Stopped by to get coffee on my way to Underwood Farms. Lots of parking in the plaza. The store is busy with so many things all around. Looked so messy, stuff everywhere. They sell cookies wrapped in cello wraps. Not appealing at all. Anyways the iced latte I got was ok. A bit watered down but ok to drink. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. Old furniture but lots of people enjoying their coffee sitting on them.

Best matcha I've probably ever had and I get matcha every day. Service was amazing. The young girl with the light brown hair working was so sweet and willing to give me a new drink if I didn't like mine and honestly the place overall is super comfy and welcoming.

Weekend vibe started with 1st visit to this friendly and welcoming hometown coffee place with lots of options. Something yummy for everyone! An inviting local spot compared to the corporate chains. Blueberry muffin latte was not too sweet and just strong enough! Recommend! Will be back.

What a wonderful place to study and enjoy your evening. The service here is like no other. I had accidentally ordered the wrong drink and I had gotten before and with no hesitation they remade it for me. I came here once before and couldn't wait for the next time I was in Moorpark. Absolutely gem .

The place is really nice. There's a lot of parking people are very helpful. Dogs are allowed if they behave. Well I ended getting their holiday s'mores latte from there. Holiday menu. Very nice place in Moorpark hidden gem for me. We had some breakfast bagels. They were really delicious. Wish I would've taken a picture of it overall very good coffee can't wait to try something different.

Unique decorations and comfortable couches that creates a nice home-y vibe! I ordered a medium Iced Flavored Latte with caramel, which could pass as a large! Super kind barista, the drink was okay. Wish it had more coffee flavor rather than sweetness.

Super cute local cafe with interesting drink choices and nice variety of bakery items. We ordered the Horchata Latte, Pumpkin Latte, and regular latte. All three were amazing! I got half as sweet for all. Excellent customer service and great ambiance. Super cute and cozy chairs

Fast service, friendly people! My partner was offered the option to have his danish heated, nice little extra! I needed to grab a sweet to share with friends at lunch and the gluten free chocolate will be perfect!

I wanted to try a local coffee shop before heading to work and I ordered an iced latte through yelp, which I would not recommend doing. I had noticed my order had not been accepted by the restaurant so I wasn't expecting my drink to be ready. I tried ordering a large vanilla ice latte with low fat milk and light ice. When I got to the coffee shop I told the girl at the counter that I placed my order online through yelp and noticed my order was hadn't been confirmed and the girl looked at me confused saying they don't take orders through yelp but then walks away to the back and grabs my order that was made. I wasn't a fan of the coffee it was way too strong and the vanilla syrup that she added was not good. I noticed they don't have too many options on their iced coffee menu as they did years ago. I also paid extra for light ice.

Such a cute little coffee shop my sisters & I stopped by on our last day in California. They even had the fall flavors out, which we definitely liked. Check this place out!

Much to my surprise, it was about as lively as I had remembered it. The Alley was established during Covid times and offered a retreat to escape from the humdrum of the homestead. These days, its friendly vibe welcomes neighbors and visitors with a backyard setting strewn with twinkle lights and family-style tables. It's a causal scene and easy to soak in the live music, sunlight/moonlight, and neighborly banter. The layout resembles an alley with shops on either side, big open doors invite you to grab something to eat, sample a drink, or shop for handmade gifts. On one side, you've got craft brews and coffee roasters. On the other side, it's local wines and piping hot pizzas. Dogs are welcome all around. At the center of it all, there's live music on the weekends. Modeled after a Beer & Wine Garden concept, The Alley features Enegren Brewery (beer), Lucas Sellers (wine), California Coffee Republic (java), Fire & Vice (pizza), and The Craft House (non-alcoholic tchotchkes). As a self-proclaimed wino, I opted for a sampling of the Lucas Sellers Wines. Ashley, who was behind the bar and top of the pours, gave me good suggestions and offered anecdotes about each wine on tap. At the end of the night, my light pinot paired perfectly with the Mushroom Arugula pizza from Fire & Vice. And I felt right at home, surrounded by friends.

Within ten seconds of walking in, I was greeted by Ama, who set the tone for the whole visit. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. She even let me sample different gelato flavors and suggested some great dishes to try on my next visit. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. The affogato here is on another level. Most places serve it in a paper cup where the espresso and gelato just blend into a mushy mess. Not here. Carrara's presents it beautifully on a stone tray, with a proper espresso cup and a transparent glass so you can actually see the layers of gelato and espresso. And Ama personally poured the espresso tableside, which really topped off the whole experience. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Makenna Coffee is seriously such a hidden gem!…read more I first discovered this place completely by accident a while back when one of my girlfriends and I were on our way to go camping. We were craving coffee, searched for the closest coffee shop, and happened to stumble across Makenna Coffee. I remember absolutely falling in love with their coffee and thinking, "I cannot wait until we come back this way so I can get this again!" Unfortunately, I never ended up making it back... until today! We happened to be in the area for an appointment at the Jeep dealership, and when I realized Makenna Coffee was nearby, there was NO WAY I was leaving without stopping. This was only my second time here, and somehow it was just as good as I remembered. Taylor helped me and she was such a sweetheart! I couldn't remember what I had ordered the first time, so she helped me pick out two different drinks to try -- the Sandy Blonde and the Maui Latte. I ordered them half sweet, and they were still a little sweeter than I normally prefer, but honestly, they were amazing nonetheless. I'm usually a black coffee/Americano kind of girl, but every once in a while I get a serious sweet tooth and want something fun and indulgent -- and Makenna Coffee is PERFECT for that. Their coffee is so good, and there's just something about this little spot that I've loved ever since I accidentally discovered it. I only wish I lived closer because I would definitely be here way more often. If you're ever in this area, do yourself a favor and stop at Makenna Coffee.
