FLAT RATE 1/2 Dozen - Choose any 6 Chorizo Con Huevo Down Home Philly Cheez Eatzza Pizza Tuscany Naughty Nutty (Not pictured)

There's a large plaza lot to get here. There's indoor and outdoor seating. It's really chill and has a casual atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food arrived a bit delayed but it was due to a mix up. But the food was still hot. The eatzza pizza was pretty good, basically a small calzone. The chorizo con huevo were alright. I wished there was more kick to the Chorizo taste, it was subtle in it's flavor. The philly cheez as also pretty good. The price is bit higher than I'd prefer. But it's worth a shot to try.

The buns are really good. I have never had these before. I had the meatball bun which was tasty. I think it might take two buns for a dinner. I also had the tots which were really good. It was pretty empty at dinner time this evening . I think people probably come more for breakfast and lunch. Service was very good. The person working the counter was excellent and super nice. The order came out pretty quickly. Seating was comfortable. Mainly tables but a couple of booths against the wall.

I took my Daughter to try this place because we were curious about it since we keep hearing good things about it. Upon entering the place was really clean and we were headed there for breakfast so we opted to order a jalapeño bite to try the spicy levels which it wasn't that spicy and I'm on the weaker end of spice handling. We also tried the steak peppers and egg bun and the mac & cheese bun with the cinnamon iced latte and the Taro lavender milk drink. I just have a jalapeño bite and the cinnamon iced latte and both were splendid. The jalapeño bite was just the right amount of kick and I soothe the spice with the ice latte which was just the right amount of sugar coffee blend. I will come back to try more options, but it was just kind of a quick stop for us this time. The buns were very fresh and soft and the drink was delicious. The service was great and there was plenty of parking and plenty of seating area.

Ever since I left Japan, I missed the quick meals that buns can be. I heard that there was a new restaurant serving up assorted specialty buns! I wanted a quick bite for the beach so I headed to their new location. The service by the buntender there was warm as I stepped into the savory smelly sanctuary. She was knowledgeable on the best flavors to start with for different palates. I got an assorted bun box of 6 flavors to try. My mouth drooled after each one. My favorite would have to be THE TUSCANY because I love chicken and sundried tomatoes but they were all easily 8.5-9.5 out of 10 on flavor. Plus you can't beat the portability.

Super friendly staff, very easy pickup order experience, nice comfortable dining area. We had a personal touch on our kids' meals that made us all happy.

Service was super so I included a 15% tip.

This is an amazingly original eatery. The menu is eclectic, the cuisine design ingenious, and the service exceptionally pleasant and helpful. It's decorated in modern butcher-block tables and rustic wooden chairs with orange accented cushions. Very appealing, filled with pleasant background music. I had a two-bun combo -- Philly beef and cheese for one, steak and eggs for the other, which includes one side and their refreshing hand-mixed drinks (the Arnold Palmer is perfect for a warm day). For a side I selected the fruit cup, which is generous and artistic (see photo). The buns are not Asian-style Bao buns, but rather hard-shell brioche with a thin crust and plentiful filling. This texture combination is wonderful. This combo was plenty for an adult meal, and I left fully satisfied. I'll be back for more!

I was in the area, and I had to try this place. First off, the place is huge - too big. It was practically empty, but I don't understand why they have so many tables. It almost seemed like it was a bar/restaurant. I got a box of 6, which I felt was the best deal - these aren't cheap. Overall, they were great and very filling. I also appreciated the wonderful customer service. The employee was patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!!

This is a Moorpark gem. You can literally find anything you love from a breakfast bun to meatball parm to chicken Thai. You can be fed for about $10. A Ventura Co. rarity! The owners are likely to greet you and thank you for coming in. What? The privilege is yours! Why aren't you there right now? Go to their website and drive over to day!

