I remember when I would steadily go to fast food places like McDonald's every week and look forward to it. Now not so much to almost not at all. I've cut many of my fast food weekly spots to a few times a year and McDonald's is definitely heading for that list. The value is no longer there. After I eat it I really regret it. I know I've been going to McDonald's since I was a kid and it's like they don't think people will notice how we are just getting less and prices are getting raised. I ordered a breakfast meal with an orange juice and the cup is now the size of a urine cup. I thought they were joking when they gave it to me. The price didn't go down But they amount they give me did. It always amazes me when these companies always tell you about a deal they have but never when the prices go up. I mean. It would seem fair. The last thing that only McDonald's does that ticks me off is charge you for bags. I remember ordering food for them to bring out to me and they didn't bring me a bag. What sense does that make? Always come here on my lunch break. Most of the time, it's normal. Order on the kiosk, wait for my food, then go out. When I ordered my food, I got chicken nuggets with Honey Mustard sauce. After recieving my food, I noticed I got HONEY instead of Honey Mustard. I go up and politely ask to swap out sauces. The woman gave me the correct sauce and said, "you ordered honey, that's why". Never really go to McDonalds but wanted a quick bite. I went drive through and with only 3 cars in front of me I waited about 20 mins. When we got the window the young lady was not friendly at all. As a matter a fact she gave me half the order and just walked away and never came back. There was another girl standing close by to the window and as we tried calling her she completely just ignored us! Finally a young man approached us we told him what was missing and he gave us the rest of our order. We checked our bag to make sure we got everything we ordered and the fries were practically empty! It looked like an order of small fries in a large container. I showed the gentleman and he took them and gave me a new one filled up. They good: I came here for the kids Play Place! I actually was trying to drive to the Grove to see the holiday display but saw this on the way there and decided my kids might enjoy this more. I love that it's a free (so long as you purchase a meal) indoor space for kids to play. It's a great option for rainy days when the park playgrounds are too wet. The play area isn't ginormous but it's big enough to entertain toddlers. The interior looks very modern. My son had his first Happy Meal here! My kids enjoyed their fries and nuggets. The toys were cute because it came with one for them and a second one that was intended to be gifted inside a little giftable box. The dining area in this PlayPlace was bigger than other ones I've been to. The bad: The self-ordering machine didn't work. It asked if I wanted to print a receipt of my order for me to bring to the cashier so I wouldn't have to reorder but the receipts didn't print. There was an open BBQ packet in the PlaySpace. It smelled of weed outside of the space. My caramel frappucino drink was too sweet but I think this is expected from here. Had a late night craving so decided to go to McDonalds only to see a new item on the menu. Spicy chicken nuggets have been added to the menu and I was excited for something new so I got a 10pc and a McChicken. The employee working late night at the drive thru was very kind and made sure that everything I got was fresh and my order complete with sauces and all I was very happy with my service. Once I got home I was excited for the nuggets and I give them a 10/10 they had such a great crunch and the perfect little kick I got honey mustard but I think a maybe some buffalo would have taken it to another level. What's up: Wanted to grab a quick breakfast before hitting the hills for a community service event. We're gonna help do a vegetation clean up and I had a craving for hash browns! Parking: Parking was plentiful. This McDonald's is located right next to the Target and the lot is fully surrounded with a gate. Environment: Walking in, we saw the line was busy so we decided to head on over to the self serve kiosk and place our order there. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it working so we decided to place a mobile order with our app. Once placed, they didn't have an option for in store pickup. Why??? We're already in the store! Alright...fine, we went with the curbside pickup option instead. So we left the store, went back to the car, and drove over to the designated curbside pickup spot. A staff member brought our food out after a short wait. What was ordered: - Sausage Egg McMuffin (yummy) - Hash browns (hot and toasty!) Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. Food was good. The staff member who brought our food out was friendly. Just wasn't a fan of everything that happened before we got our food. I guess we should have just ordered with the app in the first place. OMG... I couldn't believe it... so my wife and I picked up a Big Mac combo this evening to share. Normally McDonald's is not my choice but because it was late (open 24th) and convenient we decided to stop by the La Cienega McDonald's. We got our order and came home to have our snack. Just south of the 10 freeway, also next to a Target. It's clean, the workers are ok but I advise against paying at the kiosk. That's where I ordered and never got a receipt printed. Fast food combo meals have gotten expensive but there's a for $3.99 menu of three chicken sandwiches and McNuggets. They also have a Buy One Get One for a Dollar combo which is a really good deal. No soda but you don't need the sugar. The food on the digital menu looked so appealing I thought about ordering a sandwich. While you can dine inside there is nothing available at the condiment stand and no straws no napkins. Went through the drive thru for breakfast. The woman rudely rushed me through my order. The order was entered correctly on the receipt, but was made wrong. Ordered four combos. Two of them were steak, egg and cheese bagels. One had egg and one did not. This is not what was ordered. Stayed in line for over 10 minutes. Spent $50 on breakfast, but was charged for an extra bag that should have been provided in the first place. The ​woman at the second window had no customer service skills. Terrible, don't come here. We placed our order, paid at the window and then.. When we went to pick up window... the lady said, "so you guys ordered 2 sprites?" we responded, "yes" and she filled them and then passed them to us and said, "that's it right?" And my friend said, "no and two fries, chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger." She put something in the bag then looked at us and said what else. We continued feeling confused and my friend said two fries, she brought them and said what else? we proceeded to tell her our order as she continued --what else ing us. We drove off the driveway and I checked the bag and they missed the double cheeseburger, so we parked in front I approached the window and told them we're missing the burger and she said, "they're missing their burger" and someone in the back told her she gave us our cheeseburger then the lady went to me and said, "they put it in the bag." I said, "no it's on the receipt but is missing in the bag," and she went to tell the lady in the back again and the lady kept making it difficult by saying she gave us the cheese burger. So she finally gave us the burger and stuffed it in the bag. I was so confused why the lady in the back kept making it more difficult. I was confused why the lady handing us our food kept asking what we ordered and lastly when we got home we had to throw out the fries because they added so much salt their was literally crystals all over the fries they were disgusting and inedible. I will never go here again, I strongly do not suggest you come here. With so many new businesses flourishing around they should be grateful to still be open because honestly I don't see the point of continuing on with 1.5 star ratings....
