    NY Style Omelet

Standard, classic diner. Would recommend for breakfast, not so much for dinner which is pretty hit or miss. Omelettes are great- especially NY Style. Pancakes are fluffy and fresh. Service is friendly and timely. Great diner vibe. A staple in the area for sure.

"Incredible Eggplant Sandwich" was just ok.

Town Diner continues to offer a consistent high quality diner experience. I noticed there are some mixed reviews. However, every experience I have had here has been great. The breakfast menu with omelettes, pancakes and Benedict's is always a good option. The regular menu is quite extensive, a sign of a true diner. Yet, it offers some very creative options instead of the same old tired and boring diner fare. After coming here for years and especially during Covid, I'm upping my rating to 5 star. The Town Diner is truly a 5-star diner and our local go-to diner. This is the second time I ordered the Chicken Gyro, which was accompanied by a Greek Salad. It was awesome (same as the 1st time) and so generously filled with chicken. Some of my favorites at the Diner are the Native Benedict and the Mediterranean Frittata. Oh, and the fries here are the best around! In the past, I've also ordered Pancakes, Philly Cheesesteak Turkey Burger and the Chicken Isabella. The food generally delivers a solid diner experience. The only item, I have been underwhelmed by has been the Incredible Eggplant sandwich, outside of that everything has been really good. The diner interior is new and modern with comfortable booths in patriotic colors of red, white and blue. Yet, the aluminum box car type exterior helps maintain the classic quality of an old time diner. Service is always consistent, efficient, and professional.

5 Great diner experience! The breakfast and burger were both delicious and well-prepared. Service was friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Despite a short wait for a table, we were politely invited to wait, and it didn't take long at all. Definitely a spot worth visiting for a satisfying meal and excellent service. Nothing extraordinary but solidly met expectation, what we thought we'd get we got...

I was sat down immediately In a very clean and attractive environment. Got French toast with bacon and scrambled eggs and everything was delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a rare and very pleasant surprise. My server, Victor, was very kind, friendly, and efficient. /10 great stop in East Windsor.

We stopped by at this diner while on our way back from a road trip. It caught our eye, because it looks like an old school diner. It also has the old school diner feel once you are inside. It is on a pretty busy highway, and there is plenty of parking. The menu was as you would expect for a diner, and all of the prices were fair. The food itself was also very good. The service was good, and they allowed us to make customizations to our order. Overall I would say this is good little diner to stop by if you are looking for something good to eat.

Best diner in the area. Cinnamon bun pancakes are amazing. Swift service and not too expensive.

However, they did a great job updating the tables, benches and counter, as well as opening up the diner to allow for additional seating. It still has all the old school charm, yet in an updated more comfortable setting. The Hightstown diner has been a fixture in downtown Hightstown for over 90 years. It's a diner and the food and service fit that description perfectly. The food is solid and reasonably priced diner fare. Service is friendly and efficient. We frequent this place on occasion for breakfast and brunch. I had the chicken panini and it was very good. I've tried a variety of options from omelets, turkey sandwich, to soups all for a reasonable price.

Everything is cold, sterile, and trying way too hard to be trendy instead of just being a good old fashioned train car diner. The prices are ridiculous for what you get, especially considering it used to be a spot where you could grab a solid, affordable meal. Now it's all style over substance, overpriced plates, smaller portions, and none of the comfort or the charm that made it worth going to in the first place. It's disappointing to see a place that once felt local and authentic turn into just another generic, overpriced "modern vibe" spot. Definitely not what it used to be, and honestly not worth it anymore. Long time customer, now going elsewhere. Woodys in Allentown is much better.

The food here is insanely fresh as was our daily interpretation involving copious use of root vegetables. In a Woodstock mood, I went for a mushroom motif inclusive of a mushroom onion soup and mushroom infused homemade cavatelli. You won't get points for atmosphere as the location is main street central and directly across from an Irish pub that is still serving the same slab of corned beef that they first boiled in 1991. If you're a foodie or even a fraudie, 12 Farms offers infinite pleasures and is richly deserving of a resounding five stars. Speaking of rich bring lots of cash as plastic is not accepted.

The soup sampling consisted of three very tiny cups that were sort of like an espresso size cup. The salad was a very small portion. They said that the portion sizes were not smaller because of the $65 price fix option. If you ordered the salads à la carte they arranged from $19-$22 I believe. Had I did the à la cart and received that portion for that much money I would be disappointed to say the least; my wife and I often share a salad before entrées and generally speaking they are big enough to share but their portion wasn't enough for me alone. Presentation was beautiful and service was great, as well as the ambience, and we have been there several times. We are raying a 3 because of the positives, but I did consider making it a 2. I hope the restaurant takes note and addresses the piints I made. Note that the entrée portions were good.
