Wow other reviewers were right! It doesn't look like much outside but inside very clean and delicious food!! We got seated and I did have to move cause it was drafty in the corner but that's ok. It was 4:15-4:30 and not busy on a thurs. Saw that had Wed and Fri fish fry all u can eat... bummer. Oh well lots of Greek items to choose from. Bf got pork chops with Greek potatoes and Greek salad. Wow it was super good !! Everything!! I had tastes. They I opted for the Greek meat plate. It had so much gyro meat I had to eat it with fork n knife!! Wayyyyyy to fat to fold!! Decent road food, friendly service (at least for our party; see other reviews), and a remarkable soup that would be at home in a big city cafe. This was a welcome find on the long haul between Chicago and Pittsburgh. The all-you-can-eat fried fish was interesting, primarily because it wasn't the catfish that this southerner would have expected. The portion was generous and I skipped the offer to refill my plate. The burger was OK, with better-than-average fries on the sides. Two items worth considering are the lemon-rice soup with a surprisingly finely blended texture and just the right level of lemon. Soup fans should definitely stop in and try it. Other items to consider are the homemade desserts. The restaurant offers a wide selection in a case, most of which appear to be made offsite and brought in (as is typical of a small diner, especially one this remote). The bread pudding and rice pudding are made in house, and are delicious. I recommend these two over the other options. read more

pulled in looking for a little something to eat and got just that. absolutely certain that I have been here before but I can't say when other than probably breakfast in the early 90's and it may have been a different place then and way divey too... today, not so much :-) aside from the plague stuff dinner was pretty uneventful. walked in all masked up and asked for a table for one, a menu, and a glass of iced water; got sat in a corner with a nice view of my appropriately distanced fellow diners. one look at the menu and I knew there had to be a Monte Cristo hidden in it somewhere, there's something just right about ham and swiss on frenched toasts plus seasonal fries with a bit of warm syrup alongside -- would have been aces with a couple thin slices of tomato! pity (or fortunate?) that an apricot stone sour couldn't be had with it. finished with a walk over to the desert case to have a look at pre-fabbed cakes and pies: the carrot cake wasn't quite as carotty as I hoped but it was moist and firm with poofs of whipped siding and the icing was soft and creamy. you could play pinball all night with the change back from a jackson except there isn't any pinball... so be generous instead. read more

Lovely little out of the way diner. No clue as to the amazing experience inside. Service was excellent, tried the liver and onions, it was baby beef, tender and well prepared with mashed potatoes was excellent all around. Biscuit and sausage gravy was best I've ever had anywhere. Hamburger was large and juicy beautifully done. Fries were coated which I don't care for but my friend loved them. German chocolate cake was huge, whipped cream. A great value and they had such a large selection we all tried different things so we could taste more. They had Greek, Italian, Mexican on the menu and breakfast all day which is normally my go to. Stopped in while traveling from Pennsylvania to Illinois. Greeted almost immediately with a smile and a welcome. We didn't want for anything as far as service, their staff is wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that they use real butter as opposed to margarine. The food was both flavorful and plentiful. I will be back when I am doing this trip again! Came here for breakfast on a sunday morning. It's an hour drive from my house and let me tell you, it was worth it! The atmosphere is great, feels very homey. Dining room very clean and well taken care of. Our server was so friendly and welcoming. I had the mexican omlette, which comes with your choice of fruit, hash browns or tomato slices. AND you also get either pancakes or toast. I opted for hash browns (which were cooked to perfection and pancakes, light and fluffy and delicious!!) Definitely will be returning!!! read more

Love this little restaurant. Right across the street from the hotel we were staying at. Super busy isn't the word for this place. Bit of a wait for a table. Delicious coffee! Not everyone can make good coffee. Several people came in after us and received their food before us? Don't know what happened, ticket mix up possibly? Waitress was very friendly, and took care of us. We were almost ready to walk out after 40+ minutes and no food. She apologized and said please don't go you're food is being plated now. She was great and it was definitely worth the wait! The food was incredible! Glad we stayed! Definitely recommend this place to everyone! We will be back. Hungry on I80? Four Seasons is a welcome respite to a road weary traveler. It may not look like much from the outside, but this Greek diner packs a tasty punch. The interior is basic and clean and the menu is super deep, so you'll likely please any palate. The fam and I sidled up to a window table and ordered up two orders of mac n' cheese (kiddos), a side of fruit, a gyro salad (hubs), and a Four Seasons Wrap with a side salad and cup of lemon rice soup for me. Let's dig into the dishes, shall we? Lemon rice soup: Basic but flavorful and a nice accompaniment to any dish. Four Seasons wrap: Fresh and stuffed with loads of shaved turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and a light dressing of honey mustard. I was sad I only made it through half before waving my white flag. Gyro salad: HUGE. Stuffed to the brim with lots of greens (not the crappy iceberg lettuce either) and plenty of hot gyro meat. Kids mac n cheese: Kraft-ish with extra cheese on top with four breadsticks. It's a kid and carb lovers' paradise. It also came out quickly before our entrees and not too hot. Much appreciated on both fronts. As mentioned, the tables and (single stall) restrooms were super clean, so that's a major bonus. If you're on a road trip, eschew the Arby's and Mickey D's and stop off at Four Seasons instead for a bite. read more

We stopped here on the way to Cleveland last week, and I'm glad we did. It's a little over the border and right off the highway so it's very convenient. Like the other reviewers, it does not look like much from the outside (or even inside), but the food and wait staff were fabulous. I started off with their chicken enchilada soup - which was a cream based and came with a few nacho chips. It wasn't fabulous but it was tasty. I then had the Greek chicken wrap - which came with this absolutely great Greek dressing on the side. After asking our waitress she said it's a mixture of all sorts of vegetables and it's really one of the highlights there. My husband had the Greek gyro skillet and he also liked it. It came with another great sauce - tzatziki. Our waitress was really nice and the restaurant is definitely the 'place' to go in town as all the customers knew each other. It was so warm and friendly to be there. There were zero people using their cell phone or texting - one of my pet peeves - while eating. Can't recommend this place enough! read more
