Our family ordered three big breakfasts with hotcakes on 4/18/26. We received no silverware, no syrup, and no hash browns.

Got my stupid deluxe order wrong so I had to drive back. Fries were cold. Straw was something so weird it was clear plastic. That's it. Update: they fucked up more. They gave me the stupid deluxe sandwich but no burger. So I went in to go get a new deluxe chicken sandwich not knowing I had that I didn't have my burger. Slowest drive through in town. In need of new management. Waited 30 minutes in line for a mobile order and got pulled to the side for 15 minutes; everyone who works here should be ashamed. Check your par levels so you don't run out of food and find someone who you want to represent your store; not destroy it. Went through the drive through which spent about almost 1 hour waiting to get 1 single burger. If you want to go to this McDonald's drive through your going to be waiting a long time so I'd recommend going to the other one in town. But there's nothing wrong with this one's food. read more

We stopped for some breakfast on the way through town recently. It was not the best experience. A lot of trash on the ground, a naked man standing in the window of the hotel next door, a large dog that was standing vigil at the door and several shady characters. I've gone to many different McDonald's in my life and honestly this is the best one I've been too. They're always super friendly and the service is usually REALLY fast. They never mess up my order and the stores is really clean especially for a place with a lot of people coming in and out. As for the food, it's McDonald's. Hot n ready. It's a little pricier than it used to be but they usually have Buy One Get One deals and the app always has a ton of deals as well, plus I'm pretty sure McDonalds has adopted a higher than minimum starting wage so like if the employees get to live a bit better then why care if the price moves up a bit? read more

This is literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, I don't expect much from a McDonalds aside from not screwing up my order half of the time, or at least getting food to me while I'm in line, I have to park every other time to wait for my order, I have to go inside at least 50 percent of the times I order to fix a mistake. Fast service but the food tasted awful. Worst place to go for fast food. I try not to eat to much fast food but when I do I don't ever recommend going here. The fries tasted stale. Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was SUPER impressed with the quality of the food I received and the friendliness of the staff. Since it was my first time there I asked if I could get my fries and burgers fresh and she assured me that they always have a fresh batch of fries and the burgers are always fresh. Sure enough she made due with that promise so kudos to the kitchen! The fries were deliciously fresh and salty and according to my fiance his burgers were really good even after a short drive back to where he worked. (I picked some up for his lunch one day.) Very pleased and I'm sorry I was so scared to visit this location earlier. I was leery because of the Burger King across the way. Was just here today. (I'm generally here three times a week--for 2 breakfasts, and a lunch.) Those new signature sandwiches are priced WAY too high--$7 or more. It was a MISTAKE to drop the $3.99 Mac Junior. This McDonalds is generally clean, and the wait staff mostly competent. They need much better training though. Would it kill them to smile, and say "thanks for your business" if they're bringing food to your table? Also, don't put UNTRAINED folks at the register! Just don't do it! And, geez, get rid of the loitering, panhandling bums that were at the exit today. (Give them a McChicken, fries, and a Coke, and tell them "move on"! Promise them a police visit and a loitering charge, if they don't!) They're just barely over the "Mendoza line"--a three rating is VERY APPROPRIATE based on today's service. read more

I stumbled into this particular establishment (Why the possessive name? Who the fuck is McDonald?) at three-o'clock in the morning on a Saturday - maybe it was a Friday; I can no longer tell which is which. The struggles, the triumphs of the previous night collected themselves in the purple bags underneath my eyes - and they all collectively screamed in hunger at the sight of the two golden phalluses passing by them as my entourage of miscreants drove drunk through downtown Missoula. Stumbling along through the seemingly never-washed, cum-stained glass door was my closest confidant, a two-hundred pound Cantonese dwarf whose name escapes me at the present time. We staggered slowly up to the unusually imposing counter for an establishment of this time. The burning lights scarred our pupils as we inched closer to the cashier. The person here to rob us of our dignity in exchange for a dollar or two was a mangled conglomeration of everything wrong with America - unshaved, unwashed, filled with an ontological void - truly dead in every area besides those that aid one in saying "May I take your order," and "Thank you." This particular horrifying example of the brutalization of the American dream was no tall glass of water - not much taller than my Oriental associate, and without any noticable marks differentiating *it* from whatever else was around it: no moles, no scars, no lipstick, no eyeliner. One would forget that they even had a mouth if it were not for the putrid stank of cigarettes and loneliness radiating out of it. With the full potential of this humanoid standing in front of us assessed, I began to attempt to formulate some kind of understandable phrase. I mumbled in a tongue not known to any living human a group of indecipherable syllables, probably relating to food of some kind, but again, probably not. I then sat for another couple of minutes, the monster staring at me, until I could regain my composure. "I WOULD LIKE TWO SANDWICHES!" I screamed unknowingly at the ghoul, then aggressively scrambling away from the counter. My associate and I sat down at a booth at the very rear of the restaurant, in order to not draw any more unwanted attention to two men obviously trying to hide a body in the '76 Pinto in which they had arrived. My confederate began rambling about this, that, and the other as soon as we sat down at our table, waiting for our order number to be called. "It's the fucking Persians, man!" he yelled passive-aggressively at me, throwing his filmy saliva in every direction like Jackson Pollock. "I tell you, it's the Persians, and it's the Azeris - it's the whole damned nation of Iran!" he continued yelling on a rant I could already infer had no logical end. However, this brief voyage into geopolitical savantistry was ended with another violent slam of the glass entrance to the eatery. Walking in, stomping in almost as if a military formation, was my ex-wife and her negroid husband. He was a despicable man, not above seven feet tall, not below six and a half. I couldn't tell of his national origin- be it Haitian, Jamaican, or some kind of other Maghrebi mistake-factory. It didn't worry me at this time, as the ethnicity of the man hunting me down for seven-hundred thousand dollars in alimony was the least of my worries in relation to him. At the site of the whore and her negro, I slid under the table like a snake through the crack of a door. I hid, panting like a dog, until I heard the droning "Thank you," of the cashier-robot, and the opening of the second glass door leading back out into the establishment's parking lot. With my safety reassured, I appeared back above the surface, still skeptical of my own survival. Worrying me more than this recent brush with death, however, was the disappearance of my associate - as well as the vehicle we had taken. The parking spot was empty. Went through the drive through at about 11:45 this morning and the women at both windows were delightful, service was great. We ordered two #7 combos and somewhere along the line one of the fries was left out of the bag. When we went back around to get the other fry, the woman from the first window ran the fries out to us so we had time to back out of the drive through (avoided the line) and made everyone in the car's days. McDonald is always amazing, but sometimes the food is just thrown around and sometimes smashed and missing something.

Even for a McDonald's, this place has shit service. No sauce with my chicken meal and the employee was really rude. Will not be returning.
