Have been to this McDonalds multiple occasions the workers are rude and snotty, they forgot something every single time we where just there and got a pancake meal and they gave us everything but the pancakes along with have ordered and been told they where making my drink multiple times never did then when standing at the counter for 30 mins nobody came to help so it got to the point we left. THE WORST McDonald's ever. The kid at the drive through has NO customer service skills and we had to wait 30 minutes between ordering and receiving our food in the drive through. Then another 20 when we went in to get the CORRECT order after the Harvard Grad in the drive through screwed it up. He also forgot our ranch after we asked him if it was in the bag, he yelled at one of his equally impressive co-workers-"DOES THIS HAVE RANCH?!" , told us yes, and handed us the bag....that didn't contain ranch. Ordered breakfast at our local McDonald's on November 25th. My 9 year old daughter was eating her bacon egg and cheese biscuit. When she looked at her sandwich it appeared to have blood on it. I checked her mouth and so did her grandmother who has been a nurse for 50 years. No blood in her mouth. Had her put a paper towel in her mouth to see if it showed any blood in her mouth. Still no blood in her mouth. Called our local McDonald's to let them know. The manager was more concerned about her sandwich than what my daughter might have consumed in the sandwich. Stopped in for a caramel frappe. This is by far, one of the smallest McDonald's I've been to. It doesn't have the same size as other McDonald's. The bathrooms only have 1 stall. Really? Most other chains have at least 3. The dining area was so cramped, you felt like you were eating in the kitchen...and I've got nothing against teenagers, I was once one myself...and I worked fast food too back then...but this place had nothing but teens working behind the counter...the manager was 17. If there was an adult on duty, they were not visible to the customers. They talked loud, waited too long to serve you and in between taking your order, was found to be flirting and joking with each other...there are just some things that you cannot mimic or substitute. .and that is maturity. McDonald's doesn't always get the credit it deserves for being such a booming business. Is it my favorite fast food restaurant? Not in the least, but seriously McDonalds fries are hard to beat & my kid loves the Happy Meals! Not to mention there are plenty to choose from and their new chicken sandwiches are pretty good. This location doesn't always get the order right, but 9 out of 10 times they do and when they don't they fix it right away, apologize, and make it better than right. Mini McDonalds. This is the smallest stand alone McDonalds I've seen in the US. Its got weird angles and the windows creep up on you quickly. All we ordered was a tea. The lid was not only not tight but it was only secure by the straw stuck in the ice. At least they are keeping the youth of Louisburg employed so they have less time to tip cows and such. read more

They were really busy when I came in (about 6:45pm on a Friday). I only saw 3 people working the back and one guy on the register. The guy had the register really didn't seem to care about his job and was very apathetic. My bad experience was bad because of the effort they put in hygiene. They don't put on gloves we fought someone coughing into their hand with no gloves on then load our chicken nuggets into the nuggets package. We then yelled at them to redo our order and put gloves on when doing so. Then on another occasion I had hair in my fries. Some people may say it could've been your hair. Well I can confirm it isn't my hair when the hair is under the fried layer of the fry. Which means a worker wasn't wearing a hair net properly or they weren't wearing one at all. THE FRY WAS WAS FRIED WITH HAIR IN IT. I have several other occasions like forgetting something or waiting over an hour for my food. And very disrespectful workers. Let's just say that it is one of the worst McDonalds that I have ever seen. I have been here before but I don't remember it being this bad. So I walk in and I kinda immediately feel that it is all going to be a bad experience. This McDonalds looks a little bit dirty. We walk up to the counter, which only had one person working it to order our food. I notice that this McDonalds don't have many employees, even though it sits right next to the highway. I just assume it would have more people working it. I love to get myself some Hotcakes because who doesn't like some pancakes at 2 on the afternoon. I get my hotcakes and they are as hard as rocks. Not joking. I couldn't even cut them. When they heard that someone was ordering pancakes this late in the day, they probably thought 'Yes! Some sucker is ordering these two day old hotcakes! Now we don't have to throw them out to the cats out back!' The only one that was remotely edible was the middle of the second pancake. Even after pouring two cups of syrup on them, they were still unable to be cut. Sad. This kinda just ruined my day. I was so excited to get me some hotcakes and they were just not good. I was planning on going up later to get the new Stroopwafel McFlurry but with my luck and the service is this McDonalds, it probably just come out as plane milk. Not only that, but there are a lot of bugs. I've seen many flys and fruit flys all around. Disgusting. I just definitely don't recommend coming here. Went to this location this morning. I had to wait in line at the drive thru for about 12 minutes before finally greeted with can you please hold. I placed the order then i was asked question regarding the order. So i had to educate the worker the difference between a big breakfast and a big breakfast with pancakes. Then i told the worker that is was pretty simple to know the difference. One has pancakes and the other does not. When i got to the window the manager comes up and gives me my order and tells me i was rude talking to a new worker. I told the manager she is not doing a very good job training the new worker if i have to educate her on their menu. I also told her it took me 18 minutes to get my order and she said it was only 5 minutes. They only count the time you are placing the order not the time you have to sit just to place the order. The manager also told me that the girl was new and i should have more patience because of that reason. While the line of traffic is out into the street the manager now decides to do something about. Lol, i won't be going back to this location because i don't have to put up with this kind of stupidity. read more
