Stumbled on this quaint little spot in Downtown Summerlin. The service was incredibly efficient. I had the Lox & Bagel and hubby had a breakfast plate. The food was great and quite filling. It's a perfect breakfast sp

Great food and very tasty menu is unique blend of Latin+ Traditional American cuisine. Hubby had mimosas . Location, Location, location. What a great spot in the Summerlin area that leads into the shopping area. Just an all around good time. We highly recommend and left a good tip.

Back at my favorite spot. The patio being open with good weather is an amazing combo and i haven't had anything on the menu that wasn't good. Stephanie always a great server and makes it a more enjoyable experience so shoutout to her. Dulce de leche espresso martini is to die for along with the steak and eggs? There is no better combo fr

Modern technology and art are scattered throughout the universe and we get to sit and experience it here in Summerlin and drink our coffee together! The vibes here are epic just laid back and relaxed. The staff has amazing energy. The enthusiasm of the art brings this place to life. The art is given the breath of life by Sam Cox or Mr Doodle. He is known to cover entire surfaces with his incredible projects. He uses a single black and white line and keeps it going till the end. It's his ability to see and create that makes the coffee and food taste great. Oh my! Let's start with churro waffles. Make sure and order extra caramel sauce . It comes adorned with fresh fruits and all the sauces on the side . It's a great ride. The avocado toast is always the highlight of this restaurants finest creations too . The best of Summerlin, truly. All trimmed and decorated this visit by Kevin . Thank you for your epic service and dedication to making our day even better. Let's part ways for now, but we will be back!

The MF Sando with potatoes. Very good breakfast sandwich. The sourdough bread is very sour, if you like that.

Great service, nice atmosphere and delicious good. I like the convenience of having a quick place to stop for a bite while shopping.

This place is exactly what I wanted today! We ordered the "Morning Power" and the "La Paisa Arepa" For the Morning Power we substituted the Egg Whites for regular scrambled eggs. It also came with Spanish Rice, Grandmas Black Beans, Queso Fresco, Avocado, Salsa Roja. The La Paisa Arepa was a delicious combination of sweet and savory. It consisted of Short Rib, Maduros, Black Beans, Queso, Fried Egg, Single Avocado, Crispy Chicken Skins, Honey. The short rib was seasoned well. And the Maduros which were sweet plantains gave it a contrasting taste which worked well with everything. The Crispy Chicken skin gave it a nice texture. We came on a Sunday at around 1pm and we were seated right away. Our server was quick and attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner. It was a nice vibe in there with the setup and the decor in the restaurant. Cant wait to come back and try other things on the menu or I may just get the same thing again because I liked it so much.

Such a cute brunch spot with both happy and healthy choices lol Went during happy hour, and those humongous short rib fries were only $12! I was most excited to try the fall flight $16! I'm not really a coffee girl, so the coffee was a little too strong for me, but the matchaaa !!! so bomb! Pumpkin cold foam on top super yummy. Impossible sando, my bf got and was actually super flavorful! Avocado toast, tastes exactly how you expect lol nothing crazy, a little lemon-y. Service was so fast, I pulled out my book, read 2 pages and the food was ready! Lol

    Breakfast empanada

I got steak and eggs, and a breakfast empanada. Everything tasted great!! I only had 2 issues though. I asked for medium rare steak and it came out pretty well done. The chimichurri made it juicy. And the breakfast empanada lacked some stuffing, it was a little too airy. Still was crunchy and tasted good. I also got a salted caramel latte, which was $3 on Monday. Really good!! Service was great, our waiter was nice. Definitely recommend if you're around downtown Summerlin.

Needed coffee to re-fuel so I found this take out place and you can dine in if preferred. It was so busy, but there's a to go place right in the front. Seating inside and outdoors. I ordered the iced salted caramel latte. It was a bit too sweet for me but I made the best of it. I want to try the white mocha next when I'm in the area again! I wanted something new but at least I tried this place!

