    Blonde hair

Took a single bite out of a McDouble, chewed for a few minutes and felt a HAIR. We didn't call or flip out, we simply went back up to the establishment and showed them. They immediately took it out of our hands and threw it away, without checking or verifying, making sure no one else saw and continued to whisper and apology. As a manger, Mrs.Makayla could have easily comped a new one, but instead we had to pay full price for a new one so we had to go ahead and get more fries and a drink because by then we couldn't enjoy the rest of our cold meal. The 'sweet tea' we ordered ended up being unsweetened in spite which is extraordinarily unprofessional, next time don't look at us through the blinds as you discuss what to do with the tea! That is absolutely ridiculous and the owner needs to step up or do something with their staff. For a private franchise this establishment does a horrible job in continuing an alright reputation in a small town, I recommend the one that's two exits down in the city of Richmond hill because yes they make mistakes, but at least the van actually fix them. You can hardly see it in the photo because it is a blonde hair, but it's there in the red circle. We weren't sure what to do with it so we just placed it back on before we headed back up there. An over 50 dollar order and all we wanted was a comped hairless plain McDouble with cheese.

Typical McDonald's, fairly fast service. Order was wrong but they corrected it. Men's room was nastiest I've ever seen. Health department should probably shut it down.

We bought the burger bundle, however there are no pattys on either of them

But don't let that fool you. The BBQ is gold inside. I've had the Brisket and I think I'm back in Texas. The Pulled Pork is so good and Smokey with just the right amount of bark. And if you like smoked chicken, either get the 1/2 or quarter chicken plate or add on 5 smoked wings. They are some of the best I've had. Their sides are all made in house, and I prefer the Brunswick stew. If you get a plate you get two sides and I'll typically try to talk them into the homemade banana pudding as my second side. Their sauces are good but unique in that they have a mustard base or vinegar base. I like them but that may different for you.... But trust me their smoke is so good you really don't even need sauce. And to me that is a sign of FANTASTIC BBQ! The staff is friendly and willing to help you with the menu as well as it's a little confusing when you first stop in because it's all hand written on the wall. Worth the stop and you'll be happy you did!!

They were both so good not dry at all, very juicy. We ate there so we were able to choose the sauce at the table we tried them all and they were all very good. I used to love Fuddrucker's and we wanted something a little better than fast food so we stopped in for lunch on our way from Florida to South Carolina. We went inside and were greeted right away. They don't have as many options as I remembered; but still quite a few including burgers of all sizes, chicken sandwiches, and gourmet meats such as bison and Kobe beef. I ordered the small burger with cheese, it was about $15. It was really not small at all and it was juicy and cooked to perfection. Plus it had the big homemade buns I remembered. (The best part!). They also had a nice complimentary toppings bar that had lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, relish, salsa, etc. My husband ordered a 1/2 pound Kobe burger platter that came with fries and a drink. It was $21.99. He said the burger was very good as well. We both felt the fries were just ok. They also had a baked good counter full of brownies and cookies, plus they offered milkshakes. This location had vinyl booths and vintage vinyl stools; kind of minimal decor; but not bad for a truck stop. Overall the food was cooked quickly and to order.....it made us feel nostalgic for when Fuddrucker's was all over our home state of Florida.

It's attached to a truck stop, and it was obvious this might be a favorite pit stop for truckers. When I visited at 11:30 a.m. the condiment bar was full and the vegetables were fresh, but with the many customers at lunchtime hopefully they will keep it restocked (the complaint of another reviewer)! If you haven't been to this chain before the customer tops their own burger from the condiment bar of many toppings. My requested Small burger combo with Pepper Jack cheese was very good. It was messy, the bun toasted, the skin-on wedge fries were hot and seasoned. I will return!

The wait time was very short. The food was very fresh. There was ample parking and no concerns. This was a combo special for about $13. While waiting for the sandwich and french fries I went over and chose the Coca-Cola at the self service soda fountain; and out came seltzer water. Doesn't seem like staff was paying attention to servicing the cold drink station. The sandwich order was ready within 5 minutes, consisting of a seasoned chicken breast, along with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a soft roll There must've been a sale on mayonnaise, because the mayonnaise was just oozing out of the sandwich all over the place. The roll seemed a little stale, but you know what, it's Highway fast food. Lettuce and tomato were typical. Overall, the sandwich was well seasoned and I'd give it a six out of10. The Cajun fries were sitting probably longer than they should've been. But since there was no quality control noticed, they were placed on my tray. The Cajun fries were very soggy. They were seasoned well but soggy. The order taker looked like he was not happy to be there. He seemed a little grumpy. So the lack of quality control for food and service should be expected with attitudes like this. The floors look like they could use a mopping, and the tables look like they could be wiped down. The garbage receptacles were full. Overall, this place needs a serious redo. It is extremely dated and grungy looking. Unless I was extremely desperate, I don't think I would be returning. There are many other food choices in the area. It's my opinion that this location relies on the one shot deal not repeat customers I didn't check the restrooms. I think they were located in the service center area, and not the restaurant. I may be wrong here, but I wasn't thinking about them due to the uncleanliness of this place.
