This location is hit or miss in terms of service and quality. Interior is fine for a quick bite but because it's a high traffic location (see below) it gets busy. Pros: - located centrally in the Century City/WLA area, and pretty easy to get through -open 24 hours Cons: -VERY popular location for Uber Eats and DoorDash orders which means quality can get inconsistent. And you know this from their fries! At lunch I've found them to be much fresher but if you go later in the day not as great. -Sometimes don't get all your order items. I stopped to get a very quick snack after a long Christmas shopping trip in the neighboring beautiful Century city Westfield mall on my way home. The place was immaculate like most other McDos. The employees were moving back and forth from the counter to the main dining area having a good time ; One of them was watching a video on her iPhone probably during her break but with a very loud volume. Others kept coming back to her to share jokes. The tables were not clean and when I wanted a glass of water,they told me the owner Maggie had turned OFF the soda fountain machine (!!!!)and it is the employee dedicated to the clean up who got me the glass while holding the cleaning broom !!!! I am very disappointed with this particular location. They are very slow in the morning during the week, especially when people are in a rush to get to work. The overall attitude of all employees, management and front of the house have negative attitudes towards cutomers. This has been going on for years and it has got to change. They are not organized. They have the same person taking orders and getting the orders, while others in the back are too focused on the drive-thru orders. Meanwhile, people are standing there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for a simple order. The franchise owner needs to clean this up and focus on true customer service. read more

After finishing a round of miniature golf just down the street, I brought my nephew and my dad here for a little ice cream treat--and you couldn't have wiped the smiles off their faces. They charged us for a sprite, but I got water. They also did not add the sauces that we requested and messed up on two of our meals. I understand being busy, but the workers at In-N-Out would never make this mistake. This is the last time we will be customers at this McDonald's. On 4/25/2026 I went through the drive thru at McDonald's located at 10451 Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles. I ordered a Big Mac Meal. When I got to the window a very rude female employee refused to give me the water I paid for. Blocking the line I refused to leave until I received it. She finally opened the window and angrily gave it to me. When I got home I realized under the fries were chicken nuggets off the dollar menu not a big Mac. When I called the establishment to inform them I wanted to drive back and get what I paid for (I even had a receipt) the woman laughed at me and hung up. When I called back she said she spit in my food and would spit in it again. I am a senior citizen. I believe this is elder abuse. I tried calling the corporate office and tried to reach the manager of the location but was unsuccessful even getting my money back or returning the food the worker claims she spit on. read more

I ordered an Iced Mocha Frappe, but what I got was something that tasted like plain black coffee with no flavor at all. When I asked for a remake, both the staff and the manager got upset with me. Ordered on postmates priority and the food arrived cold and stale. We live a mile away from the McDonalds. So, I got in the car, parked, went inside and flagged a human down. (Everything inside is digital now). I told the human about my order, experience and asked for a new order, that was fresh and hot. I paid again (though he did offer a discount). Received the food. Fries were still stale, quarterpounder was warm, and nuggets were warm. NOTHING tasted fresh. Such a bummer when you are craving fast food and it blows TWICE. Quality of the food is horrible at all locations that we go to. Prices have risen while sizing has been reduced. If you're going to raise the price then keep the size the same or vice versa but quit screwing your customers. The app sucks! The app is very slow and requires viewing of bs so-called Deals. On a dreary Friday I walked into this Mcdonalds, not knowing that the decisions i made today would change my life forever. The glass, smudged by the rain, reflected my mood, sullen and dark. I had just broken up with my girlfriend of three years, over something silly like how she always wanted taco bell instead of Mcdonalds. I walked in, hoping that my favorite meal would quell the deep ache of loneliness in my soul. Little did I know my life would never be the same. As soon as I got in the restaurant, the sound of raised voices hit my ears. I wasn't in the mood for this today, all I wanted was my Mcmeal. Then, I heard sounds of a scuffle, and whipped my head around. There was a full two on two employee brawl in the back of the kitchen, fists and limbs flailing. One even pulled out a shiv. I worked up the nerve to walk up to the register, trying to simply ignore the commotion. The lady working the register seemed nice enough, just looked bored. I placed my order, hoping to leave as quick as possible as soon as the food came out. As I was standing there, waiting like my life depended on it, I heard a scream. I sighed, thinking it was just the employees fighting again, but when I turned around, I was greeted with the biggest rat I've ever seen. I'm not just talking house size, or even New York size. We're talking four foot monstrous beast, with razor sharp teeth and a wicked gleam in it's eyes. It darted for me, and I had just enough sense to leap behind the counter, paralyzed with fright. I dared to peek up, but as soon as I saw the carnage and blood on the ground, I fell back to the ground in horror. Glancing back towards the kitchen, I noticed the employees had continued to beat the ever loving crap out of each other, absolutely ignoring the giant rat. I was about to run out the back door, when I noticed a key fact. The workers had weapons. One of them even had a M22 Assault Rifle, with underbelly grenade launcher and a thermal scope. My eyes lit up at the sight of this beautiful relic of ages past. Dashing for the weapon, I slammed into the worker, grabbed the gun, and slid back behind the counter. All of this in one swift move by the way, no small feat if I do say so myself. Army crawling towards the beast, which was feasting on the fries of it's victims, I deployed the hidden bayonet, and lunged forward with all my might, stabbing the beast through the heart. It screamed and thrashed, almost knocking me to the ground, but I held tight with the strength of Ronald Mcdonald. As the beast collapsed to the ground, I slumped over, falling to the floor. The last thing I remember is the beady eyes going dim, and then, nothing. I woke up to fluorescent hospital lights, and a pounding in my head. My eyes flickered, before finally resolving on a face I hoped I'd never see again, my ex. She told me that had been out for a week, and that during that time they had diagnosed me with Herpes. Great. FINALLY, a short woman comes up to the counter, speaks ZERO English and could not communicate with me. I told her I needed to speak the manager and she had no idea what that meant. Picking up a delivery order all I got was stares for 30 minutes+. Not a single employee was showing any interest in acknowledging my pickup. Rude worker, a rude worker who was cleaning the restrooms and then went on a thirty minute break. I quote, "you got all these motherf*ckers waiting". Disrespectful coming from someone who was going on their break after sweeping up some tissues on the floor... calling customers "motherf*ckers".
