My husband just went through the drive thru and placed and order and it was incorrect. He took it inside. The woman working the drive thru proceeded to continuely say to the manager as the manager was adjusting the bill "he said 2 for $5..." My husband returned to the car with a new order which was again INCORRECT. He went back in and the manager took his sandwich ran it through the line and had them put cheese on it. They are not suppose to do this. He should have received a freshly made [correct] sandwich. Both the employee working the drive thru and the manager were rude and unprofessional. read more

If I could give no stars I would!!! I work down the street from this awful place and no matter what time I go they are either "closed" or never have what I would like to order, they are supposed to be open 24 hrs... They are always rude no matter who's at the window and no matter what time of night or day!!! They also accepted my doordash order( I didn't mean to order from that location) and didn't have half of my order available to me!! They are unprofessional, and something needs to be done!! Hate being right. I decided after a year later having a bad experience at this particular McDonald's that I would give it another chance. Once again, terrible attitude and tone from the person speaking to me on the speaker, third person in line and waited 17 minutes. There does not seem to be a strong sense of organization counter. This is not the first time I've had poor service at this franchise. This will be the last time I give my business/money to this franchise though. Today I went inside for faster service since the drive through is usually so slow and often gives wrong food. The cashier was obviously not happy to be at work.(facial expression and body language glaringly showed her bad attitude). No hello or welcome to McDonalds. I ordered 2 large drinks. Simple. She told me the total was $2.12 so I started digging in my purse for the exact change.(No other customers inside or behind me in line.) She just held her hand out for the money and didn't look in my direction. I put the money on counter as I found it in my purse. $1 bill, dime, 2 pennies and then the last $1 bill. She made no attempt to pick up the money or look at me. When I told her the money was on the counter, she really gave me a dirty look. I said I didn't know I HAD to PUT it in your hand. She rang it up and I waited for the receipt. Silence. I asked for her name. (No name tag or badge of employment shown.) She asked ME my name. I said that now I wanted to know her manager's name and asked another employee to get the manager for me. The manager came quickly. As I told her about the rude encounter with that cashier, the cashier said I was lying. I said that hopefully cameras and even a recording of the incidence had been taken already. The manager politely apologized and said the matter would be taken care of. Certainly hope so . Whoever is the owner of the franchise needs to know why business is so low there. After filling my drinks, the other two young gals working there apologized to me and wished me a good day. They seemed like sweethearts. Employees are fine here, but the manager is a Bit%$! I went there yesterday morning before my bf dropped me off at work, the order was messed up. was missing 2 hash browns and a biscuit sandwich... after my bf dropped me off he went back and they made him look for a receipt which I HAD(I was at work) and they said they couldn't do it without(which is bs). They told him to come back tomorrow with it. I come back this morning(its tomorrow) and the manager is questioning me in a loud tone "WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THIS YESTERDAY!" (well because I intended on my food being correct and I was at work 12 hour shift) and she was being extremely rude, rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth at me like I was a total inconvenience "What was missing?(here's my receipt) *DOESNT LOOK AT RECEIPT* again "WHY DIDNT YOU COME YESTERDAY??" *EYES ROLL*. she threw the new receipt at me and left the window. I could only imagine how she treats her employees as I work in retail. I get we all have a rough day but you cant treat customers like she did to me today and think its ok. I was very nice about it when I pulled up and didn't expect her to approach me being rude. I really wont be coming back to this mcdonalds which sucks because its omw to my job, but oh well.. rather go to one that will provide great customer service. read more

I have been to this McDonald several times and do not plan on returning. At least twice recently the McCafe machine was broken.

Mc donalds is mcdonalds but this location in particular is horrible. I have been delayed on occasions been my children want a happy meal but they have all these disappointed me. Their service is horrible you take forever. I just go in for my kods and now they have books instead of toys advertised on tv. Sat for 10minutes at drive through. I ended up giving up sitting and drove off. I was watching the others get served before me. They only took orders from the outer lane. I've been at this location several times. In the past, I always have to check my order before I leave . I order a hamburger I get a cheeseburger. Very disappointed. This has got to be the worst McDonalds around. My food is always wrong, and the employees are the rudest in town. Today, as always my order was incorrect, shakes had melted, fries were cold, my sandwiches were incorrect, and the order taker & manager were so rude that you would have thought they were personal enemies. The young women giving the food out at the window almost threw my food at me when I asked for my order to be remade. They said they charge that for large water, first of all you forgot our water, assumed we wanted a large and then charged us, then didn't give it to us! I have never left a review in my life, but this experience pissed me off enough to the point where I needed to say something. There has been an ongoing meme about McDonald's always having its ice cream machine "breakdown" whenever you asked for ice cream. But as I'm pulling into the drive-through at 10:30 PM (I get that it's late and you probably don't wanna serve ice cream that late, BUT it's your fucking job to give the customer what they want). I pull up, ask for McFlurry, and the worker said "sorry we're cleaning the the ice cream machine right now." Ok no big deal, so I begin to pull off and I see a worker leaning out of the drive-through window laughing at me as I drive by. That infuriated me beyond belief. Now I see why you guys don't get paid that much because you won't even do your damn job I bet it only takes 15 seconds to clean the ice cream machine after you use it it's really not that big of a deal people are just so damn lazy and his place is full of them. The food is McDonald's food. I am not going there for the amazing cuisine. This Mcdonalds is probably the worst one in the area of Plymouth/Canton/livonia. They are strange about accepting coupons. They don't smile at you. They act like their job is doing you a favor.
