The menu is basic but if the quality of the food is good then why change it. I have been an N and Out customer since high school the food has been consistent for decades and the price is more than fair. Try another burger chain and you pay upwards of 40-50 dollars for 2 people. The one thing I appreciate most about the corporation is that no matter which location you go to the employees are polite and seem genuinely concerned about doing a good job. Burgers are good but I really hate the regular fries. So I began getting the fries loaded and that helps a lot. Service is always very nice and the long line does move at a decent pace. We've eaten inside only a few times as most times I'm grabbing dinner from the drive thru. Very rarely has something been wrong or not great and when that happens we reached out to Corp and they really know how to properly handle any and all issues. This is usually the in n out myself and my family go to as it is around the corner from my home, but after tonight I probably will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this location after the experience I had and the absolute level of pour service myself and another lady in a car behind me received. I'm not sure who was the closing staff at this location on Saturday morning. At 1:25am is when I pulled into the in n out drive thru there were 7 cars in front of me from what I could see. There was this one pickup truck that was in front of me that continued to fail to pay attention to the line moving ahead. We had finally reached the speaker and all I had was this one pickup truck in front of me and there was another car behind me who also arrived in line around the same time I did. The pickup truck sat at the speaker so long that when he finally did move up to allow me to move to the speaker the staff decided not to take any orders and it was 1:41am at that point. I'm not sure if this guy was doing this on purpose because he continued to just not move at all. Once myself and the car behind me got to the window we wanted to speak to a manager. Instead of someone coming to the window to address whatever our concerns were the entire staff just stood there looked at us and talked to each other. Then there was one young guy with short thick black hair decided to come to the window I guy he thought he was suppose to be captain save the day and literally told myself and the lady behind me "we have to leave", "goodbye" when we asked to speak to manager he said no I'm sorry to have to leave and put the praying hands up like he was say sorry oh well meanwhile the other staff you can read there lips and they all saying f that don't open it so not only did we sit in a drive thru that we were in line in enough time before closing we waited for 20 minutes didn't get any food and got the absolute worst customer service in my life from and in n out. Overall, I LOVE In-N-Out Burger, and go every time I am on the West Coast. I do find, however, that there are definitely differences from location to location. This one I thought was a mixed bag-my burger was perfect, the bun toasted and crispy, the meat and toppings perfectly proportioned. However, and while In-N-Out fries always seem to get a bad rap, I really enjoy them- except this visit- they were warm but very dry. Almost like they were hollow. I should've complained and asked for a fresh order, but they were okay and slathered in ketchup, I was happy. Besides that, it's your typical In-N-Out, clean and the team keeping up. The drive thru is convenient but the lines can be ultra long! I waited for 15 min after midnight on a weekday. The price on the pictures are outdated on yelp, and the cheeseburger can be closer to $9, not under $5 like it used to be. Fresh French fries are always good! The bottom of my burger bun was a little cold, maybe because I had lettuce and onions, but it probably was sitting after being toasted. Ugh, what a frustrating experience, but the manager stopped over to make it right, so 4 stars. It started out with our order of a double-double, animal fries, a single and a regular fries. Round 1, fries were cold, I took them back to the counter Round 2, one fry was hot and one was still cold (how?) Round 3, animal fries were not hot and crispy, they tried to explain how they cooked them in the steamer, which I could see how they wouldn't be crispy, but why cold? It didn't make sense. Finally, I just ordered fries and asked for the sauces on the side. THAT was good and I'll probably do that every time from now on. I've ordered Animal Fries in the past and have enjoyed them and I couldn't figure out why this place didn't get it right. I love In-N-Out, in fact, it's the only fast food I'll eat. That said, I think an establishment owes their customers some care. This establishment has cars winding around the property and people fighting to get in the drive thru line as they come from different directions. There aren't cones out to guide customers (like there are at other In-N-Outs) or anyone directing cars to avoid people cutting people off, etc. It is frustrating to be waiting in a line full of cars to have a random car cut right in front of the line to order. At my visit today I was treated very poorly by a customer