Is this is the 24 hr McDonald's on rte 1 northbound a few miles south of the Marlboro Costco?? The one that boasts an amazing play area for kids. Hours for the playground are 9am-9pm. Well, we got there at 10:15am. A lady was mopping the floor in there. The door was locked. Fifteen minutes later, she's still mopping! I have a near four year old. He was getting impatient. The manager and the team member jipped us off. We did not receive our full order. No sauces to go with the nuggets. No ketchup for the fries. They were miserable working there. Maybe this is not the crew for a 24hr store. Also, I called 10 times over the 30 minutes period. They never answered. Always a modem tone- who has that in this day and age anyways. read more

Truly awful and incredibly scary experience. My wife and young child were in the play place when one of their managers climbed on top of the play place and started trying to fix the light fixture cover on the ceiling. He did this with multiple children INSIDE THE PLAY PLACE. The light fixture then came crashing to the ground. Could have injured or killed children. Their reaction was to apologize and promise it won't happen again, all the while reiterating that since no one was hurt everything is ok. Just renovated but already poorly maintained, filthy floors, tables dirty, ran out of ketchup in dispensers (what a sacrilege for a fast food restaurant!), ran out of insulated cups for coffee (they used cup for iced coffee!)... What a shame after a most needed renovation! read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They never get a meal right and the management is a joke. I took my son there this week and the counter girl told me that their system was down, and they could take cash only. I told her that was fine. She then proceeded to take my order down on a looseleaf notebook, and when I paid her, she told me she couldn't open her register to give me change from my $20 bill. I then noticed that their shake machine was broken and leaking shake stuff all over the floor. There were also open coffee creamers all over the floor behind the counter. It really was a mess! She went to get a manager. In the meantime, she figured out my change from the calculator ON HER CELL PHONE! When the Manager came over 10 minutes later (stepping over the shake stuff all over the floor to avoid it), she opened the register with her key and the cashier gave me the bills for change, then literally counted out my coin change from the change maker that drops change down the chute by the register. It took her 5 minutes to get her fingers into each slot to give me my 62 cents! I finally got my order and went to my table...only to find my son's fries missing! Bottom line, the place is a mess, management is a joke and the staff is completely inept! read more

This may be the worst McDonald's that's supposedly 24 hrs ever. Not only is the late night lady there drab(I don't need a song and dance but daaaamn!) there's NEVER anything I want no matter what time after 1am! If you get there at 330 they're setting up for breakfast, 3 am there are no apple pies, 315 windows closed(inventory truck), 240am today no fries(cleaning machine) it's ridiculous!! I've been to this McDonalds a zillion times in the past few years. I must say that EVERY time I actually go inside to order food, I always say I'm NEVER coming here again. Besides the extremely slow service, I feel the area in the front is ALWAYS very dirty. This is in and around the drink area where you self serve your soda. And even worse is behind the counter where you order food is ALWAYS disgusting. There is ice cream spilt on the floor and other food items under the machines and just dirty floors in general. Makes me wonder what it looks like in the back where they are cooking the food. I must add that these filthy condition's are on my weekend visits to McDonalds. read more

How hard is it to get an order from McDonalds correct. Something as simple a only sugar in a coffee I guess really means I want cream too. And I guess adding condiments to the drive through bag is super complicated. The wrong thing about drive through is that one assumes the order will be mildly correct... This place needs to have its entire staff retrained. Too many problems to list so today I will keep it to the 4 large shamrock shakes my husband ordered for our kids On the way home from work. They tasted like liquid toothpaste, waaaay too much mint flavoring!!! We wait all year for these so never expected to need to taste them before he left the drive thru. I have been calling the restaurant to speak to a manager but the fax comes on and the answering machine is full. So we poured $13.56 worth of shakes down the drain. Lousy unpleasant slow service too. Don't be fooled, this place looks great and renovated but the staff is slow as anything, can't remember a simple order, and there's flies everywhere. I showed up and saw the lady that always works the drive thru at night, and she was (as usual) very rude AND when I got home I realized that b***h forgot my f***ing COOKIES!!! This is the worst McDonald's. The fries are always stale and lukewarm. Never crispy. They make me choke if I don't drink them down. The food never tastes fresh! This is the absolute worst McDonald's. The orders always come out wrong and the food is cold, old or just slopped together. And this is a corporate store!!! And don't bother calling the customer service number on the receipt, the only thing that will happen is this store will cal you and invite you in for a "fresh" and "well made"order...isn't that what you are supposed to get all the time? This has to be one of the worst locations I've ever been to. I decided to stop by yesterday around 7 pm, thinking I could grab a quick meal for my son and I, boy was I mistaken. There was no line inside and I was able to order right away, however my meal took about 10 minutes to receive and my son's took an additional 7 minutes. We tried to find a clean table but there were none, in the 25 minutes we spent the 0 tables had been cleaned up. There were flies as well swarming around. My food ended up completely cold due to not getting our meals at the same time I would assume. This place is poorly managed and disorganized, I will never come back to this location. I wouldn't even use the drive thru seeming as I noticed on my stay there the manger running out a number of orders to cars because they weren't ready for people when they got to the Window. When I go to a drive thru I want to be in and out, not sitting in my car wasting gas. Overall this location is dirty, poorly managed, and slow as can be. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I returned to McDonalds today after my previous complaint to McDonald's Corp Office and my previous posting on YELP to see if anything has changed. IT has NOT. It also seems that words like Thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day, and come again, have been removed from the McDonald's list of approved vocabulary. Typical fast food place where no one speaks English. Messed up orders multiple times. I tried ordering coffee this morning and asked for coffee with cream and sugar. That turned into "coffee, five creams, five sugars." I said over and over, "no no," but that's what I got anyway - and they got my order completely wrong. There also tend to be horrendous wait times at the drive through, even though this is one of the few McD's I've been through that has TWO drive-through lanes that are supposed to run simultaneously. My guess is that this joint is at such a high-volume location (Route 1) that they don't give a frig about the customer service. read more

The food is standard McDonalds but the drive up sucks. There is no need to stop and place your order. Just go pay what they tell you and take whatever they give you because they never get it right anyway.
