Ordered through Ubereats, Arrived with cold hard fries, an odd smelling chicken sandwich, and some tough bread fish fillet sandwich. I should have listened to all the Yelpers, and stayed away, but my midnight cravings wouldn't let me sleep. Only took a couple of bites into the chicken sandwich and had to toss it. Ive made a habit of checking my bag before i drive away from the window. I also taste my drink to make sure its not flat. I made a late night run to Mcdonalds which doesnt happen often and i was disgusted. 1.i ordered a large fry and they were cold and soggy Of course i asked for Fresh fries and when i did i got a dirty look from the manager (i knew it was a manager because of his shirt) 2. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese buscuit and as soon as i opened the wrapper there was a hair sitting right on top. Of course i inspected my food some more and SUPRISE there was another long ass piece of hair inside of the sandwhich. I will be taking it back tomorrow morning. I was very with the overnight crew! I made it up to the window to pay, and the "whoever" told me I couldn't add a simple organize juice to my order! I would have to go all the way around even though I hadn't paid yet! Then had the window shut in my face by the new female manager on duty! I immediately asked for a refund and on top of that one of the customers who had ordered, left the line afterseeing what I dealt with. So you lost two customers by displaying the exact opposite of what these restaurants represent! "Customers being right!".. Anyway, I will never go there again. Went through the drive-thru and came home to find my Quarter-Pounder with no onions to be almost raw, grossly under-cooked. When I brought it back to the show the manager, I was given a refund promptly, but with barely any eye contact from manager and a seemingly half-hearted apology. Went there last Sunday through the drive-through to get a large iced coffee. There were four cars in front of me and I waited approximately 20 minutes in-line before I was able to pick up my order. The first speaker was broken in unmarked that was so. As we slowly inched up I realized that I was not the only unhappy person in the line. I could hear the women's conversation through the speaker And she was unhappy about the wait also.When I finally got up To the pick up window I realize the coffee had not even been made yet. I asked for iced coffee With the cream and regular sugar. As I watch the person make the coffee I realize I got the liquid sugar. I just took the wrong item because I was so disgusted with the service. I could have left My car in the drive-through And walked over to the local Dunkin' Donuts got my coffee and walk back and got my order. I always came here but this will be my last time. I've never took 10 minutes to get an order after I ordered it even if it was busy! I ordered a simple McChicken and a Drink. They are understaffed and I can see why. Also the place is very dirty. There is sticky residue on the tables. They are also unorganized. Also some of the soda machines have no syrup. Also when I ordered my drink I had to ask for a cup instead of just giving it to me when I ordered. The manager had to assist the cashier, do they not train their staff? The cashier was clueless on what to do! I will not be returning any time soon. I am disappointed for the first time at this place! I have been coming here since I have been a kid. It doesn't matter if it's busy or completely dead, the counter staff takes their sweet time acknowledging your presence. You just have to stand there and wait for them to finish joking with their co-workers or chatting with their friends that stop in to see them. They'll get to you when they'll get to you. And last week, I received two chicken sandwiches after I clearly asked for burgers. The cashiers response was, "Well, I didn't charge you for burgers." Huh? My request for my actual order caused a lot of loud arguing behind the line in full view of customers, something I've seen here other times as well. Tonight was my last experience with this place! I have been coming to this place for at least six years and they have been screwing up my orders on a regular basis. You ask for yogurt with the happy meals and you get apple slices or nothing at all. You ask for 6 piece chicken nugget and you get 4 and then an attitude when they think you're trying to scam them out of 2 chicken nuggets! You ask for no cheese on a burger and you get cheese. Ask for no onions and guess what? You get a bunch of them. Tonight I ordered two 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals. I get home and only one of the happy meals has chicken nuggets. I am here entirely way too much. Every weekend, my family has the same routine... get up, feed the baby, drive to DD to get coffee, then drive another 10 feet to McD's to get breakfast. We pretty much always get the same thing, and this McD's has been great! They have the double speaker system for their drive-thru (which I never really get, but whatevs), and they've never messed up my order. My one complaint though, is that there have been more than a handful of occasions where they forgot to give me a straw. Normally, if I have a Coke or something, this isn't a huge problem, but I usually get a mocha frappe for breakfast and dammit, I need a straw for that!! read more
