I stopped at this location to get a quick bite on my way home. I have stopped at this location dozens of times and have never had an issue, until today. My order was correct and I had no issues with the quality or accuracy of my order. My issue was after I finished my drink, I popped the lid off to eat the ice, and I found a napkin in my cup! A wadded up, completely drenched napkin sitting about halfway down into the ice. I am so upset at this turn of events, this restaurant has lost a customer for life! After waiting in the Drive Thru line with my little daughter that wanted a McFlurry on a 90 degree day we were told that the ice cream machine is broken once again. I asked them to cancel my food order and asked them to see if they could get the car to move behind me and they told me NO! I had to wait behind all the cars to exit so I asked for the manager at the window and when he came to the window he told me that there's nothing he could do and was super rude. I suggested next time to put a sign up that says "Ice Cream Machine out of Order" and he said that there's no way to do that. I told him so you'd rather just have bad customer service? Tonight 1/26/22 @7pm, I unfortunately witnessed the manager berating, intimidating and bullying the window server. I was in my car at the window, and it was just awful to witness. The window server just stood there taking it, and realized there was a customer at the window, me, and as soon as the manager stopped he turned around to assist me. I didn't know what to say and came out with I thought he was doing a wonderful job. I almost turned around to go back thru the line and let him know that harassing and intimidating employees in the workplace is illegal in California. We've been here three times in the last month because my son likes it but all three times they've messed up the order and never offer to make it right. The menu screen when ordering has been broken forever and when you pay they don't repeat the order. We don't order the burgers plain with cheese anymore because they end up putting regular cheeseburgers with the onions and pickles in it. The cashier really doesn't seem like he wants to be there which is understandable but just take the damn orders right. That's all you have to do. (Ask them why it's not available and laugh while they scramble for a response) the internet and the sign on their doors says the drive thru closes at 1am but often times you'll find them closed early. So I just ordered from this McDonald's off of door Dash and I have to say every time I come here I never have a problem it's always good customer service everybody's really nice and when I got my order there wasn't a Dr Pepper of which I ordered in there there was a nice little note that said sorry or Dr. peppers out and they gave me a chocolate shake instead and honestly that is some of the best customer service. I typically don't post reviews for any fast food establishment, but I want to give credit where credit is due. This location is located just down the street from my work. I'm not proud of all my visits because obviously consuming that much fast food is no bueno, but I've been to this particular location for breakfast and lunch far too often. The staff at this place is top notch. Not sure if they cleaned house in the last year since all the reviews I've read are from 2016, but I've been coming here since mid 2016 and have always had a great experience. Like I said, the staff is top notch. I've dealt with so many people and they're always on point. My order is always read back to me after I place it, I'm always given the condiments I ask for and most importantly, they have never messed up any of my orders. I'm very particular about how I get my burger, but never check it before leaving the drive thru window. I check when I get back to work and see that it's always correct. I've gone as far as emailing the owner of this location to let her know how great her staff is. Well at least the day crew anyway since I've never been here at night. I stopped in here to quench my thirst. Got a large unsweetened ice tea and was on my way. Location was very clean, attractive and well-maintained. Staff was polite to me and my order was available quickly (of course, since it was just a soda fountain cup that isn't too big a deal but I also didn't have to wait in line). I get the feeling this location isn't usually very busy for dine-in. Drive through seemed very busy though, and based on other reviews I'll probably stick to stopping here when I can walk in. :) read more

Wow. 5 stars for the playplace. Even my 18 month old can play. The playplace in Mission Hills location has the 1-2 year old area fenced in so he can't play there. The playplace is pretty big too not small like a pp stated. The high chairs have detachable trays. Where do you see that at McDonald's?! They even have touchscreen computers with tv and games on each table. It's clean and cool. The food is ok. Only thing missing? Other kids. We're here at 4 pm on Monday and its summer time. How many people can mess up one order? At least three at this branch. One in the drive-through, second at the register and the third at the pick up window. Nevertheless, the manager that charges you for the team's mistakes. Complete failure to perform at all sides here. I wish there was another branch at this area. Would've never come here again. Not sure why, but may as well take the Open 24 Hours sign off the windows and remove it from your listings... Because its sorely misleading. Don't come in the evening. Horrible service. The staff and management turns into crap in the evening for some reason. Every time I come through the drive through, I'm given sodas in sticky and or wet cups. I'm given bags of food that are soaked in grease or about to be. Is it too much to ask for a second bag so that all the food doesn't leak all over. Orders always incorrect! They can't fricken read! How about hiring people who can read English. Remember English? Got lunch using drive through and when i got the one bag i asked to confirm if all inside and was assured complete. Didn't want to hold up line so I trusted him. Sure enough they missed a Big Mac they charged. Called to get credit for Big Mac and was advised had to drive back to get refund as card needed to be in store for credit. After being told to move to the waiting parking spots the employee comes out with the ice cream I ordered and pushes all 3 into my hand all at once and drops the ice cream in my car. The worst service I've ever experienced! No matter what time of day, the employees there have an attitude that they're put out by serving you - THATS YOUR JOB. They offer no pleasantries or just common courtesy. This morning is the straw that broke the camels back - after receiving my order, rudely I may add, I had traveled several miles down the freeway, on my way to work, when the lid from coffee cup pop off while picking it up causing an extreme mess and burning me. Had to pull over and clean up then get back on my way to work instead of going back and giving that girl a piece of my mind - l was very pissed! When a customer asks you to check on an order that you've been waiting for 15 minutes in the dinning room for... "we're really busy" is not the response you give them as you walk away without another word. Almost any other response would be better than being snubbed by the cashier. Terrible service from the MANAGER! Entered the drive through for one hot fudge sundae. $1.28 the cashier says, pull to the second window. We look at the menu & the sundae says $1.09. When we get to the window to pay, we ask the cashier about why so much tax & they say the sundae price is $1.19 so we say, not on your menu. We ordered a $1.09 sundae. With tax, we'll give you $1.17 but they wouldn't take it. The manager pops in saying he's off to change the menu right now to the correct price & wouldn't give it to us for the advertised price.
