The employees were super rude. French fries were old and the burger was pink. Will never go back to this McDonald's that's for sure.

I have been to this McDonald several times and do not plan on returning. At least twice recently the McCafe machine was broken.

That is just how much better the service is here vs the BK at Haggerty and Ann Arbor rd.

We were taking our granddaughter from out of state so we could all experience it for the first time together as she had this on her "must try" list. We got 2 box combo's. Chicken was super moist, fries on point and 2 of us liked the sauce. My fiancé does not do pepper well, so she had to eat the strips plain. They do not have seasoning on them at all, so she was a tad bummed. Really wish they would offer ranch at the least. Overall it was good for my granddaughter and myself as we enjoyed the sauce. 4 stars for food, but Sanara got the 5th star with her smile and attitude.

Several weeks later, when the crowds died down, I popped in for dinner. The small parking lot was nearly full; I snagged the last spot. Maybe this is more of a to-go place? The menu is very limited. Essentially, there are various combinations of (3, 4, and 6) chicken fingers with fries and sides. There is also a chicken sandwich. I ordered the Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, sauce, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a beverage, but I was worried I would still be hungry. The staffer reassured me that it would be more than enough. And she was right. The sizable chicken fingers were juicy and tender with a tasty, crunchy coating. The crinkle-cut fries were a-okay, as was the coleslaw. However, I did not care for the sauce, expecting it to be a bit sweeter, like J. Alexander's, nor did I care for the toast. The team staffing the restaurant was top-notch. They stayed on top of cleaning up the restaurant and replacing the garbage cans while remaining friendly and pleasant to customers.

It's still a…read morepretty new place -- they've only been open for about a year and a half -- but everything tasted fresh, hot, and made to order. I ordered a fish slider, a chicken slider, and a bacon cheeseburger slider, and they were all really good. The fish slider was especially tasty and probably my favorite. The fries had a light crisp to them and the flavor was pergect! My custom order took about 15 minutes, which seemed pretty reasonable, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sliders had a fresh, homemade taste that really set them apart from typical sliders you might get somewhere else. The prices were pretty fair too and seemed about the same as other similar spots around here. My order was $23 which included the custard shake My to-go order came in a sturdy cardboard box, which I liked. They also included ketchup packets, and napkins. The only downside was that it was packed so full the lid didn't close all the way. With three sliders, fries, and a couple seasonings all in one box, everything got a little squished by the time I opened it. Using two boxes for bigger orders might help keep the food in better shape and make it look a little more appealing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking, including handicap parking. I also liked that the drink station was self-serve, so you can grab your own drink and refills. They even offer catering, which is a great option for parties and events. Overall, it was a great experience with fresh food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great customer experience!

They listed what pop products they have (Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, lots of great choices!) in a concise manner. It took roughly 5 mins for our food to be ready once we pulled up to the window. Food smelled delicious in the car, and was very satisfying to eat. The buns are brioche and went really well with the burger. Fries were a 4/5, thicker and adequately seasoned! Onion rings were very crispy and had a lot of batter on them, they were a 4/5 as well. Overall, a good experience, and I'm excited to go again! I would imagine eating in the restaurant right when our food came out would've enhanced the experience.

Conveniently located next to a highway entrance, I made a pit stop for the first time in a very long time. I was the only customer inside while a few cars were lined up in the drive thru. I am pretty sure the layout has changed over the decades as I remember it was more of a greasy spoon with service windows and all booth seating. There were ten varieties of sliders on the menu. I can recall The Original Slider being priced as low as $0.19 each! Now the cost was up to $0.99, but it was still less than a dollar. The other choices had prices as high as $2.99. Combo Craves and Shareable Meals were bundles that could be purchased to save a few bucks. I decided to go with several individual sliders for my to-go order... Original, 1921, Chicken Ring, and Panko Fish. The Original consisted of a patty made with 100% beef that was steam grilled on a bed of onions and served on a signature bun. The 1921 was named in honor of the year this business was founded in Wichita, KS. Lettuce, cheese, and grilled onion were the toppings added to the patty. The Chicken Ring was exactly as described with a breaded piece of chicken in the form of a ring placed between the steamed buns. The Panko Fish was the most expensive and contained a panko breaded whitefish patty. I still enjoyed The Original the most because of its simplicity. White Castle has always been known to be a cheap fill if you are craving burgers. Yes, the sliders are tiny, but that's part of the allure. We don't have this business in Southern California which I found to be odd. I figured if locations existed in Las Vegas, then why not migrate all the way to the coast?

Inside the staff was nice, the food was made quickly, the staff emphasized the sandwiches would be delayed because they crack fresh eggs for them. And it was standard White Castle food.