Looking for breakfast places for Mothers day for a party of 11 was relatively difficult! When I called into Makers & Finders a few weeks before Mothers day, I asked if their restaurant in Summerlin took reservations. When I had mentioned for Mother's day breakfast at 9:00 A.M, they were able to book the reservation with no issues for a party of 11! A few days prior to the reservation, a team member at Makers & Finders called to confirm that we were still good for the reservation, which was great that we had a follow up from the restaurant! I also received text messages as well! Makers & Finders is located in Downtown Summerlin, next to Macys. My family and I ended up parking in the open slots near Macys and walking over to Makers & Finders for our reservation at 9:00! Luckily, we made a reservation because there was already a lot of other parties waiting to get seated inside the restaurant! Our tables for a party of 11 was near the restrooms. Service was amazing at Makers & Finders. We had placed a variety of drink orders before ordering breakfast! Some of the breakfast orders at the table included the following Steak & Eggs The Shorty The Power Burrito (Grilled Chicken, Rice, Egg, Queso, and Sour Cream) Empanadas (Beef) Turkey Club and so much more! The team members at Makers & Finders are outstanding! We waited about 25 minutes for our order, but what was great was that we were all served at the same time! No one had to wait for their meal! I enjoyed my Power Burrito! It was customized with the grilled chicken and omitted the salsa and beans. I ended up only eating half of it and my husband finished the other half! The eggs were a great addition and the grilled chicken was seasoned perfectly. There wasn't much sour cream or queso in the wrap, but that's okay! There was plenty of chicken and eggs though! My daughter enjoyed the steak and eggs with a side of sourdough toast! She had left overs for the next day! I would come back here again and try out their churro waffle next time! We were able to split the bill into 4 different parties too with no issues! This is a great breakfast spot in Downtown Summerlin!

Do they take reservations for a large party (15 people) and can they accommodate to sit us together? It's for a small baby shower gathering.

Do you serve food during the week or just Saturday:Sunday brunch?

    Everyday! 7am-4pm Monday-Saturday and Sundays 9am-5pm.

Do you guys take reservations? I want to make sure I can get in for mother's day.

I want to say they do. Why? We were there on Sunday and they told us we couldn't be seated (when there were three big tables sitting empty). So we had to sit at bar, with everyone walking by us constantly, and drink our coffee.

    Anyone know the WiFi password?

    wearemakers (all lowercase)

Are they typically pretty busy on saturday mornings/early afternoon? If so is there usually a long wait?

Yes they are, but the wait is usually never too bad!

Is it OK to come and work from there with a laptop?

Absolutely. They have WiFi and the bar has power outlets.

Food: the complimentary chips were decent. I let them sit a while, so they got soggy but the salsa was pretty good (kinda sweet). The soles were amazing. The toppings were very fresh and Pastir was plenty flavorful. I wish I had a steak knife for the bottom part- the regular knife made me feel like a was sawing a tree.. I can't imagine a kid having to do that. The Pupusas are a good size and flavorful; Pupusas had a little too little stuffing, but they were still good. Service: Friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. They were not busy, and food came at a good time. Environment: The environment is decent. I expected a little more cultural decoration on the walls since it represents so many countries. The bathrooms were decently clean and smelled wonderful. Parking: There is a good amount of parking available. I parked on the side of the building on W Laredo. I like how this parking lot is more discrete.

We are from San Diego & LA, came out to Vegas for a three-day class reunion at New Orleans Hotel…read more Our friend gave me a list black owned restaurants. I ended up choosing House of Dutch Pot. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Oniel, who welcomed us and quickly seated us with menus. He mentioned that he had a large group to serve (about fifteen people) but reassured us that his waitress would be arriving soon. Oniel took the time to explain the menu, and we placed our drink orders--mine was a pineapple and ginger mix, which turned out to be refreshingly unique. It was such a treat to see options beyond the usual sodas and iced teas. Oh my goodness, food was so good!! I got the combo plate, jerk chicken & oxtails, mac n cheese & grilled veggies. I had little bit of mac n cheese left & two pieces of chicken I took w/me, I ate that later. The ambiance was fantastic: beautiful decorations and Caribbean music playing at just the right volume, creating a lively atmosphere without overpowering our conversations. It's always a plus when you don't have to shout over the music. As the evening went on, the waitress and another cook joined, which was perfect timing since six more guests walked in. The waitress was friendly and pleasant, adding to the overall great experience. Oniel includes a little history about his journey on the menu, which is both interesting and inspiring. He runs the place with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely pleasant attitude. I highly recommend House of Dutch Pot to anyone visiting Las Vegas. I will definitely be going back when I visit Las Vegas.
