James was EXTREMELY RUDE to a paying customer at 11pm at night. We had a big 40' trailer and could not get through the drive through and even though we already paid - he would not give us our food without the vehicle in the drive thru. This rig is not meant to be in the drive thru, it was late, we already paid, and he would not serve us. Needless to say we had to figure it out and we did. But it's safe to say - this McDonald's needs to work on their customer service and I'm glad we can squeeze this thing into tight quarters. read more

I live in Limon and would highly recommend you go somewhere else, I've had issues in the past but have given them the benefit of the doubt. Earlier this evening I left for an ice cream trip, I ordered a strawberry milkshake and one ice cream cone. I waited a grand total of 35 minutes before even making it to the second window, and then a further 10 minutes before they gave me my order. Which if your unfamiliar with the ice cream process.. they push a button on a machine.. No apology for the wait, avoidant eye contact, and impolite tone. To make it just the greatest visit ever I get home to find a lovely filling of black goop at the bottom of my shake that I can only hope is chocolate. Save your money, time, and lifespan. please go somewhere else. read more

This is a great McDonald's location. I was on a load a long road trip and wanted some coffee and a snack. The staff was very accommodating, I had some specifics for my order and prepared them correctly. My snack (heated cinnamon roll) and coffee totally hit the spot. If I could rate this McDonalds a ZERO, I would. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes only to have the ordering attendant say she didn't appreciate my attitude because I was asking what the hold up was. Not only that, it was a double drive through and I pulled in to my slot first and yet they took the 2nd drive through order before mine. I had some choice words and drove off. Traveling 900 miles today and this was the single biggest waste of time, ever in all my years of traveling. Ordered 2 happy meals. Instead of sliced apples I was able to order an additional side of fries in the app. When I picked up the happy meals, they shorted me the extra fry. The short kid behind the counter made it right. Also, they were the boo buckets, and they didn't have any stickers left. That's the reason I ordered the happy meals. We stopped in this McDonald's location bc we were staying the hotel next door and my child wanted breakfast and it was after 10a. Apparently the only breakfast drive thru in the area, they are vastly under-resourced and under-staffed. (Hey, aren't we all?) Kitchen appeared clean from my view in the dining room, but the dining room facilities and especially the soda station were beyond disgusting. Again, clearly short staffed and under-resourced. Staff were trying to be kind but also very frazzled. Food was fairly good slightly below average for McDonald's but not against standards. I also found it odd that a rural location would have retail pricing so much higher than the urban prices I'm used to in way-over-inflated Nashville, TN. read more

This restaurant is the only restaurant on our way. The food was great thanks to the workers here. Absolutely nothing wrong with the service provided. Nonetheless, at around 2:00 p.m. on May 22, 2023, there was a White lady in regular clothes--blue shirt and black dress pants, not in uniform--who needs trainings on customer service and management. She was quite rude to her employees, and unpleasant to the customers. The ketchup dispenser was broken and sprayed on me; she came out from the back and said, and I paraphrase, that there was a reason no cups were put out there--the ketchup dispenser was not working. She didn't even offer any ketchup packets instead. There was no apology for the situation even though I don't need one. There should at least have been a sign saying "Dispenser OOC." I don't know about any of you, but I did not have a pleasant dine-in experience. I hope things be improved for others' future experience. read more

While it was prepared in a timely manner the sandwiches and fries were not tasty. Neither of us finished our very pricey mmeal.not sure if it this establishment or the restaurant regulations. Food on floor and food underneath tables. Yuk! All these flies are a huge health hazard. If your workers can stop talking personal business when you have customers in sight that works be good. Further, please teach your staff when taking trash out you don't go back to the serving counter with the same filthy gloves you were just reaching into the trash with. AVOID CROSS CONTAMINATION!
