Terrible, don't come here. We placed our order, paid at the window and then.. When we went to pick up window... the lady said, "so you guys ordered 2 sprites?" we responded, "yes" and she filled them and then passed them to us and said, "that's it right?" And my friend said, "no and two fries, chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger." She put something in the bag then looked at us and said what else. We continued feeling confused and my friend said two fries, she brought them and said what else? we proceeded to tell her our order as she continued --what else ing us. We drove off the driveway and I checked the bag and they missed the double cheeseburger, so we parked in front I approached the window and told them we're missing the burger and she said, "they're missing their burger" and someone in the back told her she gave us our cheeseburger then the lady went to me and said, "they put it in the bag." I said, "no it's on the receipt but is missing in the bag," and she went to tell the lady in the back again and the lady kept making it difficult by saying she gave us the cheese burger. So she finally gave us the burger and stuffed it in the bag. I was so confused why the lady in the back kept making it more difficult. I was confused why the lady handing us our food kept asking what we ordered and lastly when we got home we had to throw out the fries because they added so much salt their was literally crystals all over the fries they were disgusting and inedible. I will never go here again, I strongly do not suggest you come here. With so many new businesses flourishing around they should be grateful to still be open because honestly I don't see the point of continuing on with 1.5 star ratings.... No motivation to improve business or customer service. No sense of work ethic, who doesn't care about the quality of their product or customers health or money. If you have to watch your sugar for health reasons, do not order coffee products here. They will put sweet syrups in your coffee even if you are extremely specific. A month or two ago I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced coffee and checked with two different people to make sure it was the sugar free syrup. Yeah yeah it was, they said. An hour later I was feeling funny and tested my blood glucose, it was through the roof. I sent them an email and got a call back from a very sincere woman apologizing for the mixup. She sent a free coupon which was very nice. Today I go and redeem my coupon and get an iced coffee with no syrup or flavoring, just two splendas. Well I'm drinking this coffee and it's just, really sweet and I'm feeling kind of off. Lo and behold, my blood glucose is almost hitting 200! That's an insane level for coffee that is supposed to only have two splendas added! So they literally fucked up my replacement coffee. It seems to be only this location that does this. read more

They don't know how to use their drive thru codes. When I arrived at the payment window they couldn't print my receipt said the machine was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. When I got to the pickup window I asked for a duplicate receipt which caused a backup in the line because they had a hard time figuring out how to do it. This is such utter bullshit. I was in the drive thru line and the car in front of me ordered. Then I pulled up and they had me waiting about 15min without saying anything to me in the speaker box then all of a sudden all the lights went off. Ordered a small hot latte with one of my combos (upcharged) but low and behold I get home and take a sip of it and what do you know....it's just hot water in a cup. I've been trying to call the store for the last 20 minutes and although they have a phone number listed they don't have any interest in actually answering the phone. This place has the poorest service period. And the "managers" are the worst. When you complain to them, they wait till you leave so they can talk trash on your back. They don't have the guts or the professionalism to tell their crap in your face. If you avoid this place would be the best decision you ever made. I stop by every day since there are no other options to buy breakfast (7eleven doesn't count) and every single time they get my order wrong, overcharge or miss an item. Everyday!!! It's unbelievably negligent. It may seem they are short-staffed but that's no excuse for not doing their job properly. After all, they have higher prices than other MacDonald's around. I ordered at their drive thru at around 11:17pm. The employee was completely rude to us. We tried to ask for other things and he cut us off. We then pulled up to the window and received the wrong order. He proceeded to give us attitude and told us to have a good night. My car was vandalized. My property stolen in the one minute I went to bathroom. The manager did nothing to help. Police took six hours to arrive. You're wondering how could there be any justification for a 1 star rating, right? It's McDonald's. The food will be mediocre and the service will be impersonal. What more can you reasonably expect? See, but the thing is: if that had been the case, I wouldn't be writing this review. While a below-average experience at the Golden (-colored) Arches is a disappointment, no one can call it a surprise. But this was different. The speed of service was interminable. The apathy of the staff was reprehensible. I completed my order, including payment, in the app - you know, that technology that's supposed to make things faster and easier? - at 2:49pm. I'm certain of that because, after waiting 15 minutes, I checked my order confirmation and took a screen shot, for fear that the information would vanish if too much time passed (which is exactly what eventually happened). The number assigned to my order never appeared on the screen above the pick-up counter. Oh, but they certainly charged me; a quick check of my bank balance confirmed that. My anger grew at the same rate as the size of the silently seething mob awaiting their food. There were at least 2 other parties who had been waiting since before I arrived. At least their orders appeared on the monitors hanging above the food prep lines. Nonetheless, those people couldn't get any answers from the employees, who only stopped long enough to drop trays and snarl order numbers. One by one, these parties managed to insist someone pay attention - after at least a half-hour had passed for each of them. Finally, at 3:22pm, my turn came to incredulously ask why I had been waiting so long. The lackey asked what I had ordered. I showed her the photo I had taken, showing the food I should have finished eating 20 minutes earlier. Employees finally began to assemble my overdue order. Not that they did that efficiently: a counter person had to be told she was grabbing the wrong items by someone I can only assume was the manager, by the way she was better dressed than the others, and had been cowering in the back the entire time. "You ordered a coke?" the employee whined. "Medium, yes," I sighed. She crossed to a row of cups, grabbed one from the top, plunked it down on the tray. The ordeal ended at 3:24pm, when she pushed the tray toward me, turned her back to me, and walked away. There was no "Thank you." There was certainly no "I'm sorry." From her. From anybody. At any point during this hostage crisis. At all. Do I even need to add that the food was barely warm? It's a very simple thing, an apology. The acknowledgment that you failed to honor your commitment, your regret over your failure, and your desire to make it right. It can turn the most rightfully angry soul into a customer for life. It's done so for me in the past. But I guess it's way to much to expect from a company that feels entitled to that which others still have to earn. read more

This was overall one of the best McDonald's experiences I have ever had. Listen, the food was just okay. But the interior, THE INTERIOR?! Next level. You walk in, jazz music is playing, every beautiful Formica table top is adorned with a fresh bouquet of flowers. This sounds too fancy you think? What will the kids do? the service at the drive through is horrible. i asked to speak to someone who could help solve an issue with the app and gerardo came to the speaker. i explained what was going on and kept repeating himself. once i asked for someone else he rudely said just come to the window . patricia then had me walk her through the problem from the app and it said that the app was having issues accepting payments so my total was $0. i told patricia that this wasn't my mistake that the app wasn't working and she recommended me re-download the app. i mentioned i would be there was a line behind me and it would be unfair if for this one time she'd be able to override the price since the coupon had never been used and she said no mcdonald's doesn't do that. i said ok, and left. i drove to the next closest mcdonald's on la brea. they were very sweet quick and understand of the situation and honored that for me.
