Other folks had challenges here, but my time in this Mickey D's was comfortable. I was here for about two hours to use their wifi, drink my insanely hot coffee, and do a bit of work this morning. The restaurant was clean, the crew seemed to be working hard enough (though they like to yell at each other in the kitchen when they've forgotten that there's a guest who can hear them) and I did not see any customers come inside to complain that their orders were incorrect. I just ordered here overnight to deliver to the hospital and the uber eats driver was fine but McDonald totally ignored my order. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a chicken nugget meal with a sweet tea (see pics). McDonald's gave me a cold fry and nuggets, no latte and two sweet teas, one with ice and one warm. After dining on some delicious mcdonald's. i felt it was necessary to write a review to detail how scrumptious my meal was. I ordered my go-to meal, the classic large fry, reg hamburger, oreo mc flurry, and ofc a coke to wash it all down. To start, the fries were absolutely magnificent, as always, and left me wanting more. Mcdonald's fries are arguably the best fries on yhe market rn. They are best when you first get them and they are steaming hot, but still yum after they cool off a bit. I will say, these fries are usually not that good colf and if you try to microwave them it's not that great, but if you're a fan of the mushy fries you may prefer them this way. Next is the classic burger with just pickles onion and ketchup. i love the mcdonald's pickles and onions. they literally go together so well and taste delicious. Unfortunately Mcdonald's burger pattys are very dry tasting. There's something unsettling about the dryness and it reminds me of turkey. It leaves me pondering, "what really is in this burge?". Overall though, it's pretty easy to get over the dryness after a few bites, especially when paired with the delectable ketchup. The bun sucks. it's also pretty dry and just as a whole pretty basic. There are no sesame seeds which is really disappointing. burger king does have sesame seed so they are definitely winning in the bun department. What the burger lacks in bun and patty is definitely somewhat saved by the yum pickles onion and ketchup so id say the mcdonald's burger is overall a pretty good burger!!! additionally, i also purchased a coke and oreo mcclellan. There's something about the mcdonald's coke that is just a bit off i'm not really sure how ti describe it. Regardless, it always leaves me wanting more and generally quenches my thirst. it's absolutely so refreshing. The Mcflurry is also super great. The orea flavor is really nice and adds an amazing texture. really really great mcflurry if your looking for a nice cold treat on a hot summers day. To conclude, i love mcdonald's. every time i go there it brings a smile to my face. The food really is great and it remind s me of childhood when we would have thouse unexpected days where mom would surprise us by pulling into the mcdonald's drive through. it really is the place where happiness is made. read more

This McDonald's deserves one star for having lots of parking. Other than that, you are out of luck here. I have never seen employees fight with each other in front of customers until I came here the other night. The people who work here are tired, overworked and seem to be pissed at the world. The reason why I hate this location is because of the strange after hours policies they inflict on customers. I have been here on three occasions and twice they only took cash which is shady and the other time, the lady working the drive-thru window said they only had ONE fish fillet sandwich left. I can't make this up... only one sandwich. This location sucks. Every time I come here it's a pretty miserable experience and the cool renovations don't make up for it. The drive-thru is always chaotic and there doesn't seem to be a system with which car they are speaking to, which causes confusion between which car from the two lines should drive up to the window. Also, cars are always cutting each other in one of the lines, which is super frustrating. Thus, the wait just for a drive-thru is always at least 15 minutes, long for fast food that is barely of decent quality. There is one woman who works there who is always rude and off-putting. One time after she gave us our order, we were checking the bag and she snapped "Everything is in there!" However, she missed an item but she had already walked away from the window. My dad first beeped the horn and then tapped on the window because she wasn't coming back. Once she returned, she yelled at him, asking him to please not tap the window as it would break. I'm sure McDonald's can afford very sturdy windows, so the window definitely wouldn't have cracked from the light tapping. Finally, the ice cream machine is somehow always broken when I come here. This is a 24 hour drive thru location but when you stop by late at night they only have one item available from the whole menu and they only accept cash. So I decided to stop by during regular hours. Usually a great place that gets your order ready fast. But recently it all has gotten worse. It takes longer for orders to be ready. I went Monday and it was extremely understaffed. All the employees were extremely busy since they were understaffed. I can only assume how stressful it is for the employees to work while being understaffed. As a fellow fast food worker I know how it feels when everyone is waiting for you to make their order. These stressful situations can cause the workers to make mistakes and stress them out even more. The staff here actually do a good job of serving and keeping the fast pace lively. The play place is clean and the drive through is a two lane system that eases traffic. I work overnight and this is one of the only places open late. I've been here 4 times. Only once have I gotten my order in a decent time. Normally it's a 15 minute wait but there was other cars. Only 2 but I'll be nice. However Lamar 128am there was no one. I ordered a #1 and and 6 McNuggets. After paying at the first window i pulled to the second window. No one was there. Only one person (who I later found out was the manager) was to the side wiping a counter. After waiting 10 mins and still seeing no one. I blew my horn. The guy wiping a table did nothing. Waited 2 more mins and blew my horn again. Still nothing. I would've pulled off however they had my money. I blew again for 2 mins straight and finally a lady came to the window and handed me my food. I immediately asked for a manager and she turned around and said he wants to talk to you to the guy wiping. He comes over like there wasn't a problem with waiting. I told him I only have a 30 min break and had now been gone 20 mins since I had waited 15. He in broken English replied 30 mins. I asked why my food took so long and he told me the fries had to cook. I can promise you I'll never go back nor will any of my coworkers. Do yourself a huge favor and don't go there. Honestly, McDonalds is usually great, its a huge menu while also being fast and convenient, but this location doesn't match with fast and convenient. To start off they take forever to get your food ready, I've once waited 30 minutes in this drive-through line just to get a wrong meal. Along with that, this staff is horrible, a word describing how they treat you is not even somewhat near the word pleasant and not even kind. Next up on the list, they are dirty, I've found multiple hairs in past orders here. Finally definitely not the last thing because there are too many things to list, but they never have anything, along with other McDonalds their ice cream machine is always broken but stuff like cookies they said they dont have and also they said they dont serve shamrock shakes when it was clearly on their menu earlier this year. This is ALWAYS the slowest freaking McDonalds restaurant I have EVER been to. I waited 10 minutes in drive thru just to order. Nothing. Then I parked my car, walked inside to order. There was only ONE person ahead of me. She had also been waiting for 10 minutes to order. I don't blame the workers. I know some of them. They work hard, but you CAN NOT operate a 24/7 McDonalds with such a small amount of employees. Also, most of the time I order NO onions or NO pickles & they often f$&@ things up. I just hear them yelling at each other in Spanish. (I am a Latino, so not insulting them, but wtf) I don't believe the owners know how badly this store is run. Half the cars, just get fed up & drive across the highway to Burger King, because they don't want to wait an hour to eat. Also NO napkins...as usual. I agree with other reviewers that the dining area is pretty dirty. But I rarely eat in. I live close by so i utilize the drive-thru 99% of the time. When they fist put in the duel ordering station at the drive-thru, it was a complete mess. They couldn't figure out which car had place what order so they constantly got your order wrong. When you pay at the first window, they would ask you again what you ordered. And then when you pickup you food at the next window, they would ask again and most of the time they got it wrong.
