I can't even believe this happened at this McDonald's. I don't go very often, but when we do, it's usually for breakfast after tonight I will never go again. I went through the drive-through around 10 PM an hour before closing, and was the only person in line. I asked for extra sauce on two out of the three burgers, and for the fries to be cooked to order. Does this really seem out of line? I don't think so. They completely doused the burgers with sauce, so they are soggy and uneatable.On the fish filet Instead of putting tartar they put a crap load of mayonnaise. Disgusting!! do you guys really hate your life there that much that you can't throw on an extra piece of cheese and some sauce without getting mad? My son didn't even end up eating his food and now I am eating leftovers. I called the store and of course they don't answer and it ended up ringing busy. Let me tell ya, I've been to over hundreds of McDonald's across the country and have never felt the need to leave a review but they definitely deserve a good one. Let's start off by how fast the line was moving. Like a Tesla roadster to the floor this thing was MOVING! I'm a complicated picky orderer and expect them to mess up at least one thing but after all the changes, added Mac sauce to the burgers, well done nuggets, no salt on the fries, she did it in lightning speed. Never seen someone operate the screen at the speeds she was moving. Pull up to the first window and BAM beautiful woman. Second window, BOOM baddie, lady on the mic, yup you guessed it DIME PIECE. Got all my food and it was all on point down to the way they placed the pickles on my cheeseburger. Going to start coming here every day. read more

Went around 8:10pm today and got extreme disrespect. Couldn't think of the ice cream wanting to get for my girlfriend and my father it blanked out of my head and I was stuttering and I finally answered and when the guy responded back he stuttered back seemingly purposely making fun of me, and ask afterwards what I wanted. I wanted to say something when I pulled up to pay. The kid was holding his laugh and didn't even look at me. We spoke to the manager, and I think his name was Mark and said he would talk to the kid Josh. Unacceptable. The Yelp app says they are open for the next 51 minutes, however when you try to go through their drive thru they state that they are currently closed. My family and I decided to get some McDonald's and requested to get the Big Macs with extra sauce. As we got home to eat, my dad took his first bite of his Big Mac and noticed a long strand of hair. He spit it out. At first he thought it was a piece of lettuce but it turned out to be a hair. It was disgusting. We tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. This McDonald deserve zero star for its recent service. Once in a while, I will stop by this McDonald when I am on the road and need to grab a quick bite. The ladies who are usually there are nice and efficient (can't expect much for the food..... it's McDonald). Anyways, on Easter Sunday 4/16/17, I stopped by to grab a quick lunch for the family (since the places we wanted to eat at were closed and I didn't feel like cooking) before heading to SJ. I walked in and the first thing I notice was a whole lot of people waiting around (first warning missed). There's was no one in line to order. The usual ladies were not there and instead, there was three guys and a girl (second warning missed). I stood there for a while waiting for someone to take my order. When they finally did, I stepped aside and looked up at the order board and the screens were full of orders blinking red. My first thought was,"Crap. This is going to take a while." My second thought was, "The kids are going to kill my husband in the car." So there I was along with everyone else waiting and waiting and waiting..... The three guys behind the counter were just walking back and forth talking to each other. Then I saw one guy (think his name was Julio) pull out his phone and started texting! Can you believe it?! Texting away while people are waiting forever for their food. After he put his phone away, he slowly made two cups of coffee for a customer (who probably been waiting there for a while for just those coffee). He then started chit chatting and joking with the other guys there. They were all just taking their sweet time not even caring that the place is crowded with people not ordering but waiting for their food. No sense of urgency. Once in a while one of the guys will yell "Hey we got this... we got this." One of the customer went to the counter and told them that he's been waiting for more than 20 minutes for his food. The guy (the one that was texting) looked up and said it's because the hash brown is not ready yet. Then we watch him go to the fridge, take some hash brown out, and put it in the fryer. What made me lose it was when they gave the order to the person who ordered after me (we had the exact order). This time it was my turn to go to the counter. I told them that it's was taking forever and I am not going to wait anymore and I want my money back. They refund me my money and I left. Waiting for 30 minutes for mediocre "fast food" is RIDICULOUS! We ended up having a late lunch at an eatery in SJ (and we didn't have to wait for our food!). In response to the guys yelling " We got this... we got this." No. You guys don't got this. You guys don't even get what food service is. For your slow, inconsiderate, and careless service, you guys should be fired. Never have I seen the type of service I and along with many other customers were given on Sunday. Unless the ladies are working, I'm never coming back to this McDonald ever. read more

