Ordered from this McDonald's for breakfast. Got a McGriddle. The bun was shriveled and hard, my husband went back to exchange it and they gave us another one exactly the same. Apparently they don't toss anything but leave everything sitting under the warmers until they can offload it. Terrible. Order elsewhere. read more

Just another plug in to use the app when ordering. Makes things so much easier when ordering and paying. They seem to have picked up the pace a little as our drive thru pick up went pretty quick. Best McDonald's. Reminded me of going to McDonald's in the 80s. Large. clean jungle gym, the fries and nuggets tasted like old school real food unlike the cardboard tasting fake food most establishments sell now, and the the staff was extra helpful when I showed up a little early for nuggets. 11:00 lunch on sundays. A good stop midway between the Boston area and NY/CONN hockey tournaments especially if you have younger kids. read more

We pulled up to the drivethru, happy to get our day started with the golden arches. We were then sorely disappointed when our "hello!" to the microphone was met with a sarcastic "you literally just pulled up give me a second." we were not welcomed with a hello when we pulled up to the window and were passive aggressively handed our food. our server should probably consider a different line of work such as the dmv or the IRS. 2 stars because the food is good. read more

It's never the kids it's the parents. Yes they act ridiculously immature and have no respect AT ALL you are NOT insane for thinking that to be honest it should be common knowledge. But it's not them when we say ambiance. We mean the people that are there running the place. The manager has mentally unstable workers it honestly broke my heart. Let me start off by saying there was NO high school kids behind me and my friend. Just a girl and her boyfriend trying to get to her dad. Also all this manager knows is to yell and she sure doesn't know respect. She starts by telling off the guy I am assuming because u could tell he was upset. Then she immediately says to me and my friend "you guys can not come in here" because we were high school kids and if she lets one in they all come.But it was almost a hour after we got out and there was no high school kids as I said before. I nicely asked her "can I just get a smoothie please I came in here yesterday and left right after there was no issue." As I was saying it she was saying no no but I finished my sentence assuming she would remember me from the day before when I came. The way she moves around n can't keep focus I wouldn't be surprised if she does some things. Anyways when I finished my sentence she didn't say anything just huffed maybe mumbled but did not walk us out. So I continued in and went to order, the cashier can't even look at you, say a complete sentence, or even get out the right words. She was just trying to say how she was told not to take our order but when I say she could not do those things she couldn't. I felt so bad me n my friend just walked out. Not every worker is like that but I definitely notice it's a couple questionable ones and it's sad. The energy and vibe is so off it's like you're a bother. Nobody is comfortable or welcomed. I would hate going in everyday and I pray for everyone working there to find better. read more

I was in the middle of a work shift and came thru mcdonalds for breakfast. i was probably 60 cents short but the nice employee at the drive thru register covered me, the woman at the second window was equally as lovely; she asked how we were and asked if id like any ketchup, there were napkins in the bag and i didn't notice till we got back to work we noticed an extra hash brown in the bag so my daughter & I wouldn't have to share :) As we drove my daighter smiled and waved goodbye ; thank you guys for wishing her a good day, she smiled the about it the rest of the ride. NEVER get delivery with this place. How do you forget not 1 but both fries??!! We should have gotten both fries and something extra for the mess up. We were already waiting long and it was a simple order by the way. We ended up having to pay delivery, app fee and tip again on doordash. Mcdonalds should be the ones giving us our missing fiod or money back! Also, hire better people. This incompetent woman working there didn't even know how to take funds off our card and let my husband pay the rest in cash, which was onky a buck by the way. Went to this location this morning for the 2 for 4 instead of biscuits I asked them to sub English muffins for the same price!! The girls at the window were very. Rude and I asked for the manager! Daryl came to the window and states they can't charge me the 2 for 4 price because bacon is more expensive!! That doesn't even make sense when the bacon egg and cheese biscuits are 2 for 4 !! I have tried going to this McDonald's quite a few times lately for coffee at 5:05, and they haven't been open. The hours state they open at 5. I worked at a McDonald's when I was younger, and we had to have everything ready to open the doors for business on time. I don't think that's expecting too much. I will not even rate this location with one star. We go to this lication almost every day, my boyfriend absolutly obsess about their breakfast. However, every weekend i come in to have breakfast and have to deal with most rudest person i ever met. And this morning i went there and order two hot cakes meals, when i check my order i notice that i was giving one syrup for both meals. I asked for additional 3 because its 2 per meal. This employee told me i have to pay extra, which i have no problem only if i asked for extra. I asked for once that should come with meal. She would not accommodate me telling me i only get "extra" if i pay extra. Needless to say i did pay just to get what i already pay for originally, but one thing for sure, i will NEVER EVER will spend my money there, i will only come in to ask for manager to complain about this rude, unfair woman who should not be in public service.
