This is an edited review. On 9/18, I ordered through the app for the Genshin Impact collaboration and paid $20 for the meal, apple pie, and a 10 piece Chicken McNuggets meal. All of Maricopa is an Internet dead zone and the manager confirmed there is no Internet here because they got rid of it. I couldn't confirm my order through the app, and I struggle to connect even at the Walmart next door. By the time I found Internet to confirm my order, it had already cleared but I couldn't receive my food because I didn't confirm the order. I was told by a manager the app would refund me, but I never received it. Calm words were spoken on both sides, though I'll admit openly we both could have handled ourselves better. You don't have to raise your voice to be rude, and I do feel I was rude while she was frustrated because so many people had my same issue. I also understand that some people feel entitled to free food. I also see it from my perspective where I paid for my food and just want what I paid for. I left the store disappointed, and initially rated this location one star. I emailed customer service through the app, and corporate reached out to me while this location reached out as well. I would like to thank Jessica for hearing me out and resolving the issue in a fair and timely manner. I would also like to apologize once more only because I do feel bad for telling that other manager this would affect their reviews. I said it out of context and understand why she was upset. I meant that it had happened to five people already that day, so it wasn't just me but others who would go online to post about this. Regardless, I never should have made the comment, no matter how frustrated either of us were. That is on me. Today is 9/30, and I went in today to finally resolve this. Omg. Filthy. Employees are confused. I ordered food and it took forever to get it. And then I had to prove to them that I ordered a drink so they would give me my drink cup. They get the DoorDash orders mixed in with the regular orders and so had the poor DoorDash people standing there waiting forever. Oh, and I asked for ketchup for my french fries and they told me they were out. Out of ketchup in a fast food place? Then I made the mistake of using the restroom and it was absolutely filthy with trash all over the floor and dirty sinks. The one good thing I do have to say is the burger I ordered was actually pretty good. But I will not be going back there because I am sure that they do not clean all of their machinery there thoroughly. read more

No greeting in the drive thru, didn't ask for a rewards code, no greeting at the first window to pay, and at the last window the girl just look at me like I was suppose to pay again, she handed me my bag & I said what about the drink and she says oh, handed it to me and that was it. Fries were old and cold. Carbonation was out so I had to walk in and get a new drink and the guy point to the fountain and say try over there. One guy filling over, another one just standing in the way... multiple cuss words flying as I wait for the ice to be filled and this casual conversation to be done. Crappy experience! I normally do drive through butt this time actually say down to eat in this McDonald's. I was extremely pleased with the level of cleanliness. The staff was cleaning the dining area, bathroom was impeccable with touchless everything. Food was served quickly. Even saw a king line of people... suddenly while enjoying my well prepared meal, the line was fine and everyone was served. Impressive! read more

I ordered on my app for pick up. I live 15 minutes away. It wasn't ready. That wasn't the issue. I ordered steak and pancakes, steak egg and cheese biscuit and steak egg and cheese bagel. I ate the pancake order there. I ate the steak egg and cheese biscuit 3 hours later. I was saving the steak egg and cheese bagel for the evening. Around 6pm I go into the McDonalds bag to get my steak egg and cheese bagel and guess what I pull out....A BACON EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL! Im allergic to pork. So I call and speak to Isabell. She apologizes and says come in tomorrow, we will have 2 for you. ok, great customer service. Until I go in the next morning. I speak to someone in charge and she honors what the manager said. I check my sandwiches and they are hard as bricks. You can't even break the edge off. I take it back to he, I didn't want to but I would have cut a gum trying to eat that. She has the look on her face like what now. Like it's my fault the team isn't trained properly. I ask her to try to break off a piece. It's too hard, you can't. Back to the same old trash place it was before. Food is more expensive and lower quality at the same time. Wait times are 20 minutes for a basic drive through, 20 minutes for curbside, and 25 minutes ordering in. We ordered a Fry, Coke, and Sprite and waited for 20 minutes in the curbside. Went inside to ask what was going on and they had no idea I had placed an order. Showed them my phone and didn't believe me, and reluctantly gave me 2 cups to fill up MYSELF and gave me a fry and then told me to leave. If there were more options in Maricopa this place wouldn't get any business. I hope and pray this place shuts down and is replaced by any other fast food chain. Interior is remodeled, so that's a plus, but the soda machine counter feels dirtier than the floor. read more

