This is the worst McDonald's. Waited in drive thru for over 30min for some soggy fries and chicken nuggets not even cooked all the way!!!

Workers don't have any desire to do there job right, told us to pull up to reservation 1 said it would be 1 min. After waiting 10 mins they gave our food to the wrong car, they told us there sorry remade our food and didn't offer a gift card or something. Sad to see such poor service. read more

This is our new McDonald's to go to now since its closest to our house. I like that it's not crowded with kids running around because there's no playground. Which i never let my grandkids play in anyway because the kids in there are way too rough and most of the parents never seem to be paying attention to their children. We've never had a problem any time we've went, whether it's been inside or in the drive thru. Everyone has always been nice and accommodating. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever!!! This is the second experience in two weeks my family has ever had. First time they gave us a bunch of sausage egg McMuffins with no meat. One didn't even have an egg, it was literally two pieces of bread (McMuffin). Secondly today my husband went and ordered food and the fries were stale and he asked the same manager that was there the last time and she argued with him telling him the fries were fresh when they weren't. Like really it's just fries, it's not coming out of your check. She ends up giving him fresh fries but when we get home, the chicken nuggets were stale and the meat on our burgers tasted like yesterday's cooking. The cheese wasn't even melted on any of the burgers we bought. This manager is not managing right and needs to be gone! read more

Fries were good. Asked for ice cream in a cup, a coneless cone so to speak for my 1 year old. I was reassured by cashier it would be how I ordered it. Pulled up to the window and was handed a half melted cone... I asked for a new, unmelted ice cream in a cup with out the cone because my 1 year old cannot eat that. The guy at the window grabbed a cup, dumped the cone upside down in it and handed it back. And then wondered why I just looked at him. The McFlurries were not melted at least, but I did have to stir them for my kids since the toppings were just poured on and not mixed in. So I think I'll just go to Culver's from now on read more

I got in line at 1:47. At 1:57 I was told order when you are ready. I asked for a breakfast item that is served until 2pm. She says hold on comes back says breakfast ended at 10:30 I said no I'm ordering from the breakfast that hasn't ended. She explains that ended at 2pm I'm looking at my phone and literally turns 2:00 while I'm saying I ordered before 2pm and I was in line before 2pm. She says very rudely we can't serve it to you. Her attitude was rude. And I gave her my order before 2. Very rude people at this McDonald's. read more

Much better than the other McDonalds by QT. This place is fast, clean (most of the time) and I have never gotten a wrong order.

McDonald's a place that can't remember your sauce. Charges you 2 bucks for mayo tomatoes and lettuce on your burger. than acts like a total jerks making you get pissed for such bullshit. I wish I could give this place zero stars. In the three months that I have lived here I have been here three times. In those three times I have never had any high expectations from this place, the only expectation is to get what we pay for and insure the food is indeed what we ordered. This place has went above and beyond in failing to meet even the most basic of expectations. The drive through has been consistent on my three visits, ten minute wait at a minimum. The attitude of the young lady at the drive through was horrible on this visit, with the added benefit of attitude when I asked for straws for our drinks, sauce for the kids chicken, not having our food dumped in the bag upside down, etc. the manager was a really big help as well, stating basically to come back and let us correct our mistakes but come back later when we aren't so busy. Really? We were able to watch the constant stream of people inside the restaurant returning incorrect orders. I guess I wasn't the only one with issues here. I know it's McDonalds, I know it's not fine dining, but get the orders correct. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Food was fine, but I didn't appreciate the staff. Dropping f bombs to each other and other undesirable words. Then, one worker was sitting out in the dining area, when another worker walked up to her and made a motion like she was shooting herself in the head. Then she told the one sitting that she was sweating very bad, all while using undesirable language. read more

I have no real complaints, the managers always help make sure the chicken sandwich I order my son is safe and not cross contaminated with eggs or milk... I've lived here a year and a half.. only twice have the fries been cold.. & had a burnt bun... thats it tho ...and we come here a lot :) read more

Came here in the morning through the drive through with 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered a large iced mocha, pulled up to the window to pay, and pulled up to the second window to pick it up. One girl opened the window, "what did you have?" Iced mocha. Second girl came out a few minutes later.. "what size?" Large. A few minutes later ANOTHER GIRL "was that hot or cold" are you kidding? They messed up my order. I ordered two happy meals for my kids and order the Frys without salt (My kids prefer them without salt I also don't think they need salt they are better without all the extra salt.) I ordered in the drive thru I repeated myself about no salt he read it back To me as no salt. But when they handed me the happy meal that had SALT. It was late 7ish pm it had been a long day I know we all have those days so I was annoyed I had to go park get off go inside and ask for new fries when they could have got it right the 1st time! I was calm and respectful but I was extremely annoyed with how unorganized this McDonald's was. There were a couple teens just hanging around the cashier talking it up. I don't usually do fast food but when it's late passed dinner time and you've been out all day you settle for something hot and convenient this night happened to be McDonald's. This McDonalds is one of the nicest and cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to the people there are very nice and very kind. The food is very good and and it is a clean place. I have had times where things would be broke (ex.Ice cream machine) but other then that it is a good place. I recommend coming to this McDonalds. read more

We eat breakfast at McD once a week. This location on the edge of the WalMart parking lot, is FABULOUS. Attentive clerks come around to ask if you need more coffee, and to clear your table if finished. I have never given McD 5 stars , but I do today. read more
