& the cup isn't even filled all the way up

They either can't read a ticket; or don't care to read the ticket when someone orders; every time I place an order I ask for extra caramel; and every time I get my drink it has little to none in it. I've asked if it cost extra I don't mind paying and then after speaking to a manager I'm told it doesn't cost; and it shouldn't be an issue; but every time I order; here we are. It's very annoying especially if Starbucks is going to charge $7-8 a drink. Do better.

A regular coffee not my order I ordered a carml macchiato with extra drizzle im so upset

I just ordered a Carmel macchiato with extra drizzle in received just a regular coffee I am beyond upset if I wanted a regular coffee I would have went to 7-11 this is unacceptable I waited 45 mins for nothin

    Flies

First, their pastry box was SWARMING with flies (see picture). I know they're not serving from there, but it makes me wonder where else flies are swarming in the building. The service was also terrible. There were only 2 people working, and both seemed to feel incredibly inconvenienced by customers coming in to order. They did not greet anyone, and they had a general attitude of not wanting to be there.

Clean and friendly. Got my drink super fast. Music was total energy but then add caffeine. Wish this one was on the Eastern Shore.

This was "supposed to be" a Cascara Latte. I'll take what I can get!!

Today was my first time visiting this Starbucks. Very good service, they even have a drive-through. I went in requesting a cascara latte, and I was so excited that they actually had the ingredients to make it. I must admit, once I received my latte and tasted it... It wasn't a cascara latte, but they tried. It's very spacious on the inside, clean (counters too) & the bathrooms are clean. I would definitely recommend visiting this Starbucks, I would just stick to the current menu items.

    A matcha latte

If been going to this star bucks since September and it's always a 50/50 chance my order is right. When I order a drink that's how I want it not for the person taking my order to add whatever they want in my drink, if I don't say hazelnut that's probably bc I don't want it for a reason. I'm allergic to tree nuts and for them to try and kill me is really crazy to me and this has happened twice. As I'm sitting In the hospital right now, crazy how they can charge me 7 dollars for a latte that I can't even drink without almost dying.

Loved the service and friendliness! This is the kind of Starbucks that I enjoy and this is why I am loyal to the company. I walked in and there was glass in between us and we were all wearing masks. I got the new summer drinks and both were delicious. The unicorn cake pop is everything I could have imagined.

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. And the parking lot is tiny so they had cars holding up traffic and boxing people in.

I saw an Auntie Anne's as I walked toward my gate and could hear my tummy rumble and as much as I love a delicious, hot, buttery pretzel I decided against this for breakfast. I like to eat healthy (for the most part), but this can be pretty hard to do while traveling - especially in an airport! The sign for Chesapeake Cafe caught my eye - organic, locally owned, fair trade - so I decided to check it out. Plus, they had Naked Juices - just what I was craving! I saw a picture advertising fresh bagels on the menu and decided to order one. The bagel did not taste fresh and was actually pretty soft even after toasting. I was hoping for a freshly toasted bagel like I enjoy occasionally at Einsteins and Brueggers. This bagel was more like the type you find at your local grocery store - nothing special and definitely not worth the $2.59. The customer service was okay and others seemed happy with their coffee 3 stars seems fair. Note to self for future: Stick with the hand crafted espresso drinks and skip the bakery items.

I saw Chesepeake Cafe, and that it was organic, locally owned, and fair trade, so decided to give their coffee a try. I ordered a Large House Blend ($2.29), and it was solid coffee, but nothing that knocked my socks off. Service was a little slow, but not the end of the world. I will likely be back here for more caffiene if back at the Baltimore airport.

It did say on mine you had to call ahead if you wanted raw crab cake, so I did. I called and ordered two raw crab cakes and told him I would be there around 12:00 to pick it up. When I arrived and gave him my name to pick up the two crab cakes he said I remember speaking to you on the phone. He was kind and warm and pleasant. Normally the raw crab cake does not come with all the fixings. Kaiser roll shredded lettuce and tomato with tartar sauce. I asked could I have these as my husband and I were going to bake the crab cakes later that evening after we got home and the kids went to bed and he was happy to oblige. He gave me two fresh Kaiser rolls and a container that had shredded lettuce and sliced tomato, and two lemon wedges. Please note the crab cakes are more shaped like a baseball but I flattened and made more Patty like to fit the kaiser roll. These crab cakes were amazing and my husband thought the same. Adamm has a forever customer in me anytime I'm near the BWI Airport. It's a 7 minute drive from there. So if you're ever in the airport car park waiting for a flight to come in instead go to Adamm's. Your time will be much better spent there. It's just a quick to go place with an amazing quality of food, so you don't have to worry about any fancy smancy restaurant

First Watch -- Savory Wins, Sweet Still Searching…read more After completing a 3-peat, here's my conclusion: The savory items at this chain are my cup of tea. The coffee is bold and strong, and for the price, getting a full pot that keeps you going without needing refills is a great value. The drink selection looks limited at first, but they quietly offer some very tasty juices. The kale apple stands out for me -- not normally my thing, but it works. I think there are better places for pancakes. I think there are better places for French toast. That said, it's still worth trying them -- what's missing for me might shine through for you. Where First Watch really wins: * Bacon Egg & Cheese (artisanal level good) * Million Dollar Potatoes (upgrade every time) * Crispy regular bacon * Sausage breakfast plates * Thoughtfully built savory options These plates feel crafted, not just assembled. The atmosphere brings a modern diner / brunch vibe that fits perfectly with what people are looking for today. Bright, busy, and comfortable. Location tip: Try not to sit near the kitchen -- it gets loud with staff conversations. Service is mixed * Some staff members are excellent * Others feel more transactional If you're ordering eggs, go scrambled or omelette over over-easy. Mine were undercooked previously, and it's an easy fix. Good coffee Strong savory menu Modern brunch vibe Some inconsistency Sweet items not standout (for me) That still lands First Watch at 4 stars. And with the lack of strong brunch options nearby, this is currently top dog for me. Still searching for that great French toast and pancakes.
