My bacon smokehouse sandwich with crispy chicken had no chicken at all, my friend ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich and was give an artisan grilled chicken sandwich. I was waiting in the front for my food when a gentleman brought it out on a tray. He dropped a small ice cream that I ordered and put it back on the tray before walking out to look for me. Went through the drive through made my order. Checked it and saw I was missing two items. I had passed the window already so I called to tell them I was missing items. I parked in the Mobil order parking spaces and they made me get back on the long drive through line. I am the one that is missing the items, why didn't they just bring them out like a mobile order?????? Didn't make any sense to me. Got back on the long drive threw line and waited another 15 minutes. I've never had such a bad experience with food this much. I ordered here at around 9pm and I got a raw burger. My daughter and I were sharing it and then I realized half way through eating it together that the meat was extremely pink! I'm pregnant and can't have raw meat in general! Since I reviewed Taco Bell for their recent heresy, I might as well review McDonald's for their attention to detail. I have to admit, as much as I'd rather not, that this place is ran efficiently. Their drive-thru is fast. Their counter-service is fast; I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my order. I only eat here for breakfast, but on the rarest of occasions. And each time I leave impressed. The dining area is always spotless and the soda fountain is constantly being wiped down. And the restroom doesn't smell incredibly wrong. It's almost as if they've adopted the Inn-N-Out philosophy of cleanliness. I had to write this review. The owner and the employees here deserve some serious props. When my husband went to pick it up they won't let him because he doesn't have my cell phone even though he have the order code. When I tried to cancel, they can't cancel it, I have to call the corporate office. I have to waste my time and gas to pick it up my self even though my husband is there already!
