Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Ice cream machine never works ...and rude service

Its 11pm, thought get my physically sick parents some dinner. I know its fast food and not expecting spectacular food or anything, but least Something descent, after all McDonald is second restaurant open late. But screw this McDonald, because I was hoping to get my mom nice hot apple pie. But the manger working the night shift was rude and saying they are all out. I Wasnt to mad, but when I got to second window. This 18 year old girl told me. They shut it off by 10 to clean it early, they usually sell the pies till midnight. It irritated me. Like to lazy to sell until 12? So figured least got hot food, I go home my fries arnt fresh and my chicken burger so over cooked hard to chew. Shame on you ! Never again read more

Stuck in line only to find out they were out of McRib sandwiches. Left Murrieta, stopped in Menifee to try the one by Stater Bros. After stuck in line again, they were also out. This was on a Wednesday. Asked when they would have some and told not til Saturday. It's always something. I give up on McDonald's. Avoid this McDonald's asked for 3 medium meal combos Got 2 large cokes and 1 md sprite. It was supposed to be 2 md sprites and 1 md coke. They charged me for 2 large cokes... Ok so I said fine then they gave me 3 small fries with my meals.... Should of been 2 large fries to go with the large cokes that they put on my order..... Just sorry as all out day. Been living near this McDonald's for 2 yrs now. They get the orders wrong, literally, at least 80% of the time...NOT EXAGGERATED...definitely double check your order. How hard is to improve? Apparently, impossibly hard for this McDonald's. read more

Honestly, this mcdonalds location has the slowest drive thru I've ever been too. Order one item and you'll be sitting there for 20-30 minutes. I pulled up to the pick up window and sat there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged by the young lady. I waited patiently and she handed me a bag and repeated my order with a stank a** look on her face and didn't even have the customer service for the greeting or a farewell. All that was said was the repeat of my order. Then I get home to check my food and the lettuce had no crisp, flimsier than a slinky, sh*ts browning like it's got liver spots, far beyond ripe and just straight old. Couldn't eat the "artisan" grilled chicken sandwich with the lettuce on it since it tasted like mush. Where's the QUALITY CONTROL?? Haha it's sad to say that the harsh reality of customer service has become a dying art and McDonald's is definitely getting those stabs in. BTW.. I wouldn't have left a review if they didn't forward me to voicemail multiple times after hanging up on me when I asked for a manager. read more

Don't order at this McDonald's through any delivery app. I was informed by my driver that all doordash orders are put behind every other order in the adore, even if the order was received first. My driver was told that it would be "awhile" for the order because they had drive-thru and store orders to do first. Wow. Great customer service McDonald's. It is sad that a customer is only a customer if they order in your store. read more

Make sure you check EVERYTHING before leaving the restaurant. Went in and ordered food for my kids and nieces . When I got home they forgot to put the nuggets in one of the kids meal. This is not a one start review they owe me 3 stars I ordered a happy meal for my son with a plain cheese burger an apple slices an a 4 piece nugget note my son is allergic to tomatoes/ketchup witch I stated at the screen 15 min later the blonde girl handed me diet Coke's instead of regular an proceeded to tell me no there regular so I told her taste it an she decided to pour the right soda then I get home to see my sons burger has everything on it including ketchup witch he is allergic to had I let him eat it for checking it we'd be in the ER an they'd have a lawsuit on there hands. While going through the drive thru, we specifically asked if they have the pokemon happy meal and the person taking the order confirmed and said yes. My daughter has been wanting the Pokémon cards for a while so thought it would be a nice surprise. Well, we came home with the happy meals only to find out that they gave us some monopoly toys. Came in for something quick on our way to an event at the high school. Lines were really long and just one person working the register so I opted for the kiosk. It seemed pretty quick. My order was placed well before the line that was in front of me even moved. Yay! Well, not so much. We waited and waited and waited and our # never even appeared on their "next up" monitor. I went and asked for our food and got an "oh sorry, it will be out soon". It came out a few minutes later after asking and it was wrong. Used the McDonald's app to order 5 stroopwaffle mcflurries. Came to the drive thru and was told the card did not go through. Okay, I used the same card and paid. Went through the pick up area and was given 1 of the mcflurries. When I asked about the other 4, I received a look like what other 4. I then showed the representative receipt. But instead of getting me my other 4 mcflurries, I was given excuses like "don't look at me, I didn't mess up the order". I was made to feel like it was my fault the order was not complete. Then I was forced to wait in a designated area. To make matters worse, the mcflurries looked nothing like they were advertised. It looked and tasted like the caramel (that is supposed to be mixed in with the vanilla and waffle cone) settled at the bottom and was just one big gloppy mess. They're not really open till 11pm.. really rude. There seems to be no place open around here past 10.. I went there and the door was locked even though the time said open till 11. The lady just glared at me and shook her head. Also their breakfast is gross. At least the dollar menu ones are. Especially the sausage burrito. My boyfriend and I drove through the drive thru for a McFlurry and some soda (I don't wanna talk about it ). These people were awesome! Very kind, friendly and truly did a wonderful job. You see these people working at fast food restaurants who are miserable and you can just tell. Yes, it sucks working at a fast food joint and I'm sure the workers would much rather be elsewhere. I stop in here all the time because it's near the house. This rating is not for the food because i've never had issue with that. It's for the service, went inside and found about 15 people standing in line waiting to order. They only had one girl on the register and should have had another register opened up. This is typical at this location. Drive thru seemed to be having no problem with all the people working it. The other issue I had is that they have recently put drinking cups out on a new stand for self serve. The cups and stand are not that high so every kid in line with their parents were touching and playing with the cups. Very unsanitary. Eating inside at this restaurant will no longer be an option for me. read more

Fast an good customer service but poor bathroom services. Bathroom bad smell and horrible hand dryer.

