I get to the window and this annoying lady with bright red lipstick asks me to pay, super aggressive standing ten toes down I didn't pay. Even condescending telling me the POS it at the window and not back there (pointing towards the order speaker). Like girl what?!?! She says ima get my manager. Only to come back to the window just handing me my food. No cause where is your apology or even acknowledgement that you were loud and WRONG. I questioned her about it and purposely started driving away mid-answer. To make the experience even worse, the fish was overcooked and dry. Tasted nothing like Apr, I wasn't sure what kinda fish it even was. Fries were good but they gave me a roll instead of hush puppies!!! Lastly I ordered a 32oz soda and they gave me 28oz of ice!!! smdh

I placed my order on the kiosk thinking it would be quicker and more convenient, but it ended up being the opposite. Instead of working on kiosk orders, the employees kept taking orders from customers in line while my order sat there waiting.I waited a long time for my food, and it honestly would have been faster if I had just stood in line. It was frustrating watching people who ordered after me get their food first while no one seemed to be paying attention to the kiosk orders. If you're going to offer kiosk ordering, there needs to be a system to make sure those orders are actually prepared in a timely manner. Otherwise, it just wastes customers' time. I visit this location every Tuesday and Friday and always order the same items, which normally total $9.93. This location rarely provides receipts, but I have bank screenshots showing the consistent charge. I attempted to call multiple times over several days with no answer. When I returned to resolve the issue, the manager refused to speak with me and sent an employee instead. I was denied a refund due to not having a receipt, despite showing proof of my purchase history. So when I was near a couple days later, I stopped by to get my missing chicken and asked them to throw in a side for my inconvenience. It was too much back and forth with 3 workers (one of which was the manager) for THEIR mistake. I took a picture and had my receipt but still drama. One other annoying issue with this store is the wait time. They always tell you to pull up and wait for the food to come out. Stop tricking whatever metrics KFC holding y'all to. The inside needs an overhaul, cut outs in the wall and food really doesn't look fresh. Btw; I already had to double back that night because the potato wedges were fried to a crisp. I mean there was literally no potato meat in that mess.
