Not only were they extremely slow with my order, but they also lied straight to my face, claiming they had been calling my number. My number was never called, and it never appeared on the screen. Hate to say it but whoever is in charge is not doing their job, I passed by the drive thru and did my online order, the staff was not prepared, they almost gave my order to the car ahead of mine. Such a mess. Now there are three of us waiting on our order on the curbside pick up area. We were already waiting for 15 minutes prior. The wait was long because it seemed like people's orders were frequently messed up. I placed an app order an hour prior to coming and it took more than 20 minutes after arriving to get my food. Where to start with this place, first off it takes a very very long time for this place to fill an order we live semi close to this restaurant & have used the mobile app, walk in & drive thru to order & each time you're going to be here for 30 to 40 minutes regardless of how big or small your order might be. When you do get your food it's normally cold or very burnt when it comes to burgers, the sodas have already lost the ice & the chicken nuggets taste old & stale. There was a .49 cent difference after I reorder in the store, I asked the manager why and she just smiled and said idk. I paid for extra hot fudge and I fact did not get extra hot fudge. I very rarely come to this location because every single time it's something, the last time I had a pick up order, waited for 20 min; they cancelled the pickup and told me to come inside. I came inside and had to wait for another 15min, when I asked for corporates in formation; I was told they aren't allowed to give it out. I asked for a refund and the manager got an attitude. You order place a mobile order breakfast at 10:17 and enter the drive thru queue at that time. 30 minutes later, you actually reach the speaker, and they're no longer serving breakfast and you have to cancel your order. It's consistently slow, and most of the employees have terrible attitudes--like they're doing you a favor by just showing up. Easily the slowest I've experienced at any fast food chain, and forget about pleasantries or basic customer service. You're lucky to get more than a grunt at the speaker box. When placing our order, the store manager told us the sweet tea came included with the meal. However, after we paid and later requested a receipt (which they were initially reluctant to provide), we saw that we were actually charged extra for the drink. This directly contradicted what we were told and felt misleading. To make matters worse, after charging us, they informed us they didn't even have sweet tea available. When we requested a refund, both the cashier and manager refused. The issue was never the $0.70, but the principle of being charged for something we didn't receive and being given inaccurate information. Additionally, at the intercom we were asked if we wanted BBQ sauce, only to be told after paying that they didn't have that either. This shows a clear lack of communication and inventory awareness. The manager was dismissive and had an unprofessional attitude, offering only a small fries instead of a refund, which did not resolve the issue. I need someone to explain to me what's going on here. So the night of November 30th, just after 8 pm. I placed an order online for a 10-piece McNuggets combo, medium fries and drink. The price was $9.00. Just 17 hours later on December 1st, I place an order for the same combo, same size, this time for my son. The price? $11.29. How or why did the price of the exact same combo increase $2.29 in less than 24 hours? Is pricing for things increasing that fast? Or is McDonalds engaging in variable pricing; increasing prices during busier times? Either way, something is up and it isn't cool. read more

When we got to the order speaker, they let us know they do not have any soft drinks at the moment. They do have sweet tea, iced tea, milk, juice, smoothies, and milkshakes (some items will be an extra charge of course). Posting in case this helps you save some time and avoid waiting in the line if you do not want a different drink that's not carbonated. Plus side, my kids were happy with their meals. The fries needed to be cooked. The front counter employee said they would call my order number. My order was given, and I could see the burger patties were overcooked and dry. My fries were hot & delicious. I asked the counter employee to remake my Big Mac. It took another 15 minutes for me to receive another Big Mac. The burger patties looked perfect and not burnt. I just wished there was more effort and quality food control at this location. Although it may be a fast food job, it's always good to take pride in any work you do.