Don't come early morning, came 3 days in a row 10 minutes after they open to get a cup of coffee but they don't serve. I will not come to this location in the morning again. They let you sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes before they even tell you there not open. They need to change there advertised opening time because I'm tired of showing up and not being able to get what I want. read more

Thank you to the very rude manager on duty who rolled her eyes at me then shut the window on me because I asked to wait at the drive thru window instead of their other drive thru waiting area that usually means 15 more minutes of waiting. Maybe your just trying to please that drive through timer a little too much since there is literally no line in the drive thru, 3 cars in the parking lot and 3 others besides me waiting in the lot for the cold stale fries that came out. This particular store is usually pretty good. Don't know why its gone downhill. You guys need to keep up with the competition, you're an icon after all! We always have to check our order but of course I didn't this time and it was wrong. But then again, it usually is. Oh, and it was $20 for 2 meals!!! I've never imagined writing a review for a McDonald's. However, I've also never had an experience this lousy. Had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, to see that they didn't give me the full order. Today, 6/9/19, they tried to sell me a McFlurry that wasn't spun. When i asked them to spin it they told me that the machine was off, not broken, and that they were shutting down for the night. It was 6:45 pm. When asked for a refund the manager threw the money at me and I lost my quarter. If you're the type to research your McDonald's before going please avoid establishment. read more

Went to this McDonald's and they forgot one of my items, no big deal. They told me they would put my name down on a list so I could get it next time. I'm really disappointed this morning, and probably won't be going back to this location, I come here all the time with mobile orders.A few days ago I came and you guys told me to park out front for a 10 piece McNugget and I was waiting there for 10 minutes so that was great, but This morning I saw the cashier give my bag to the car in front of me and take it back and she gave me the same bag that another lady was digging through so I was really disappointed about that because I'm a certified food handler and I know that you're not supposed to take food back into the restaurant when a customer's touched it and I know that you're supposed to re-make my order,but obviously Covid safety is not your guys' number one priority, your times are. read more

I would have to say this McDonald's is by far the worst in getting your order correct. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would but I cant. I would say more than 80 percent of the time they dont get our order correct. And for the most part it's no onions on all of our burgers. I am allergic to onions so we always ask for no onions. But for some reason they can not for the life of them to get it right. I was more in gas transporting the mistake than the burger is worth. Note to the owner please fix it if you really care. When you try and call them know one ever answers the phone so customer service is also lacking at this location. When you leave a message no one ever calls you back. Whenever I order fries through the drive thru, I have to ask for them to be unsalted that way they're actually fresh. However, my biggest complaint is that when me and my significant other found a coupon for 2 Quarter Pounders for $3 we decided to go to this McDonald's and get a good meal with it. After we gave the coupon to the manager she informed us that they don't accept those coupons. Wtf?????? That is false advertisement and basically ruined our experience at McDonald's. Short and sweet: probably the best McDonald's in the Murrieta area. Pretty fast drive thru. Food is generally fresh (by McDonald's standards). Rarely botch an order. Also recently renovated. Down side? Slower dine-in especially for breakfast. Location makes it tough if heading east. A solid choice if you want McDonald's. read more

This mcdonalds always gets my food right. Fries are always fresh and burgers and chicken always taste good.

So far this McDonald's has been pretty steady with their service. We go out of our way to come to this one over the Cal Oaks one because they provide better service, less wait time and don't forget things in orders. I'm sad that they remodeled and took the playground out. Once upon a time McDonalds was a nice place to go have lunch and let the kids play. They even held birthday parties with characters. Seeing the family friendly atmosphere replaced with more parking is sad but as fast-food goes, they are decent. I do wish they always served fries hot, fresh and salted. I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins with no cheese, they asked me to repeat my order when I paid and again at the pick up window and when I got home I looked at the special order tag and it was right but when I looked at the sandwich it was a ham and egg white mcmuffin. From the counter to the drive thru, the people who work here are rude and entitled. Hello, you work at McDonalds. Cannot get an order right and cut corners. When you want unsalted fries, they don't make a new batch, the throw some old salted fries in the grease and cook them again, but the salt still is present and the fries are over cooked. Worst experience ever, I go every Monday due to having work and class and it's convenient and easy, most of the time. Time to start going to the burger joint across the freeway. Today while ordering from drive-through, I had paid for the wrong order after she specifically read back my order to me, not noticing until we got up to the pick up window, they handed me the wrong order and after telling them it wasn't mine, the manager took back the bag and the receipt and asked for 2 dollars to pay for the rest of my order, I paid for the rest of my order and after asking if she could jokingly throw in a free drink she simply stated "We fixed it." First of all, it should never have even had to be "fixed" in the first place but we are all human so I get it. She then handed me my bag and 1 drink. When I got home which is literally 2 minutes away, the fries were cold and not even salted. I couldn't leave a review from the receipt because they never gave me mine or any back.
