Ordered from them off of Uber Eats and will never do it again. All the Koobideh came burnt. They should do some quality control to their orders. Refused to deal with the food quality and send the order again. Really ruined the evening for us because the Koobideh was for the kids in the group who were hungry and unhappy. They told us to contact Uber Eats and they would tell them to refund us which did not happen. I ate the chicken which was so dry and flavorless it tastes like cardboard. They lost my business. Should have never let food like this leave out for delivery and once it does, own up and correct your mistakes. read more

This is one of my favorite places for a quick healthy bite to eat. Luna Grill always has fresh food, healthy choices, veggie options. It's not like you're one of the mill fast food place. The hummus and falafel were actually pretty good unlike most of the absolute trash I find around the Westside. He went around to make sure everyone was doing well and proactively chatted with customers and asked about the food. The food portion was good and the prices were reasonable. The staff was very friendly, and I love that the space is right next to the parking lot so it's a breeze to get to and park. Very important when you live in LA! Free parking in the lot behind, they also have free parking on the side streets. Huge patio space In front. Immaculate cleanliness and bathroom smells like a bath and body works store. As for the food I got the gyro lamb beef and the beef roll. I believe it's the same price but the beef roll is way more juicy flavorful and charred well. The first they forgot my pitas, which I paid extra for, the second time they gave me something i didn't order. Now today I ordered a gyro with chicken asked for no pepperonis says it right on the receipt and yet there are pepperonis in my gyro. I had to pick them out. The other employees are cool, the food is decent, and the manager I thought was awesome, but they are completely ignoring this issue and it needs to be addressed . That guy needs to go! They will lose more patronage.

We brought a large group after church, including several visitors from the Philippines, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Managing a large group is never easy, but the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and ensured everyone was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. The food was absolutely excellent. Our group enjoyed the chicken kabobs and fresh salads, and every meal was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Aidan took my order and was wonderful listening and understanding my food restrictions plus going the extra mile to check ingredients with the kitchen. Thanks Aidan! The layout of the place is very warm and welcoming. There's an outside patio area and an inside air conditioned larger area that is nice and bright. The staff were all very professional, friendly and helps make the experience a good one. It's very rare that I give five stars and to be honest the only thing that might be a slight attraction is the bowl that I purchased which was about $18.50 could have been a little bigger in comparison to some of the other places that I've eaten bowls at but still very satisfying for the money. I came to have dinner on a quiet weekday evening and, as usual, I found delicious food in a cozy modern ambiance. Surprisingly, it was rather empty, and maybe that is why I got such great treatment and service. I saw several people come in to pick up food to go. I will definitely be back. I'm already a fan of Luna Grill in Torrance and this is my first time in Culver City. I found parking on the street outside, which surprised me. The Mediterranean bowl with chicken with a lemon vinaigrette dressing was delicious and filling. Next time I will try the salmon because I know that is also delicious. read more

Great staff Sunday mornings. They are so welcoming and helpful. Adriana gave me some recommendations since I was knew and I'm vegan . So i went with the vegan Luna bowl . I have to say it was super good. The tahini was the perfect sauce for this bowl , I loved the taste to it . Also enjoyed the chickpea salad great combination with the lemon dressing . In a…read moreworld where you increasingly have no idea what kind of chicken you're eating, Kismet tells you: free-range, non GMO, antibiotic free, air chilled, California raised chicken from Sonoma County. I care about that. Probably more than the average person. And when the kitchen gets it right, the chicken is legitimately excellent. The skin is the first thing that gets you. Deeply seasoned, crisp, salty in exactly the right way, with enough rendered fat underneath to remind you why rotisserie chicken exists in the first place. Whatever they're doing there, keep doing it. The garlic sauce is also fantastic. The hummus is excellent. The wedge salad is surprisingly good. The schmaltzy potatoes make an extremely convincing argument against restraint. There is a lot of very good food here. Which makes the inconsistency especially frustrating. I've ordered enough times now to have seen basically every version of this chicken. I've had dark meat that was absurdly juicy and dark meat so dry I briefly wondered whether someone had confused "rotisserie" with "dehydration." Stranger still, I've had breast meat arrive juicier than the leg and thigh sitting next to it. That shouldn't happen this often. I've also had orders assembled incorrectly, including ordering light meat and receiving dark. Once or twice, whatever. After enough visits, it starts to feel less like bad luck and more like an operation moving a little too quickly for its own good. And then there's the portion. These are not steroidal supermarket birds, which I actually appreciate. But the resulting portions can feel almost comically small, especially if you're trying to share or let a kid steal half your dinner, which is apparently one of the principal responsibilities of parenthood. You look down and think, wait, that's it? The official menu currently lists a quarter chicken plate around the high teens and a half chicken plate at $37, so at that point execution matters. That's ultimately where I land with Kismet. The ingredients deserve more consistency than the kitchen sometimes gives them. When it's on, this is some of the best fast casual rotisserie chicken around. Beautiful skin, juicy meat, excellent hummus, garlic sauce you start putting on things that probably don't need garlic sauce and sourcing that feels unusually thoughtful for this category. When it's off, you're staring at a tiny dry thigh wondering how the hell yesterday's chicken came from the same restaurant. I'll absolutely keep ordering. I just wish ordering lunch or dinner didn't occasionally feel like checking which version of Kismet showed up that night. There's an easy four stars sitting inside this place if they can make the kitchen as consistent as the ingredients deserve.