Atmosphere - No rating as I went through the drive thru, so not rating my car.  It was a dual line ordering line merging into one when pull up the cashier window followed by the food pick up window. Food - One Sausage McMuffin with Egg.  The English muffin did not look burnt, but the crunch was extreme.  I am pretty sure if you were in the car with me you would have heard that crunch.  The egg was actually under cooked, first time I have had that happened.  The egg had the proper shape.  I actually enjoy the softer egg.  The sandwich was put together in a horrible fashion.  I rebuilt the sandwich after I took my Yelp foodie picture. Service - A little wait at the speaker box which was fine as the line was long.  When I pulled up the cashier and she tried to up sale me with 2 Sausage McMuffin with Egg for $4.50, one cost me $3.99.  Why can I not get the $4.50 deal, the national deal is $4, but half the price since I only wanted one.  Maybe even charge me a little more than half.  I already had a little snack earlier in the morning so I did not need my normal two. I'll admit I generally don't have high expectations for most fast food restaurants - they are what they are - quick and convenient well except hai location which is never quick nor convenient and most of the time not even accurate. This may actually be the worst McDonalds in the entire country (I travel a lot so I've been to plenty). For the most part staff are not friendly and have no concern about your order. I definitely need to stop coming to this location even though it's closest to home. read more

All I can say is with these many problems, I blame management. Period. Literally 35 mins in the drive thru and our order was wrong. Thankful it was hot & tasted good at least. We were stuck in the drive thru line that wasn't moving already so my in laws decided to go inside. Inside was serving breakfast and outside lunch. We both had an awful experience. As a mom of a 2 year old, we eat here pretty often. The food is always hot and consistent, so you will always know what to expect. Chicken nuggets are pretty much requested on the daily, and pretty much everything on the menu is good. Some fast food burgers get weird and soggy halfway through but I don't have that experience at McDonald's, which is nice! They have upgraded packaging, technology, and hardware at their locations, and the workers out and about are always friendly. A lot of the toy packaging is completely recyclable now which is cool. I happen to go to this McDonald's weekly. My daughter and I go her between her practices for a quick bite. Well I noticed that my drinks haven't been completely filled. So on my recent visit I asked for them to fill my cups I ordered. They happen to be almost two inches from the top. I pay for something I should get it. They asked me to pull forward to space three and they would bring it out. The kid bringing the food out asked me three times what my order was. so after waiting 10 mins in the drive thru and then 35 mins in the parking lot "waiting" for my food I went in and had to request for a refund. When I got into the building that's when they finally decided to get my order together. Which by then it was too late. I needed to have my kid back to practice. I asked them for a refund and they asked why since my order was almost done. I simply said I ordered this at 6:10 after a ten min drive they wait. And it's now 6:45 and my kid now has no time to eat her food before she had to practice. So basically the employees at this McDonald's were upset because I asked for my drinks to be filled, then pushed me off to the parking lot to wait for my order and then never had any intention of making sure we were satisfied customers. read more

I was not aware that McDonald's could taste anything but the bare minimum at different location. Staff was talking not really any preparation going on. I Have been to this location 3 times now, every single time never fails to disappoint. Constant wrong orders, long wait times, horribly managed, and an embarrassment to be considered a McDonalds. Came inside to speak to someone about receiving the wrong order and was told "order from the kiosk" once mentioned that I received they wrong order and I handed them my receipt they asked me " well what's in the bag then". I've worked in the hospitality industry and retail for long enough to always make it up to the customer for any mistakes my staff or I did. instead I waited another 10 minutes for 2 hot and spicy's and a medium fry just so the frys could be scattered at the bottom of the bag. I know that McDonald's are typically franchised owned, and would be best if the franchisee reevaluated their approach in their hiring and properly training staff members. Save your time and patience and just go to the other location on town. read more

This new location is great. It's clean, modern, and the staff hasn't been burned out yet =D I'm loving all the freebie coupons, some which don't require any purchase. They have a much more comprehensive menu, and every time I've come here so far the bathrooms have been clean and stocked. Honestly, I'm not much of a fast food person, but when you're in a serious rush and need a quick bite, at least you don't feel like you pick up hepatitis. I hope they stay this clean & cheerful! 4/5 stars and not 5 because one of the time I ate here the screwed up two things in my order, but they fixed it with a smile. read more

If you don't have the patience of a tiger waiting to hunt its prey, please for your own sanity do not even walk in this building. I personally love Mcdonald's and I have absolutely nothing against it. But this particular restaurant has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went to the kiosk to order a spicy mcchicken, large fries, an ice cream cone, and a drink. Which would usually take at the absolute max 10 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes until I had to personally go up to the employees and tell them exactly what I ordered. And when I did that in the most calm tone I could the lady started giving me attitude which I tried to ignore. When I finally received the order the mcchicken was cold, the fries were a small (i ordered a large) and cold, and the ice cream CONE was and ice cream cone stuffed into a cup and melted. And this wasn't just something I experienced, there were multiple customers waiting large amounts of time for their food, even some coming inside from the drive-through to have to ask for their orders. To add on to this awful experience, the tables were absolutely filthy, there were crumbs, residue of beverages, and sauces all over every table I tried to sit at while waiting for my order. I could go into detail about how horrible this experience was but I'll try to have sympathy for the employees. read more
