Rough--wow. Staff not the friendliest, but the facility was an absolutely disgusting shape. Store was all locked up after posted dining room opening time in the early morning. No place I would ever recommend returning when there are so many quality McDonald's out there. read more

While McDonald's never impressed, this particular location had a penchant for messing up orders 100% of the time. Latest visit: 1) two large drinks arrived medium 2) two Happy Meals missing toys and drinks 3) missing one Big Mac 4) ice cold, rock hard fries (yum!) 5) wait so long at the drive-thru that the guy behind me bailed between ordering and paying. I let them know, thinking that I was doing them a favor. Well chaos ensued, "What? You want to cancel your order?" O...M...G!!! Never mind, forget I said anything. Absolute worst service I've ever had. I went inside to order. I was waiting for about 10 mins. I know they saw me, they kept looking over at me. Finally, the girl came over and took my order. I ordered 4 things. After each item was ordered, she said, "is that it?" After I was done ordering and paid, she rolled her eyes and walked away. When my food was ready, she literally tossed it on the counter. I said, "really" she had a thick Spanish accent, couldn't make out what she said. Had the ranch salad with grilled chicken it was very good . This location lost a star because the parking lot is a disaster to small and very hard to get in and out of . The staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

This place just plain sucks. The customer service most of the time is non existent. They got people who just can't talk covering the drive thru. They mumble, lazily and it's the same laziness when you drive up. Compared to the others McD's in the area, I'd rather drive to them and avoid this location at all costs. Need a point of reference for all the other one star ratings that will be given, and earned. For those that frequent such establishments, I know you are hungry, but medically speaking eating here may be cheap on the wallet in the short term, it has a higher cost to the body and healthcare system in the long term. From the excess commercials and exaggeration, one would think this place would be filled with quality (to fast-food standards) and excellent employee attention. Wrong. One spends more time waiting for attention than actually eating the food. Not only does management need to do a better job at placing employees in the correct positions, but they also need to do a better job at training for new technology. As an Apple Pay user, I can say that attempting to pay with my phone at this location has been the worst experience ever. It's like trying to explain currency to a wall. The employees obviously woke up thinking it was 1974. No attention to detail was used, my order has been incorrectly completed MULTIPLE times. It's as if they have selective hearing. I have filed complaints, and have never had a response. If you are coming here expecting fast food, you're better off walking into an Outback Steakhouse. The food is usually fresh and tasty here. Live very close and come a few times a year maybe three. I have never found the workers to be rude especially drive through or cashiers in the lobby. I picked up a chicken salad and they made it cheeseless for us and I really appreciate that. It was no trouble. Some times some locations or staff say no they can't do it. unfortunately in the last days, we lost 5 military people to a terrorist gunman. Most of the McDonald restaurants in this area have flags located outside their business. I entered the one on Pelham st in Methuen and notified the manager that their flag was still at full staff. I requested the manager if they could lower the flag to half staff in respect for our country's loss. She told me that she would have to ask the "higher ups" if that was possible. Well its been two days and the flag is still at full staff. It's pretty obvious that Macdonalds has ignored that request. In traveling around the area, its seems that this is common disrespect shown by the mcdonalds in this area. This has been the result on at least 3 occasions in the past. Therefore, I will refrain from doing any business with the Mcdonald's franchises. If they don't have the respect for the protocol of our country's flag, nor the respect for our military members, Then I don't have the respect for their business. read more
