WORST MCDONALD'S EVER. I ordered online, specified no pickles on my sandwich, specified ketchup in the bag and napkins, went through the drive-through, was told to pull around and wait on my order, after 10 minutes it was finally delivered, the sandwich was made incorrectly, and there weren't any Ketchup or napkins in the bag. They served 4 orders behind us before she finally brought out order out, and the food was cold and stale. And this isn't the first time it's happened. It took me a whopping 45 minutes to get my food (triple cheeseburger meal and 2 mcdoubles) and when i finally got to the window the servers all had attitudes, which i can't understand. I just got screamed at for driving to the wrong window. I drove to the first window, had the door closed in my face with no communication, I waited, the girl in the second window looked out at me, so I drove forward. The manager came running to the second window, yelled at me for taking the bag before paying. I literally had the money in my hand handing it over. It took a while to get my change and when I did I asked for the manager to come back. I asked for an apology. There is no world where that is appropriate behavior. She fed me more attitude. I said girl I just want an apology, it was an honest mistake. I knew she wasn't going to give one, but I had to check her. This location is always emotional and insane. So many people working there act so wild. There are so many McDonald's where the people are professional and nice like the downtown Little Rock location. This one is so centrally located that I think people go even though the service is so bad. But we all just need to stop going because this McDonald's is a broken down mess full of mean people. read more

Went through the drive threw around 11 and the coworkers would peep there head and hide. Seriously.

This is quite literally the worst McDonald's location ever. They constantly let me down, I don't even know why I bother. This is usually the only thing I can get cause I work late and everywhere is closed. The drive through is backed up 24/7, every staff member I have encountered (minus one guy, he is really nice, I wish I knew his name I would complement him) is rude, impatient, and incompetent. Most orders come out incorrect, they take forever to speak to you at the drive thru speaker, the pay window, as well as the order pick up window. Often times I have to pull around to the door and wait even longer for them to bring my food. They have closed service unannounced on several occasions, due to "understaffed/broken equipment". They once told me give them 10 minutes, I did. Then they said it again, so I did. Then they said it again. That's when I gave up, and went somewhere across town to eat. On my way back home, I saw another car get turned away at the drive through. That was an hour after my first attempt to order, where they said they only needed 10 minutes. I am literally sitting in the drive through waiting right now as I write this. The issue that led me to leaving this review tonight (not the first occurrence) is they made me wait about 10 minutes at the order box before talking, then proceeded to speak to me in a very rude/loud/obnoxious tone and were literally cutting me off in the middle of my order. I'm not even a Karen, this is my second bad review of my entire life, but I'm not lying when I say this McDonalds needs to be entirely replaced. Lazy. Not to mention on one visit I sat in the drive through FOR AN HOUR! This location has two drive through lines & they do not take orders at them equally so if you pick the wrong line you're screwed because they'll take 5 orders in a row at line 1 and completely ignore line 2 or vise versa. When I finally got to the window they informed me they were out of co2. "No Dr Pepper" I thought. Went ahead and ordered my meal (a qpc w a large fry and 4 count nugget) with a water. The worker so rudely said "didn't I tell you we didn't have drinks!?" as if water requires co2? Not to mention - do they not have bottles? Furthermore, I asked for a few extra ranches and the worker said "FOR A 4 COUNT!?" as if it was blasphemy that I could potentially use ranch w my fries? I try to give workers in the food industry the benefit of the doubt as they are more often than not short staffed and have given this location multiple chances but this was unheard of. Every single experience I have had with this location has been beyond negative. An hour long wait due to the fact they had zero sense of urgency & unequally took orders from the two lines, couldn't even get a bottle of water, and was belittled for asking for a few extra dipping sauces. Hi! Even during this time of very low expectations this McDonald's disappoints. Rotatcia - the general manager is a real dreamboat. We ordered a hamburger with three things. That's how long it took them to get it right. We wanted bun meat cheese. We got no bun. Mustard and onions (what doesn't say happy meal about that!?!?) don't mind that when I took it back in they wiped the mustard off the American cheese left wet shreds of lettuce and told me it was my fault and they needed to RERING THE ORDER. Apparently apologizing for mistakes or politely telling a customer they misplaced their order is not part of the McDonald's experience. You just get told to eff off in their attitude and actions. Went through drive-thru, ordered my food, person at payment window didn't verify my amount and charged me, ended up charging me for the person behind me. I get to the food window and am told I cannot have my food since I didn't pay for it, manager told me he would refund and recharge the right amount so I can have my food and asks me to pull forward. The person behind me pulls up, gets their food, ( the food I paid for ) and drives off. I sat in line for 20 more minutes without a single person talking to me and eventually just drove off because apparently it takes an entire team of nuclear scientists to run a McDonald's and figure out a simple refund and recharge. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. One particular employee that ran the drive thru on January 2nd was very rude and very unprofessional. I waited in line to order for 40 minutes (which I understand people being short staffed and things being closed) so I wasn't even really upset about that. I could have left and went to a different McDonald's but once you've invest time into waiting you may as well just wait it out. It was just the way this employee was treating everyone that ordered. He was very rude to every single person that ordered their food and treated them very poorly. He even laughed at one woman for asking the total on her order and scoffed at a Door Dash employee in front of me for even being there and then told him they didn't have any DoorDash orders and tried to explain to this guy his job which I'm sure he's more than trained for. The guy then tried to politely give him the order number for the DoorDash and he started screaming at the guy for no reason at all? Someone else finally took over and got the poor man his food. After they took the employee out of the drive thru everything ran much faster and was fine. Don't use their damn app, there are several items on the app that you'll order and pay for only to discover that they have never had said items in their local menu. I got to their drive thru and literally had to explain how to make their iced Mocha coffee. Then they explained that two items I had ordered and paid for were not on the menu. I went inside to talk to the manager who was so concerned about getting an uber order out she couldn't focus on my requests for my food (it had been 15 minutes), or my request for a refund after paying for menu items they didn't sell. Everything went smoothly until I pulled up ,got a sip of my Sprite and found that it was either out or highly carbonated. No problem I'll just go inside and get myself something different . As I was emptying my drink out and getting something different an employee comes up to me and says you're going to have to pay 1.11 for that I ask her why and she says nothing . I then tell her I just came through drive through and I'm just changing my drink since its taste bad. She begins to question me asking oh since you went through DT what did you order ? Where's your receipt I need it. At this point I've gotten mad because I shouldn't have to go through all of this because my drink taste funny. For one I'm not about to go out to my car to get a receipt and secondly I'm not paying for something I've already paid for. I tell her she can go ask the girl in the drive thru with red hair if I was just there. Afterwards I turned away and she left and went up to a man and says oh she was just in drive thru . I believe the man was the district coach because I looked him up (eliecer Palacios) after he called my phone from leaving a survey. Either way that's not how you do things .
