Once I received my food the fries holder was half empty and to my surprise the bread had a burnt taste and the burger was dry and hard. I realize it's only a McDonald's but at least make the redo properly. I hate to do this to a chain I have made synonymous with clean bathrooms and toilets. When I am on a road trip, McDonald's is usually my goto place for number 2. I use the bathroom, buy a sandwich or two and resume travels. This location was a true disappointment. There...was...poop...all...over...the...bowl...and it had been there long enough to harden into a crusty mess. I walked out in disgust and found the closest grungy gas station to use instead. Traveling through from nashville,tn and can you say rude rude employees. Order all meals even on the ticket as meals but the worker wannted to charge us extra for fries for one of our meals. We order 4 meals come on people. Went to get drinks and a worker was stocking the lids so my whole party had to stand there while she stock the lids she even turned around and looked at us. She didn't say anything to us and actually started to stock slower. My youngest order a kids meal and even said its a girl toy and when she got her toy it was the boy toy so I told her to go back and ask for a girl toy and give the other toy back. After she went up there then they decided to say they only had boy toys. Mistakes is one thing bad service and rude behavior is another. read more

Not that I would ever hold McDonald's to a high standard, but this is beyond belief. I choose to use the bathroom before I order my food, and I'm greeted by an NFL combine like experience. Having to slam the door open just to use the bathroom was a big concern, but then seeing a stall door not being ABLE to close was even worse. The stall I used said "clean me" always a good thing to see when you're about to order sub-par food. So then it's time to order, person with me goes to order a Carmel iced coffee. Seems like a normal request, but we had a response filled with attitude saying "so you're saying you don't actually want the iced coffee?" There was certainly no need for the rudeness in the woman's voice, especially when ordering one of the most common items on the menu I would have to assume. Then to top it all off, my girlfriend opens up her sausage egg and cheese biscuit to TWO pubic hairs right on the edge of the sausage. That's tough to just get over and eat around. We went through the drive through. Our order included one medium fry. When we got to the pickup window the lady opened our bag to check our order. She immediately turned to another employee standing nearby and told him there was a small fry in the bag, but the order was for a medium fry. The other employee told her (loud enough that we could hear him) that we had changed our order at the first window. I spoke up and said we had not changed our order and held out our receipt for the lady to see that we had been charged and paid for a medium size fry. The other employee took our bag from the lady at the pickup window and she said he was correcting it for us, which like us I am sure she felt that he was. We got our order and headed home. We did not open the bag until we were home and inside was still the small order of French fries ! Kudos and praise to the lady working the pickup window, she tried her best to make sure our order was right. Why the other employee chose to intentionally give us the wrong order we have no idea. But, our advice is be sure to check your orders before you leave and if there is a mistake and they take it back to correct it, check it again to make sure it is right. I did take a picture of my receipt clearly showing the order and our little white paper bag of fries. I also I found pictures on line of the 3 sizes of McD's fries, but did not see an option to post any pictures here. read more
