Me and my sibling came here for breakfast/dinner lol. Our service was amazing! What really made our dining experience top notch was our sever was leisi C she was friendly, nice and attentive, always making sure that we had refills and our food was good, but not checking in so much that we felt smothered. The bathroom was also very clean and even smelled good Overall our experience was very good!

went for the first time during thanksgiving* super sweet staff ! super welcoming & always greeting everyone with a smile no matter how busy, & they work quick! the place is a little small, but it's nice clean & pretty for a chain restaraunt diner. the inside smells good of the mix of coffee & food, the winning smell of pancakes & coffee. they're constantly having promotional & seasonal items, so it's always interesting to see whom they partnered with - this time it was indiana jones - or they're pancake of the month ! (maple bacon was novembers if you were curious) on thanksgiving, me & my family didn't have plans so we hopped in for a quick bite & saw they were doing a small desert & dinner promotional for the holiday. we skipped the turkey dinner meal & had some desert, seeming that a few of us had dinner beforehand; we each got one of the desert items & shared amongst one another. - chocolate cake with chocolate mouse & chocolate chips ; my sibling was a major fan of this, i only cared for the frosting that was surprisingly rich! - pumpkin pie with whipped cream ; my parent said that this was very good, a hearty traditional thanksgiving desert - brownie sundae ; the brownie was very good with chocolate chips, could have done without what seemed like hershey chocolate sauce. the whipped cream was good, & the vanilla ice cream was just normal ice cream, that my family shared with each other despite the busy holiday rush, the staff was very kind & compassionate & we made sure to extra thank them for working on such a busy holiday, & taking their time to do so :)

I know this is a brand new location, so I know the workers here may be totally new to the service industry. And maybe this opening day was part of a dry run. So I'll just disclose some observations to help this location improve: - The place seemed over staffed. So there was no excuse that it severely under-performed. in our case the food didn't arrive until a little shy of an hour wait. And even then the simple bacon and eggs order didn't come out right. - My grilled chicken sandwich eventually arrived, but was eventually offered to be on the house and to be wrapped up to take home. But then after several minutes the waiter, when we asked again about it, said it got lost. - The water served to us tasted very strange. Beware the water. There will not be another opportunity to visit this location because our first experience was not that great (think Kitchen Nightmares). However I do wish the management and staff quickly grows and adapts. This IHOP has a great location and therefore superb potential. In summary, that kitchen needs help in the form of leadership and experience. Ultimately its all up to the management.

Ordered at our local iHop through DoorDash for pick up. Our food was accurate and on time. Staff were very friendly upon arrival and greeted me with a smile. All very pleasant. Burgers were both very delicious as expected. Great comfort food and all expectations met. Definitely recommend for a quick, cheap, and easy meal.

2/25/25: Monroe, wa IHOP's happy hour menu.

Good service. Decent food. Bummer the app doesn't allow for use of the 20% off discount for online orders or promotional cards. Need to get app fixed. Also bummer that happy hour menu isn't online and that they charge $7 for the house faves instead of $6.

Food showed up at different times and only the last one delivered was close to warm, the rest were cold. Even asked to have some remade. And then the joke around the table was the 3 tiny strawberries for the roots tooty isn't fruity... Employees are all very nice and friendly.

We ordered the $35 clam orzo and the $54 New York steak medium rare. The New York comes with no sides. $54 is the price for the steak on its own. They don't have a menu of sides and we weren't asked if we wanted any sides with it. The "New York" that we got was literally just a chunk of fat with maybe 5 bites of meat on it. It was literally cold and still blue, so rare. It had barely been put onto the grill. The flavor was bland, like a cheap steak you'd get at buzz in. Definitely not a $50+ steak and was not cooked appropriately. The clam orzo looked promising. Huge portion and smelled delicious, but I took one bite and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. Literally tasted like the salt container fell in it. They did end up refunding us for the steak and the orzo. We paid for our drinks, the calamari and left hungry. Still ended up paying $50 (plus a $10 tip for our nice waitress) for an appetizer, two bottled IPA's and one rum cocktail. Also worth mentioning that the tables are very close together. It felt like we were eating with the strangers next to us. Our seat on one side was a shared bench with other guests and it was very loud, not a problem unless you want to have a semi private conversation. So disappointing after waiting years for a toddler free night to visit this restaurant.. I'm not sure that we will be back. If we do, we will likely visit for the bar and appetizers.

We ended up leaving earlier than we probably would have wanted just cause our baby decided it was time for us to leave. Since we had a baby I'm definitely more aware of how noisy places are that we go to and this is definitely the loudest place of all the places we go. Which looking around there is nothing to absorb the sound. So if you want a quiet setting this is not the place for you. We each had 2 drinks and we had the cornbread as an appetizer and we both got the burger and fries. My main complaint is our fries came out lukewarm, like they had been sitting a long time. Boooooo. Drinks were good as always. Service wasn't bad wasn't great. Our first time here (years ago) was outstanding and now it just feels ok, I'm not sure that we will continue to come here as often as we have. I'm sure we will give it a shot again someday.

The street was on the narrow side with parking on both sides of the street. I parked in some of the angled parking across from the address of Pueblo Viejo. There was a large truck between where I parked and where my Apple Maps app had indicated the store was located. Making my way to the closest crosswalk, I crossed the road and found that yes, the store was behind the truck. A banner clearly marked the store front, and the entrance was easy to spot. Upon entering the store, I decided to stop and take a picture. Once I took the picture, I realized there was a woman behind the front counter watching me and I said hello. Looking around, there was a variety of offerings. My dad has been experimenting with different breakfast recipes from different cuisines and I spotted some ingredients he might find fun. However, what engulfed the majority of my attention was the array of bakery items. Trays were available to one side of the baked goods cases along with tongs. Friendly and helpful workers helped me figure out that I got a bag for the items at payment. I went with a pink pan dulce and what ended up tasting and looking to me like a pineapple empanada of sorts. Neither item was too sweet, and both had flavor and texture true to what it was. Together they made for a good sweet tooth fix. The price for both items with tax was $2.10 and cash payment was accepted. The woman who took me through the payment process was the same one sitting behind the counter when I took the picture when I entered the store. She was warm and friendly in our interactions.

An older gentleman and a younger guy were quick to tell us we could sit wherever we wanted as it was a Sunday evening. Booths line the wall and there are about four tables in the middle of the restaurant. Very small, but very colorful and extremely friendly staff. We were quickly asked for a drink order and they brought chips and salsa. The chips were a perfect thin yet crunchy texture. The salsa was very flavorful. It had chunks of onions and lots of cilantro. However, I wish the salsa was spicier. We both ordered chicken and beef enchiladas à la crema. The presentation was nice and I'm so glad there was no lettuce decorating my plate. My whole beans came in a little tortilla cup but the rice lacked flavor. It taste more like a puréed risotto. The enchiladas were covered in the cream sauce that also had cheese. There was no flavor to the cream sauce and the chicken was extremely dry. I liked the flavor of the whole beans. They don't give you a full basket of chips when you sit down. So we asked for more as they were delicious. But then we received only a quarter of a basket this second time. They don't post prices of the soda or the drinks. When we inquired to see a bar menu, they said they had none that we could order anything we want. We asked the price of a particular drink and he said don't worry. When I receive my bill, my non alcoholic bottle of Heineken was $7.25. I think that is outrageous for a nonalcoholic beer. I will give this place three stars because the chicken was tough and dry. The cream sauce was boring and the salsa needs spice.