who cut me off. I talked to the shift manager when I got to the window and suggested putting cones up. She said they can't because the property manager won't let them. She also said they wanted the cones there to keep their employees safe. Once a car was speeding through and hit one of their employees! I honestly can't believe I am saying this, but I think they should shut the drive through down at this location if they can't direct people or have cones set up. Make people park their cars and stand in line inside. Keep their customers safe. The drive thru is a hazard and with how crazy people are these days.... I am sure they won't shut the drive thru, it's a money maker. But it's an awful situation. The property manager really needs to let them make things safe for their employees and customers. read more

My husband picked up food here. It was the first time we had In-N-Out Burger. We did y like the fries. They were soggy and could have used another 10 minutes cooking. The burgers were delicious. I come to this In-N-Out often as it's right by my house but it seems that I may have to take a further drive down to the one on Tropicana! They never mess up my orders and go above and beyond for their customers compared to this place. I have NEVER had my order correct weather it be missing ingredients that I had kindly requested, or even entire items being missing and not noticed until I get home which causes a huge Inconvenience considering the gas use and the trips back, not to mention the rest of the food going cold. Today has honestly been my last straw with this place because I ordered 3 burgers with very simple requests, a regular hamburger with extra lettuce, onion and ketchup, a cheeseburger protein style with chilies, and a double double with pickles. I receive the burgers and my hamburger has no onion or ketchup and the smallest crushed lettuce piece I have ever seen, my double double has ONE singular pickle, and I have no chilies on my cheeseburger. I know you guys have tags that say what has been ordered so I don't understand why it's ALWAYS wrong. Pretty easy when it's about all they have. But alas! The burgers seemed smaller than usual, were lukewarm, missing the requested sauce on the side; the fries were COLD & there were more small pieces than normal. Imagining what kind of person was in charge, I'd say he or she was absent. And since we have given soooo many chances, with no good results for such an easy menu, we are now past customers, never to return to the mediocre establishment again. The Sahara at Hualapai In-N-Out. Who doesn't like In-N-Out? The answer is the people that love In-N-Out. This is one of newest locations in Las Vegas. It opened in 2018. One thing you can say about In-N-Out is that the company does such a great job maintaining the restaurants that even an old location seems brand new. So far, I have been to this location three times. If I didn't live in Henderson, I'd probably have been here more times. When I am in the vicinity of West Sahara, it has provided a convenient place for a tasty lunch to fill me over for a more filling dinner. I have visited it before or after the Sahara West Library and the Pecole Ranch Walking Trail. It is also convenient to Summerlins parks and attractions such as Downtown Summerlin. Additionally it is in the same parking lot as Peet's Coffee. The last time I visited was this past Monday which was two days short of the one year anniversary of the Covid-19 Nevada Shutdown and the same day that restaurant capacity went from 25 to 50%. On the latest visit, it was the first day that the dining room was open after being closed for a few months. It was nice to be able to eat inside an In-N-Out again. I wasn't the only one that felt the same way considering that the 50% capacity was nearly filled up. I have yet to walk into an In-N-Out that was badly managed. This one was no exception. The woman at the counter enthusiastically greeted me right away. In return, I enthusiastically ordered the #2: Cheeseburger Meal. Another nice thing about this chain is that ordering is so simple. There are three combo meals that are a variation of the hamburger. I think it is this simplicity that contributes to the consistently good food. Good food that they make fresh for the customer upon ordering. It is really good food that empties your appetite and not the wallet. The cheeseburger value meal which included fries and medium drink came out to less than $7. In 2021 that is a great deal. Two days short of it being one year that Covid-19 shutdown Nevada, every other table was yellow taped off. And the popular In-N-Out chili and toppings bar was out of service. There was a hand sanitizer station near the restrooms. And both customers and staff wore a face mask. It was in this environment that I enjoyed my food. I can tell that it didn't come out of a fryer and that they used quality ingredients. The buns, onions, cheese, lettuce, meat patty, and fries exemplified quality. In reality I did not want to be in-n-out of here. I wanted the experience of biting into this delicious cheeseburger and fries to last a lot longer. In conclusion, the majority of people who don't like In-N-Out, love In-N-Out. I am one of them. read more
