This has got to be the shittiest McDonald's in the entire system. Just ordered a meal, get home and the meat is pink! I call, of course no answer! So, I drive back up here and the GENERAL MANAGER asked me what's that problem and is that all! Apparently it's ok to serve product under temperature at this location! She didn't care and I was bothering her! In order to get a full refund, I needed to bring my drink back! The time I drove here and back the crap would be watered down any damn way! I know it's hard to find workers but everyone isn't trying to get something free! I brought the crap back, it could have simply been remade! She acted like I got it out of the trash! Thai McDonald's is location on Gallatin Road just north of the Due West intersection, and for the most part is your standard McDonald's location. I have popped into this location for breakfast more than anything else and have done so via drive thru or dine-in/pick up. The location can get busy on the weekend mornings, and this creates a back up on to Gallatin, so be careful during peek times. For breakfast my normal go-to's are usually breakfast burritos and biscuits. They always are as ordered no issues. When I seem to off script, as I did recently with a bagel sandwich, it was all kind of bad. I ordered no sauce, and they must have heard "extra". Also, half the bagel was inedible as it was too tough and chewy. Cleanliness is hit and miss, interior needs more consistency in checking the dining room and restrooms. Conditionally the space, interior and exterior, is in decent shape. Service is also hit and miss and inconsistent. I can have good service at the speaker and first window, then pull to the second window and get attitude. Overall, this is your quintessential McDonald's l option from food to cleanliness to service. You get what you expect, which is fine when the craving hits. read more

All the waffle bits at the bottom. The Grand Mc Extreme Bacon burger was insanely good. I didn't expect MD to throw it down like that, but they did! 10/10 must try. The tomato mozzarella chicken sandwich was a 6/10, wasn't anything crazy. The Cheesy Bacon fries were good, wish they cooked the fries longer tho. I will never eat at this location again. I went there on Halloween night to get food after trick or treating. The night manager is always unprofessional. He was giving out free food to people he knows. Telling the employees to cancel Uber orders because he didn't want to do them. Someone had a baby in a car seat in the kitchen on top of a box and they have roaches all around the drink station and front counter area. This is very discussing they need a hole new night shift including the manager. And they have the nerve to have the inside open 24 hours now. They can't handle that at all I waited 40 mins for my food and it still wasn't right. I was told I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have a receipt when I was never given one in the first place. This is the worse McDonalds that I have been to. Their dining room is closed for remodel, but their problem isn't structural. They can pretty up the building all they want, but the quality of their food is awful. I stopped going to this McDonalds even though its only a few miles from my house for that reason. Like other reviewers, I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero. 9 times out of 10 your order is wrong. The coffee and ice cream machine are being serviced all the time it seems. My theory is that no one there actually knows how to make the coffee because when you are able to order coffee it is never right. I live very close to this establishment or I would drive farther, it's true 7/8 times out of 10 order is wrong. My worst experience was a egg bagel that was molded...not just a little ( which is still unexceptable) but obviously green with mold, and they served it.
