Took 30 minutes to get an employee to the front of the counter to come grab me my DoorDash because they put them behind the counter and you're not allowed to grab them and there's not an employee that always stands at the front area so it took me 30 minutes to even get a DoorDash the service was very slow, the food was cold when I gave it to the person that ordered it they said their food was freezing, Your employees are mean and disrespectful. This whole place is disgustingly dirty! The tables, seats, the floor and also the restroom. Young women work there but they don't care about their environment. When we got our food we asked one of them to clean up our table she just looked at us what the hell we wanted. Finally we put the trash - what other guests left on the table - to be bin. This morning, the husband went for breakfast. When he paid, his order was not recited. He got to the window to receive his order, and she recited the order. He told her that wasn't his order, and she told him it was and handed it to him. Well, he brought it home and guess what, it wasn't his order! Last week, we had a similar incident when we used the app to order. First, she couldn't understand us. Next, we had to give her the order again. Went in and walked towards restroom to wash hands and closer I got I started smelling an Odor. As I walked in door a woman inside told me the bathroom smelled! I told her it smelled outsided to. She mentioned the trash was overflowing on floor beside her. I walked in a stall & same thing there trash full & no hanger for my purse! I had to hang on to it the whole time. The place didn't have any customers inside and one or two at drive-thru but place was dirty. As I'm sitting loutside writing this still no customers overflowing their doors! Time to clean!!! It's my sincere hope and prayer that the owner if this facility will see this message in a timely manner and can take appropriate action. We stopped in for breakfast to go this morning 11/18/23 @10:20a.m. The "situation" we saw unravel in the lobby in which an employee was cussing at and in front of customers before, after, and during pushing his way through a crowd of people and assaulting a 5-6 yr old little girl almost knocking her to the ground was insane. The management on staff couldn't control this employee and he was BEYOND out of line regardless of the "why". I would've fired him on the spot and apologized to my customers but alas that didn't happen either. We were traveling through this morning...this isn't our hometown. Hopefully the management and ownership can effectively handle this situation to avoid any future repeat. I truly couldn't believe what we witnessed. If I was that boys Momma... oh snap... adult or not, you don't act like that. Let alone treat someone else's customer's in that fashion. Food was great once we got it. read more

Let's start off with the good. - Friendly and helpful service - fast order delivery - Apple Pay Now for the reason for my giving it only two stars. - Their menu display went black while I was reading it and didn't come back until I had received my order. They did eventually come up with a paper menu ( thus the helpful pro item above) - there was no indication that I could use Apple Pay and it was a bit awkward in its timing. We did get it to work though. - the burger packaging was sub standard for the items I ordered. Usually I get them in a cardboard box but this was loosely and sloppily wrapped. - Lots of annoying flys inside the restaurant. read more

I asked if they could give me an extra hashbrown for free or an oj. The Manager Jessica said no. I've been to other McDonalds that will comp an entire meal if you have to wait longer then 10 minutes in the drive thru. The only thing I eat from McDonald's is the sausage, egg and cheese Mc Muffin, my favorite. Love the all day breakfast! They need to work on the quality control of the final product. Just about every time it is different. Burnt bread one day and great the next. Greasy one day from sitting under the heat lamp to long and fresh the next. I never seem to get a napkin either. The customer service is always spot on. I only use the drive thru but no problems on any given day. read more

I am a disabled and have trouble walking or standing so I am forced to use the drive thru. Just went to pickup some burgers and fries for my wife and I and a young lady comes out just about the time I was ready to order and asks me to order inside because they are going to work on the speakers. We were at the drive thru at 11:00 and since the store closes at 12:00 me and my family did want to order. As we were at the drive thru, we had waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru lanes, both, and noone had spoken to is. We drive to the first window and see the workers slacking during work. They screw up your order in every single way possible. I hate that this is the closest one to me. I have to drive 10 miles to go to the one that second closest to me. They never get your order right. They never get your money right. They just don't get anything right at this place. I'm sure you can tell from all the other bad reviews. Whoever owns this place really really needs to take more of a hands-on approach and get a little more personal with this place. One morning I was taking my daughter to track practice and she ordered a sausage mcgriddle, I asked for a syrup the lady said it's got syrup in the mcgriddle I said can I get another one for dipping she said I would have to charge you for it, I said really just for one syrup? One of the most unreliable Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Their website clearly states the hours of operation as 5am-2am on weekends, and 5am-12am on weeknights. For some reason they close when they want. Some weeknights they are open till 12am others they close 11pm or 10pm despite what it says on their website. Absolutely no consistency in when they close. Being a 3rd shift worker myself, some nights I am too tired to cook but since they like to just pick random times to close for no reason, they waste my time and gas. This has happened 3 nights in a row. Will not be going to this location ever again. The franchise owner really needs to crack down on their Manager's lack of adherence to the posted hours. Not even going into how many times they screw orders up on top of all this. Would rate 0 stars if I could. read more

