I will never come to this location again. Working night shift I came here during my lunch break to get me a burger and some nuggets. I literally spent my whole lunch break waiting in drive thru , MY WHOLE BREAK PEOPLE! I couldn't get out because there were cars in front and behind me. Once I finally made it to the window, there was nobody!!! NOBODY!!! Then this chick pops up looking hella stressed, I felt bad. This place needs to be inspected by the department of health.. I usually buy from here for my kids once in awhile but after what I seen today I can honestly say I will never go to this McDonalds again. I went inside today because my daughter had to use the restroom I didn't buy anything but as soon as I walked in the restroom it smelled horrible, I walked into one of the stalls and OMG there was a huge pile of toilet paper with . I ordered ranch salad with small french fries with it. It took them 10 minutes to make it and there were only 4 people ordering besides me. When I finally tasted my my salad I was disappointed even more. Terrible service. Both in Drive-Thru and Dine in. The dine in area was filthy , the trash cans were all filled up and the ketchup dispenser was empty. We placed our order and of course, it was messed up. My next visit was through the drive thru, which was also terrible. The cashier was too busy talking to another coworker and he never bothered turning around to even ask me if I needed anything. I ordered a large combo, so I was handed my drink, and bag, which didnt even have my fries. I went during lunch time and I get it was busy, but please staff pay attention to what you are doing. I ordered the 4.99 big Mac meal. I asked for no buns on big Mac. I was asked 3 times by cashier no buns. I said yes no buns, everything else ok. I also asked for sweet tea extra ice..i pulled up to pick up window, was given what I thought I asked for sweet tea drink, took a sip, and it was unsweetened tea. I gave it back, staff member gave me another one, again unsweetened tea. Third time it was right. I finally got my burger with no bun, but everything was separated and I was missing 1 slice of cheese, and the main thing I didn't get my fries. Why dont they double check bag to make sure everything is there. They sure ruined my lunch, and cheated me out of my money. But They want 15 an hr. Really? Drive thru at night takes at least 10 minutes, the fries at this location are always cold or taste old. Order accuracy is horrible. The food is unhealthy and they mess up our order 50% of the time and the service inside it looks dirty, and there is always people inside asking you for money or to buy them food. I love McD's... But I hate this one! Their sevice time is horrible! You will really be in line for at least 15 mins and it doesn't matter what size ur order is, it still takes that long. I can count the times I get my order in less than 10 mins. And I've even gone through inside to order so that I avoid the lines at drive thru and it's the same! 22 mins for 2 smoothies and 1 McChicken, seriously? I dont know if it's the employees inside, but sometimes I do think it's just a lack of staff: they don't have enough people. I keep coming because it's the closest to my house but I will really look up a McD's on the way to run my errands so that I dont stop at this one first. They have very slow service consistanlty especially for the night shift wow it's like bring you blanket and pillow you'll be there till the morning their sometimes have bad attitudes and always have stale fries unless you ask for fresh , but even then they still serve hard stale fries.
