Overall, it was not that bad food was hot and the employees were very polite. The only thing that I'm giving them, a four star is was because it took a while, but didn't take forever and as I was standing in line, they were talking about how they need to boost their Order times, so at least they are acknowledging it so it's a four star for . But overall, this McDonald's is not that bad. They have a kids play area, which I think is amazing because not many McDonald's still have that the McDonald's was clean. McDonald's is your typical food place for a quick bite but menu selection has definitely decreased over the years! Salads are no more and wraps are no more. Best to avoid this location. I just waited 45 minutes. Food was cold. Waited another 5-7min for replacement. Bathroom facility in the play place smells like rotten eggs and has no heat. Some staff seem apologetic. Literally crowds of people in the lobby with problems like my own. read more

Absolutely ridiculous, waited 30 mins for a double quarter pounder. At first it was not plain like asked and shown on receipt. No biggie, pulled back through told the person at the first window who didn't relay the information to the people upfront so when I got to the second window, I spent about another 10 minutes there until they tried to hand me the car behind these food and I explained once again that the order was wrong and I was just looking for a replacement I offered to pull up to the 3rd window, which was my mistake. Sat there for about another 15 minutes until finally I had to go in and spent another 10 minutes waiting for the burger that I know only takes three minutes to make. What was I thinking?!! I was getting my car worked on and decided to walk over here to eat breakfast and hang out until my car was ready. I ordered the big breakfast $5.99, and small OJ $1.99, for a total of $7.98. I have eaten at nicer, cleaner, better tasting, cheaper breakfast spots in my life. There were flies all over the place, the bathroom was like a fly nest, gross! I ordered my meal and they told me to go have a seat and they would bring the food out to me. I was one of 2 people that were in here eating breakfast. They brought out my food in a few minutes. I took my photos and began to eat only to notice that I don't have my hash brown. I had to go back up and ask for it only to be looked at like I was trying to scam them out of a free one. They must not have had any made as i basically finished my food before it arrived. I ate and got out of there and went across the street to Starbucks to wait out the car repair. Not a good experience. The quality of the food and the taste did not meet my expectations. read more

I've never been a fan of McDonald's. Even as a kid, my brother would beg to go but I wanted to eat anywhere else, even at home... I never liked their hamburgers, though their fries have long been a favorite. When I was a kid I liked their hot fudge sundaes. Nowadays I only go if someone else really wants to go. Thankfully Sweetie isn't a huge fan either; still, sometimes it's handy, so I reluctantly go. They've added a few items that I can handle (lately, the McWrap.) But there is so much I dislike about the food and the place, and there are so many other places I'd love to go, that I would rather go hungry for awhile. Now, you might already know that I'm a sucker for First to Reviews on Yelp, so when I saw that this one, on a busy stretch in Marysville, had somehow never been reviewed I decided to stop in. It's handy for me, but I always go somewhere else. Upon seeing the menu I was reminded why I pass it by- not much looked interesting. I did notice that they finally offer breakfast all day. This seemed to be everyone's big complaint- they only liked their breakfast, but never made it in time to get it. I settled on a buttermilk chicken sandwich, fries, a drink (no supersizing,) and a sundae. The sandwich was actually decent: real chicken, crispy outside and moist inside, on a decent bun with fresh veggies. The fries were a letdown. I don't have them often, but I remember them as being better. I think there's less salt now, and they weren't very crispy. They used to be the star, but maybe they've changed for health reasons. Plus, other places have upped their fry game. The sundae was what I remembered: generic softserve, plasticky hot fudge, but all in all a good cheap treat. The place was clean, and service was efficient during the afternoon pre-Honda rush. Prices are reasonable; I got all of the above for less than $9. There's another McDonald's in town that hasn't been reviewed yet. If anyone reads this, maybe they'll save me the trouble of eating this stuff again by going out and reviewing it. Customers have no clue how the operation works as far as go straight or go right to order than you have people that pull up to the right side of you that's not even a lane to wait to place your order! As McDonald's go, it's a McDonald's. A tad over priced for what you get, but not grossly so. Generally the food is consistent, people are friendly if somewhat inattentive since they put in the order yourself areas in, during the remodel. Prior to the remodel, they rocked on service... now bunches of younger folks, who are friendly enough, but it's like a chore to actually pay any attn to the customers. Or like they aren't supposed to, they kinda seem like they want to, but also seem to try to find ways to ignore you if you are at the counter. Fries are still the best you can get in Central Ohio, except for Steak N Shake's are better by a fair margin, but not always easily accessible, nearest one to us is roughly 20 miles... However as far as burgers go, best is at Burger King, 2nd best is at Steak N' Shake, then McD's is a distant 3rd. Still the best value, but 3rd in size & flavor. (I'm thinking the McDouble, & Double Cheeseburger compared to similar items on other menus.) Anyway, it's maybe a 1/2 a notch above any other McD's I've been to, not that this is saying much. It's ok, no bragging tho. ETA: One of the things McD's had going for them was the Iced coffe. Decent flavor, decent price, except 2 out of the last 3 times I got it, GROUNDS in it.... really kinda over the inexpensive iced coffee now. Plus, HOW @#$%^&*ing long does it really TAKE to grab a couple of "pies" from the little bin and make an "iced coffee"? I simply will never return here. Worst experience in years. Incredibly rude staff. Staff arguing in front of customers. Lost my order in the drive through. The young lady ignored me at the pick up window. I went inside and no one could find my order. Staff argued about remaking my order. Did not apologize at all for my inconvenience. The young lady that did not see at pick up was incredibly rude when I went in. The inside of the location was absolutely filthy. Been to MCDonalds all over the country while traveling for work. Today I broke a personal rule and took grand babes at their request for lunch. Decided to go to a local park instead of the play place. My grilled chicken was fried and breaded (so much for 360 calories) and dry. The requested ranch dressing was missing for the nuggets. Should've trusted my first instinct. Stay away from fast food! UNACCEPTABLE! I waited 10 minutes in line to place my order at the drive thru. After I placed my order I waited 15 minutes to get to the payment window. There was a car at the window and another in front of me. I called and told the manager that he needed more help at the drive thru. I see they want to put another line in at this McDonald's but I don't see how that is going to help when the staff can't move the line. I'm sorry to say is is more the normal than not. Let me start with, I have never before written a review however, it is necessary for this one. My two children and I went into this McDonalds (my children are 3 & 4 have you) this evening. There was a large crowd of extremely "bummy" looking workers just chilling and cussing and talking really loud in the lobby right by where you order. These individuals were cussing and throwing the F bomb around like no children were present but mine were. I should've just walked out right there. This establishment is the most ghetto, grossest McDonalds that I have ever been in btw. Not that McDonalds is special but it is quick and convenient. So, I walk up and start asking the cashier if it was cool to order at this register... he was staring off into space, like zoned out. OMG !! Finally got his attention after a few "hey" ... "hey" lol!! Okay so I order them a 20 piece chicken nugget and two French fries. After five or so minutes they bring me just fries and "Tessa" (I think) hands me the tray and says I will bring the chicken when it's finished. Well Tessa was in the bathroom for over twenty minutes because I saw her walk in the bathroom and walk out of the bathroom. I understand everyone has to go but instead of making someone who paid money for an order and not giving it to them you could've told another employee "hey that CUSTOMER needs a 20 piece because I have to go to the bathroom." Okay that's fine. Five minutes, nothing. Ten minutes, nothing. After 20 or so minutes of watching people stand around, one worker sitting Indian style eating a vanilla ice cream cone, and my kids and I wasting our time walking into this joke of an establishment... I walked up to get my money back and walked out.
