This evening I ordered a large Big Mac meal and when I got home I poured out my fries into the box of the Big Mac, while doing so I noticed a bottle cap to a bud light beer had poured out along with it. I called a soon as this happen and talked to a "manager" by the name of argelia who then told me "that it is impossible, my employees don't drink on the job" and totally dismissed everything I had told her. I grew up in Maywood and this Mc.Donald's has come along way... and I'm talking about the remodeling part of it, the customer service and the food are still the same, no bueno. Pros: They have a 24hr drive-thru Cons: Their customer service is not the greatest. About 25% of the time they get my order correct. Drive thu service is pretty bad. Stopped by Sunday night, just to pick up an ice cream cone and an apple pie. Right off the bat it was hard hearing the girl over the intercom, I was explaining that to her and she just brushed it off. I asked her if they still had apple pie, since they are only advertising the pumpkin pie. She said yes, took the order. Pull up to the window and this girl just has a sad look to her, (I get it. Today was my first time at this location and I received the most beautiful filet-o-fish I have ever seen in my life. Picturesque. I was in the drive through so I didn't take a photo, but believe me people certainly eat with their eyes and I enjoyed the heck out of this gorgeous, smooth, unctuous filet-o-fish. My mother usually stops by and always orders a decaf on her way to her doctors appointments. Well this time the decaf coffee pot was empty and the guy straight out pours REGULAR coffee. She has high blood pressure so this is unacceptable. We asked the guy if it was decaf one more time (cause we saw him pouring regular) and he said YES it is decaf. We told him we saw him pouring regular coffee and not decaf and he got mad and turned around and told someone else in the back there was no decaf ready. WTF!? I've come to this Mc'Donalds for the past 20 years since it's right around the corner from where i live and every time it feels like the drive through takes longer and longer and longer and longer.
