Reappear handing me a drink with the nice jacket. I trundled off. Mile down the road I take off the little cap. Stone cold, watery coconut garbage. My wife's latte was bitter and burnt. The drink came out almost completely white and tasted like milk. When I mentioned it didn't taste like coffee, I was told I could pay an extra $1 for another shot instead of them remaking the drink. Even that shot wasn't pulled fresh. What's frustrating is that I came the day before and had a great latte made with fresh espresso and coffee ice cubes. It was delicious.