The bread is always stale and never have enough help with cheap owner I guess, Have tried this McDonalds ten or more times in 12 years thinking it may get better. Not happening as I have found out every time I go there. Any other McDonald I visit does not have the long waits and cold stale food. Think they need to throw out old cold food rather than sell it. This was by far my worst fast food experience ever. My boyfriend and I were on a very long roadtrip and we were starving, looking forward to having a sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle. We waited in line for almost 10 min before finally making it to the first window. The drive thru attendant had heard our order wrong. She heard sausage and cheese rather than sausage, egg and cheese. When we asked if we could please change it, her response was, "its going to raise the price quite a bit" I asked her "how much is a bit?" She ignored me and paid me out with the 20 dollar bill I handed 7 min later we reach the second window. The attendant at this window asks us to pull forward because she has so many orders to get out. I respond, "no sorry, we will stay here until our food is out. We've been in line for well over 20 minutes." She closes the window. A while later the girl from window 1 opens the window and raises her voice at us to please move up because there's so many orders they need to get out. I respond, "can we just get our money back?" Stopped by just for ice cream and it took forever for the young man to fill two ice cream cones. He just could not seem to get his task together. The ice cream was the usual McDonalds and the price was right. When we finally got the cone I should have taken a picture of it. It was one sided and about to fall out of the cone. I had just finished a yard sale. I was exhausted, filthy and just wanted to relax and eat supper while watching TV. I went through the drive thru and ordered my favorite salad. Went home and did as I had planned only to chomp into a metal coil that was camouflaged in the salad. It scraped the roof of my mouth, causing an open area of skin. Still filthy and exhausted I drove back with salad in bag and went into restaurant this time. Asked for a manager on duty and proceeded to show what had happened. Photos were taken and an incident report was written. Written I say, because there was not an official form to fill out. Just a blank white sheet of paper. So report was filed and I was repeatedly told higher management would be notified immediately and I would be getting a phone call within next day or so. I did receive a refund for my purchase. Four days later and no phone call, I called corporate. Later the next day I received a call from the district manager. She was by far the most pathetic representation of management I have ever encountered. She was very rude and full of excuses as to why I had not been called, told me her personal information/situation that prevented her from responding in a more timely manner, which was none of my business to know in the first place. She stated that the manager I filed report with never contacted her nor sent any pictures. She stated I was given refund, what more did I expect? I replied with compensation for monies I was out of pocket for Dr visit and Tetanus shot. She was very quick to respond that that was not going to happen. I ended the phone call stating I would contact higher authority than her to have matter taken care of. So another phone call to corporate was placed and a request to speak with owner of this facility was made. Almost 2 weeks post incident now, no call from owner has ever been received! read more

I would rather be writing a review for a good restaurant or a great burger joint but that is not the case. Went to the local McDonald s in Mineola, Tx to get a few burgers to hold us over. I thought it's not busy inside so a quick in and out and we will be on our way, WRONG. 5 people in the restaurant (3 of which had ordered 10 minutes before us) 30 minutes later we got our order. I know that it doesn't take that long to cook the burgers and if the manager had been up front helping instead of hiding in the back the order would have been out on time. I would be more forgiving if I hadn't worked in fast food to pay the bills while I learned to become a chef so I know what it takes and how long. This shows a disrespect for the costumer and putting out sub par food really shows you a poor management set and really bad management at the franchise owners level.If this was the first time I might be more understanding but this is the norm here and several people were saying that they were going home to call the corporate office as they were ready to kick butt over how much time it took for simple orders and not having the basics stocked to properly take care of said orders. You have to beg for napkins, forks, spoons or even a lid for a drink or treat, no respect for the people that pay your bills You don't have to wait forever even if you want it good and fast.. read more
