Can we ALL agree that the #McDonalds on IRIS and LASSELLE in Moreno Valley, IS arguably the worst franchise location in the area AND insults the McDonalds legacy/name. This morning, after waiting about an hour JUST to place my order (inside F*¢K THAT drive thru) I witnessed a drive thru line that lead out the parking lot, customers who were already there prior to my arrival, claiming they've been there for longer periods of time, waiting on their order to be completed, food delivery drivers through various apps, who were being held up just as long because food wasn't ready, a manager who was on the toilet for a long period of time, per the employees, and an employee who got fed up so much, with so many people complaining at once, they walked off the job (which was hilarious because a new guy was in the middle of an interview while ALL that happen). I've seen a handful of managers come and go from that location and it's no surprise as to why. McDonalds SERIOUSLY needs to clean house (both figuratively and literally) and start fresh with a whole new crew who ACTUALLY wants to work. All and all, I ended up going to a McDonalds just a few miles away and although they were JUST as busy, I placed my order AND had my food BOTH within minutes. THAT'S how #fastfood is suppose to be. This comes after this year after COVID to consider doing this review. I have learned from this location it's only good if there are NO people ordering if there's is a line of about 5 or more people consider waiting at least 30 plus minutes. In addition if your mobile ordering consider waiting the same or longer (P.S the app will say it's ready but employees are still working on it for the addition 20 plus minutes, not sure if it's to meet quota?). There are 1,165 McDonald's in California. My personal opinion..this one is ranked dead last. In an attempt to add something that is not already listed in the prior 200+ negative reviews: The drive through area has numerous signs saying cash only, no ice cream, no staff. In fact, the associate at the window says, we have no coffee because we are cleaning the machine at the moment. I've been to this McDonald's more then I would like to admit. With people that I know. The kid section has changed over the years. Also the food/service has gotten way better, tho I thought until a few months ago and today. There seems to be an inconsistency in food preparation and service. If you're dining in or going through the drive thru. If you dine in there's been always been lukewarm food and a little attitude from some employees and if they bring you the wrong order they accuse you. So far the drive-thru has been the best an ordering hot food with no attitude until recently.. fry's were not even lukewarm burger was hot but kind of sloped together. Just recently I went through the drive-thru.. and there was a truck in front of my vehicle, right before you get to the intercom to order. I left some distance between the vehicles. The lady on the intercom said " pull forward", which I wasn't able to do until the car in-front of moved, after waiting... I started to order then she "wait".. then she got back on the intercom ( which she didn't know it was on) all I heard was was her talking to another employee gal laughing and joking. ( as to say you made me wait, I'll make you wait). The window were you pay and pick-up they were both trying to play it off laughing. There's nothing wrong with having fun at work, I just think they forgot where they where. I would recommend to add grilled chicken/turkey on whole wheat buns or bread, salads/fruit to the menu employees that are respectful at there job site, not to neglect people that are dining in just to serve the people in the drive-thru, I've waiting 20-30min for food. They got it wrong.. again! Unfortunately at least 75% of the time I go to this Mc Donald's my order is missing something. I wish it were different because I know these young staff members can do better. This time not only were they not serving any carbonated drinks, I had to wait 15 minutes for the shift manager, Daniel, to deliver it to my car only for me to discover my order was missing items after he had swiftly walked away! So then I was forced to get out of my car , wait again to tell someone my order was wrong, then wait for my missing items to be delivered with no apology for the inconvenience or acknowledgement of error!