WTH is wrong with this location?!!! This is the 3rd time I have placed an order and this freakin app doesn't know the screwball way this location is ran!! The last time I was ordering ahead for breakfast (@ 9:45am)and when I made it to the location which was 15 min after finishing my order this location said that breakfast was over but the app wouldn't load the lunch options for me to change my order!! Now I'm at this same location and I went to put in the stall # in and the app said that that option is closed at 7pm so choose pick up inside or go through drive up!! We chose pick up inside because we're in a 3500 Silverado diesel and we don't fit in this tight drive thru! Went to the door and a worker said no mobil order is in the parking spots we were already in, told her the app said it's close so she made us wait in the drive thru line to tell them AGAIN that we have a mobil order and to get through this drive thru we had to drive on the curb!!!! I'm that weirdo who wants my McDonald's fries so hot they almost burn my tongue off, and years ago an employee told me to order them "fresh up" to ensure I don't get a batch that's been sitting around waiting for customers. I've done that ever since with no issues. (FTR, I do feel sort of silly asking, but since I'm paying for the food I figure I shouldn't have to settle.) At this location, the cashier entered "Special Request" per usual, but no one asked her what the special request was. The manager, Claudia, was fulfilling the orders -- she was extremely unpleasant, rolling her eyes at employees and customers alike and glugging her personal drink near all the food prep. No one was wearing gloves. Things did not seem super sanitary. When it was finally time for her to fulfill my order, I literally watched her scoop up some fries that had been sitting in the warmer for several minutes. She handed them to me; embarrassed, I said I'd requested some straight out of the fryer, please. Claudia looked annoyed and said, "They ARE." I was too intimidated to call her on it a second time, so I slunk off and tried to eat them anyway. They were cold, duh, and also had a bizarre aftertaste, and I wound up throwing the whole thing away because I didn't want to deal with Claudia again. This place needs new management ASAP. read more

Wanted some late night coffee because I work the at a strip club near by. I received exactly what I wanted it just was not filled to maximum capacity so there for my energy at work will not be at maximum capacity, and it's not my fault. The lady informed me they just cleaned their coffee machine and I sat there for a minute looking at the stars trying to spy a fuck to give. They claim that they close at 2 am, but I went at 12:50 am on a Friday night and the lady said they were closed and weren't serving food! I actually like this McDonald's. Very friendly staff. I once had trouble with the app's coupon. Every time I clicked on it it would give me a wrong coupon. The cashier guy got the girl who was a manager and she was able to come up with a workaround right away and appologized. Never had a bad experience. Drive-thru: Horrible! Had to repeat my order FOUR times and they still did NOT get it right! Fine,maybe she couldn't hear the first time but after the third time, it was getting ridiculous. She wasn't sorry at all and really had no desire to be there as she sounded very bored or maybe was still half asleep? And why, when we pulled up to the pickup window and discovered the order was made wrong and to please correct it did we receive many odd looks from not one but three employees crowded at the window scratching their heads as if we were asking for a pot of gold??? Drive-thru is so you do not have to get out of your car to save a little time. This McDonald's is far superior to the other one in MH. Hong, one of the cashiers in the restaurant, greets everyone promptly with a smile and sunny disposition. She gives the perfect first impression a business would want. The drive-thru is also quite speedy and efficient; I have never had a messed up order. I am reticent about drive-thru ordering in general because of the frequent screw-ups that have happened to me at other places...you know, when you think the order is correct until you get home and find out it's not. This McDonald's needs to either be closed or corporate really needs to get out here & put these people through training again. No matter what time of day or night, there is always 1 person working the counter. I've been to other McDonald's in the area & even at the busiest times like lunch time, they are fairly quick about their service. This last time it was lunchtime & again only 1 person working the counter & there must be about 20 people in line waiting to order food. Took over 40 minutes from the time I entered until I left there while it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered food until I got it. About 5 people ahead (their number was 6 digits lower than mine) & they only ordered coffee yet a couple of people after them (digit number wise) got their food before they got their coffee. It wasn't any of their specialty coffees, it was just plain coffee, I know, I watched the person grab the cups & then pour coffee into the cups. This one has been going downhill for quite a few years now.which is a shame considering all the big businesses that surround it (electronics companies). There is no reason whatsoever for this. The McDonald's on Condit Road doesn't seem to have this issue, even on the weekends when there are soccer tournaments at the sports complex. Perhaps the owner doesn't care & is hoping that corporate will take the franchise away from them, who knows. read more

Went there last night about 10:15 p.m. for a quick late sandwich. Ordered right away. Then sat in line for 20 minutes while something was going on with the front car. Why couldn't they have moved the car to a side parking space until their ordered was filled and TAKE CARE OF THE REST OF THE PEOPLE IN LINE!!! Just seems like that would make sense.
