My husband and I came here for lunch as he had received vouchers for two free extra value meal from another location. The associate who took our order was professional and friendly. The wait time to prepare our order was a bit longer than I would have liked, but my chicken nuggets and fries were perfect so that compensated for the wait time. My husband who overloads everything with salt said that his burger was too salty. I was shocked. He ended up not finishing his burger. This location has fewer seating compared to others. They do have a few outdoor tables. My husband informed me that the restaurant was in an industrial park by BWI. Most people who came in did carryout. I also noted when we were leaving that they have a reserved drive thru parking space and mobile order curbside.

I'm lovin' it is a stretch, but I like it ;*)

I typically steer clear of here due to poor attitudes and the affects on my digestive system. Today was a pleasant experience for breakfast. I got a steak, egg and cheese bagel, orange juice with a parfait. The young lady helping me was very accommodating since I don't care for their hash browns. I made it a point to let her know that her kind gesture was appreciated.

The worst McDonald's ever... my first review ever but they deserve zero stars! Thanks for my microwaved hamburger it was nice and hot!

Terrible customer service and was out of ketchup? How does that even happen. Food was okay though.

This was right at 1030 on a Thursday, I suppose it may get slower during the lunch rush, especially in the drive thru which is precisely why I don't do drive thru.

My favorite sandwich there is the Southwest Retriever (Chicken, Bacon, Onion, Pepperjack and Southwest Mayo on a toasted baguette). They offer student discounts for UMBC students, and have a loyalty punch card. Prices are pretty standard. They also have some good coworking spots and meeting rooms in the back. I came in once and there was a Witch meetup in the back which is pretty sick. They have some street parking and there's also a lot right next to it.

While waiting my brothers and I played Jenga that the cafe offers and also monopoly which is this super cute specialized version for the area, Arbutus/Baltimore. This cafe is so cute and quiet - a great place to get some work done, have a small meeting or chill with your family. If I lived nearby this would definitely be a regular place I would come to get work done. To drink, I ordered something on seasonal media specifically their Rose B. Chai (I forgot the second word ) which a mix of chai and rosemary. And dare I say it's the PERFECT FUSION!!! It's so good! at first I was a little skeptical thinking it shouldn't work but it does. Now unfortunately my mom didn't approve and she has a more of a sweet tooth than I do so maybe different people have their different opinion but I loved it. There's also an orange creamsicle drink that's on the menu that I really want to try.I didn't have time to order food but the prices are super reasonable like less than $10. I really liked this place and next time I'm in the area I will definitely stop by.

The woman with bright red hair who was taking orders and operating the point of sale machine had a horrible attitude towards customers when they were asking what was available and trying to place orders, and at least one person walked away without buying anything because of her. I ordered a medium coffee Americano which was $4.99 - fair, especially at an airport coffee spot, but when she showed me where to tap my card, I was given a screen to leave a gratuity. I wasn't giving a tip as I received no real "service" and I'm not giving 25% for someone at a walk up counter to pour a cup of coffee (I just got an Americano - a simple order). When she saw I left no tip, she glared at me and said "OK!....OK!!" as if she was miffed and being judgemental. I walked to the other side of this large kiosk to where the coffee drinks are handed out once ready. There were several people waiting for their orders, and none of the cups were labeled or had names on them - the employee there was just yelling the type of drink she was setting out, and I guess hoping if there were multiple customers with the same order they'd figure it out on their own.

I saw an Auntie Anne's as I walked toward my gate and could hear my tummy rumble and as much as I love a delicious, hot, buttery pretzel I decided against this for breakfast. I like to eat healthy (for the most part), but this can be pretty hard to do while traveling - especially in an airport! The sign for Chesapeake Cafe caught my eye - organic, locally owned, fair trade - so I decided to check it out. Plus, they had Naked Juices - just what I was craving! I saw a picture advertising fresh bagels on the menu and decided to order one. The bagel did not taste fresh and was actually pretty soft even after toasting. I was hoping for a freshly toasted bagel like I enjoy occasionally at Einsteins and Brueggers. This bagel was more like the type you find at your local grocery store - nothing special and definitely not worth the $2.59. The customer service was okay and others seemed happy with their coffee 3 stars seems fair. Note to self for future: Stick with the hand crafted espresso drinks and skip the bakery items.

I ordered a Large House Blend ($2.29), and it was solid coffee, but nothing that knocked my socks off. Service was a little slow, but not the end of the world. I will likely be back here for more caffiene if back at the Baltimore airport.