Fast and friendly service. The food was hot and very filling. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

This was a random spot I found for breakfast/lunch ! Employees were very nice and gave out some of their favorite recommendations to me since I looked very confused . I went with a breakfast egg bacon one and a Korean one. The breakfast one was super good , the Korean one had good flavor but felt it needed a bit more filling/sauce l . Would come back to try some more options (-:

The food and cocktails were excellent, and it's clear the restaurant is striving to create an elevated dining experience. One thing that stood out was how thoughtful and inventive the menu felt. You can tell the chef has put a lot of creativity and care into the dishes, balancing familiar favorites with unique twists. It's definitely a cool and welcome addition to the Moorpark dining scene. We particularly enjoyed the Tropical Bird, Emma's Punch, Lemon Drop, and Mango Margarita Mocktail. The Crispy Calamari Strips were a great starter. For entrees, we enjoyed the Lamb Ragu, Parmesan Chicken Milanese, and Wild Mushroom Risotto with added chicken. All were all flavorful, beautifully prepared, and well-executed. The servings were huge (awesome!) and we had leftovers to enjoy the following day. The reason for the 4-star rating comes down to service details. While waiting to be acknowledged, we were overlooked by the hostess for other guests entering even though we were standing right in front of the host stand. Not a big deal, but didn't love the eye roll the hostess gave when I politely piped up that we had been waiting. Was not a great first impression. While our server was wonderful and friendly, there were several moments where empty plates and glasses accumulated on our table for an extended period of time. Our entrees arrived while many of our appetizer dishes and drink glasses were still sitting on the table. With several staff members circulating throughout the dining room, it felt like an opportunity was missed to provide the attentive table maintenance you'd expect from a restaurant aspiring to a fine dining level of service. These were relatively minor issues and seem more related to training and coordination than a lack of effort. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all very good, and with a little more polish from the support staff and greeters, I think M on High Street could truly become the upscale dining experience it's aiming to be. We'd definitely return and look forward to seeing it continue to grow.

Would not take order of first round of drinks without looking at our ID's. My wife and I are in our sixties, it was embarrassing because they made a huge production out of it. (No other patrons that I saw were subject to this scrutiny) The Ugly: we each had one drink and shared two yellow tail sashimi starters. Upon asking for another round we were rather surprised to find out our party was cut off from the bar. Water and bread only. The sashimi eaten we took the indignation in stride and decided to wait until the barmaid deemed it acceptable to serve us again. Now it gets bad, one of our party became ill and threw up in the bathroom, before we could even find out what was going on with her, barmaid from hell publicly informed us because one of our party was ill we were permanently cut off from the bar. Not considering the food as the culprit of said illness at all. My wife began to feel sick as well and we paid and left. She had trouble walking, speaking and breathing. She became violently ill and the smell of bad fish was overwhelming. I have a portable breathalyzer for guests to use at my home to ensure their safety if they drink. My BAC - .023 , my wife's was .024 obviously not intoxicated. Shame on M on High for such poor judgement and embarrassing their patrons. Avoiding this restaurant is going to be so easy as there's a plethora of good restaurants in the area. This is my experience, the Good, the Bad and, The UGLY.

One of my friends had to send his dish back so he ended up eating well after the rest of us were nearly done (somewhat forgivable when a party of 8 comes in near closing time). A huge sandwich indeed, but after several bites around the outside of it I realized it was left in the fryer too long, hard on the outside and the meat was dry and tough. The bun seemed old because it started falling apart. Very disappointing, didn't really eat much of it. When our server Jorge came to the table and asked if we wanted boxes to take the rest of it home it told him not necessary, when I mentioned to him that the chicken was overcooked and was like shoe leather you would think their would be some response. Nothing! Not an apology or can I bring you another one or what can I do to make this better? Just said I will get your check . Wow! Guess it doesn't matter to the establishment that the customer thought the food was sub par, very disappointing. Not sure if I will be back with that kind of attitude from a server, you know these days with everything being so expensive and money being tight for everyone. To go out for a meal costs a lot and to have a meal not be good is one thing but to have the server not even respond to it is another. Sorry Jarro's this is unacceptable, don't think I will be back.

Parking in the area is pretty easy, we found a free street spot just around the corner. I wanted to order one of their most popular dishes, so I chose the Country Fried Steak. I was not a huge fan of the gravy, but I thought the steak was cooked well and I would say that I enjoyed it.
